In regard to the big shortcoming of the present theory and method system of a comprehensive transport network, which is hard to be improved by partial revision or remedy, this paper tries to establish a new sort of theory and method system. The thinking of the establishment is based on the value flow theory in the pursuit of maximal interest for society and economy. It builds the platform in which different ways of transport are comprised from the prospect of economy and research, for the theory and method of the comprehensive transport network planning is also based on this. The main content of the paper includes several points as follows: 1) to seek the shortest connected route by testing the Fermat point to increase the amount as well as adopting a multiple algorithm; 2) to ensure the elementary traffic network and elementary transport flow by the shortest transport route according to the distribution of transport demand; 3) to describe the technological and economic character according to the corridor transport flow; 4) to choose the way of transport or a combination of several ways of transport so as to form the preliminary program in planning a comprehensive transport pattern; 5) to revise the preliminary transport network pattern in whole consideration of the construction investment, and opportunity of land and transport expenses so that a theory network system can come into existence; and, 6) to improve the storage structure and increment structure and do research on a practical theory network system.

Aimed to improve stability and sustainability, maintenance assessment evaluates the running status of highway electromechanical systems by use of a scientific and reasonable evaluation method. Many complex components, such as different divisions with specific technical criteria, form a multi-criteria, multi-level evaluation system. Different from completion acceptance assessment, there is ambiguity in the qualified judgment of maintenance assessment. FAHP (fuzzy analytical hierarchy process) introduced in this paper is applied in the maintenance assessment of highway electromechanical systems, which is based on the research of AHP (analytic hierarchy process) and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. This evaluation method can quantify qualitative criteria with the Delphi method, determine a subordinate degree by triangle function, set weight matrix by AHP, and establish a hierarchy fuzzy evaluation model with judgment matrix. At the end, the assessment result is normalized. To resolve the contradiction and complexity of maintenance assessment, this paper applies FAHP which combines both qualitative and quantitative criteria with typical cases.

The study presented in this paper is based on a double lanyard and single king-tower and half semi-floating cable-stayed bridge with 310m (main span, composite girder) +2 × 50m+2 × 40m (assist span). Focusing on the sensitivity of wind load action on the cable-stayed bridge, the paper investigated the mechanism and analytical method of wind-excited flutter. A proper dynamic calculation model was established by using the professional finite element software and with geometric nonlinear consideration. Analyzing the dynamic behavior of maximum single cantilever beam in construction phase and frequency, period, vibration mode of completion stage, the flutter critical wind velocity of the bridge was evaluated.

Facing limited road space resources, opposite to the increasing use of motor vehicles and difficult management on urban road traffic order, effective use of urban road resources are particularly important. For the high-density network, the frequent road intersections which make the vehicle speed limited as well as the improvement of vehicle performance and the drop of vehicle mixing rate, make the driving requirement for lane width decreased. On condition that road capacity and traffic safety are ensured, the appropriate cut of lane-width will do well to not only for the full use of limited road resources and better traffic regulation, but also for the easy traffic management and the cut of project cost. This paper searches for theoretical foundation by comparing the lane-width of domestic and international typical urban roads and studying successful cases of domestic driveways improvement. Meanwhile this paper uses improved Bolankerf model which computes with floating car data to consider reasonable lane-width for some secondary arterial roads and branch roads in Shanghai.

Aiming at the layout planning scheme selection problem about comprehensive hub passenger stations, this paper puts forward an evaluation model based on space vector norm. It establishes a layout planning scheme evaluation index system about comprehensive hub passenger stations from six aspects, which are scale adaptability, development reservation, and coordination with urban traffic, connection with arterial road network, construction investment efficiency and urban traffic interference. On the basis of determination on the index weight vector according to data dispersion, it adopts functional theory to construct a selection and evaluation model and realizes calculation of evaluation value and prioritization on the alternative scheme. At last, it proves the feasibility of the model by examples. The selection and evaluation of the layout scheme about road passenger transport hub is an important step in the comprehensive hub planning. The decision makers should select the corresponding indexs from different aspects as well as grade and prioritize the layout scheme of the station. The existing evaluation methods mainly include grey weighted association method, importance decision making method based on attributes reduction of rough set and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Both said methods have some disadvantages, for example, the grey weighted association method overly depends on the experience of experts, and importance decision making method based on attributes reduction of rough set needs to design the advantages and disadvantages of the scheme which caused inverted sequence on the decision making logically, while fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method requires the decision makers to conduct total order arrangement on the evaluation scheme, but it is difficult to realize that owing to the limitation of the decision makers' ration and the complication of the problem. Aiming at said problem, this paper tries to construct a multidimensional Hilbert index space and establishes a rational index model of the layout planning based on good characteristics of the space vector norm. Evaluation of comprehensive traffic hub of railway passenger station is the basis of its planning decision. In this paper, several indexes are selected from the angle of the hub's distribution function, express function and transfer function. Each index's formula is given and the evaluation index system is built. Then, to evaluate the hub, this paper establishes a combination evaluation model based on entropy weight and set pair analysis. At last, a numerical example is given to illustrate the combination evaluation model.

In this paper, the characteristics of empty car distribution of heavy haul transportation were analyzed and the objective of the minimizing turn-around time of empty car on heavy haul transportation were determined. The paper proposed that the model of empty car distribution on heavy haul transportation, and computed the empty car distribution of example using LINGO software. Through the data inspection, the model was feasible.

At present, a one-way traffic configuration has been used to relieve increasing traffic congestion in many cities, most of which just aims at minimizing the total system travel time. But, as the era of low-carbon is coming, there is the need to plan the traffic operation organization from the perspective of environmental protection. First, this paper briefly summarizes domestic and foreign research status of one-way traffic organization. Then, the characteristics of vehicle emissions are briefly introduced. From the perspective of environmental protection, this paper presents further research of one-way traffic organization. Based on a one-way traffic organization layout scheme with the objective of minimizing the total system travel time which is conducted through a bilevel programming model and hybrid GA-MSA solution algorithm, this paper selects a suitable vehicle emissions model to calculate total emissions and carries on, through comprehensive selection and correction, in order to improve the one-way traffic organization layout scheme. The improved scheme can relieve traffic congestion while giving attention to environmental protection requirements. In addition, an application example is given to demonstrate the feasibility of this method.

The paper establishes the optimizing model of the dynamic railcar organization on the target of the least car-hour consumption of all the cars based on the combination of the discrete and the continuous service space-time network and designs the genetic algorithm according to the feature of the model. This paper aims to research the optimization scheme of dynamic car flow organization which has a well cooperation with the train working diagram. The continuous optimization of the car flow can be achieved through the combination of the dynamic car flow and the train working diagram. 1 Mathematical Model 1.1 Main method The paper operates the dynamic car flow organization on the combination of the discrete and the continuous service space-time network according to their advantages and disadvantages respectively. In recent years, a large number of steel truss bridges with monolithic orthotropic deck have been built in many countries. For these plate-truss composite structures, using spatial calculation method to make primary design is time-consuming and involves a large amount of calculation. In view of the shortcomings of the spatial calculation method above, this paper suggests a simplified plane frame method (PF method) for plate-truss composite structures. This paper first proposes the concept of the Benchmark model, and then investigates and analyzes the longitudinal and transverse distribution of loads, as well as the simplified principle and the key points for computing the PF model. Finally, the authors build both Benchmark model and PF model by ANSYS for a certain plate-truss composite railway steel bridge. The analysis and comparison of the two models indicate that the PF model has enough accuracy to satisfy the primary design requirements which validate the effectiveness of PF model.

Because of landforms or bypassing special building and other reasons, alignment designs of some bridge approaches are close to the bottom limit of the design standards, especially in locations with a higher difference in elevation. It is easy to have bad alignment design or diverse speed and so on. They may induce hidden traffic danger. For such problems, based on reasons of traffic safety problems, this paper analyzes the influence of a variety of factors, according to different characteristics, formation mechanism and other aspects. The paper builds the traffic safety evaluation system of a bridge approach, which includes 3 first-grade indexes and 17 second-grade indexes. Considering the qualification of some indexes that were exactly calculated, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is applied and the fuzzy comparison matrix is established, thus obtaining the weight of each index in different grades. For the different evaluation results of the indexes' influences, traffic safety levels of the bridge approach are divided into 5 levels. Finally, according to current traffic operations investigations, and taking the Beidong Yangtze Bridge as an example, the evaluation system and algorithm are analyzed and validated, and specific rectifying measures can be given for different evaluation results.

The paper develops the model of the shipyard ship shifting problem with Five-point Approach Method and establishes the dynamic programming model of the topic problem. The paper then discusses the basic solution principle of Five-point Approach Method (FPAM). Finally, the paper solves the optimal approximate solution of the model through the Looking-Flower-Drawing (LFD) building. The paper provides a theory research of thinking for shipyard ship shifting scheduling problem for the shipyard.

Permeable Asphalt Treated Base (PATB) is a type of drainable materials used as internal drainage layers in pavements. It is expected to provide long-term strength as well as good drainage, and therefore improve the longevity of pavements. However, the performance of PATB is mixed. The goal of this paper is to evaluate the long-term performance of PATB on the Long Term Pavement Performance (LTPP) SPS-1 site located in Arkansas. Using performance data (cracking, rutting and smoothness) from the LTPP database, this paper compares the performance of the sections with and without PATB. Design, construction and maintenance data are then compared to explain the performance differences. No strong evidence is found to support the contribution of PATB to better pavement performance due to contradicting observations and the compound experimental design of SPS-1 which mixed the influence of permeability and strength.

The carrying capacity calculation of passenger dedicated line (PDL) stations in China now uses the method of existing line stations. However the existing method cannot completely reflect the characteristics of transportation organization of the PDL. Based on the traditional formula method, this paper analyzed the influential factors of the carrying capacity of PDL stations and calculated the receiving and departure capacity of each car yard. Then the theoretical carrying capacity of the station is calculated. Using the method mentioned above, this paper developed a Station Theoretical Carrying Capacity Calculating System, and calculated the theoretical capacity of a case. Taking into account the theoretical capacity and simulated capacity, with RailSys simulation method, this paper researches the relationship between the theoretical carrying capacity and the practical simulation carrying capacity of the PDL station.

The study of the emergency transportation system is important for the development of emergency logistics theory. The smooth operation of the transportation system is one of the key factors to ensure the safety and efficiency of the emergency logistics system. So, it has the scientific and realistic meaning to study the optimization of reliability on the emergency transportation system. This paper contributes a credibility solution for this kind of challenge in real practice. Firstly, in this paper, the Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FEMA) method is applied to analyze the reliability of the emergency transportation system. Furthermore, a mathematical optimization model is formulated to the ensure the reliability of the system, which is combined with the timing, inflow rates requirement, system reliability and the logical composition of the system. In conclusion, a sample case study is presented to apply this model to test the feasibility and correctness.

The bicycle plan is one of the important parts of low-carbon traffic planning. Urban traffic congestion can be relieved effectively through the promotion of public bicycle riding. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of a bicycle plan and summarizes the existing problems and the causes in the bicycle transit. It then introduces the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analytical method to analyze the bicycle development. Measures of the bicycle development are put forward after analyzing the present situation of bicycle riding. Towards an accurate and quantitative evaluation of the bicycle plan, and using the public bicycle rental system plan as an example, this paper provides the evaluation process of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). In view of the planning of a public bicycle rental system, this paper designs the evaluation methodology based on the degree of crowd satisfaction, which contains the number of people enjoying the service, dot density, and reserved vehicles of the public bicycle rental location.

Current adjustment research is mainly focused on the existing railway or long-distance passenger dedicated line and less focused on the intercity passenger dedicated line. The latter is different from the existing railway or long-distance passenger dedicated line in terms of traveling distance and organization. This determines their different operation adjustment target and principles. Based on concise analysis of the intercity passenger dedicated line's features, this paper proposes the operation adjustment thought, considering the adjustment target according to the type of train. The paper analyzes adjustment principles under this adjustment target, lists possible adjustment measures, proposes the evaluation of the adjustment measures using a simulating platform, and presents the platform's work flow.

In this paper, the high-level oriented-object Petri net (HOPN) is put forward so as to improve the reusability of model and enhance the descriptive ability for dynamic process. Then this paper presents a reliability model of high-speed railway system based on HOPN. In this model, high-speed railway system can be broken down into some object classes, and any place of the object classes can be replaced by low layer Petri net. So the complexity of modeling process is simplified.

By analyzing the dynamic behavioral characteristics of motor vehicles and bicycles at Beijing road intersection, this paper established micro-behavior models of mixed traffic flow at intersection and this paper presented a dynamic parallel simulation algorithm for mixed traffic at intersection based on Multi-Agent system, then class functions for motor vehicles and bicycle Agent have constructed in this paper. The dynamic behavior and characteristics of mixed traffic flow reproduced through computer simulation. The research results have solved the mixed traffic flow dynamic simulation problems of traditional simulation methods, at the same time, the research results have provide a new simulation methods to ease the traffic

Railway, aviation, highways and other transport modes, which interact and compete with each other, take on most of the passenger transport tasks in Cheng-Yu transport corridor. This paper studies the passenger transport structure in Cheng-Yu corridor based on passengers' selection in order to analyze, adjust and optimize the passenger transport system within the affected range in Cheng-Yu transport corridor. The substance of reasonable passenger transport structure at last sums up as the sharing rate of passenger flow. This paper composed a selection probability model of the travel ways passengers select by using Logit model. In order to establish a Utility function model, this paper introduces a conception of ‘Time value of passenger’ to unify all the indexes. This paper also finds a way to quantify the indexes so that the distribution ratio of passenger flow in all transport modes in Cheng -Yu corridor can be calculated. At last the authors found that the structure of the four transport modes was in accordance with actual situation by comparing the theoretical value with the actual value of the sharing rate. Air transport is less competitive compared with the other modes for its high cost and unobvious time advantage.

With the rapid development of domestic high-speed rails, Chinese existing railway charging system is failing to meet the requirements of railway management department on real name management, and can't satisfy passengers' travelling need, either. This thesis proposes using IC card which has display function as a purchase tickets vouchers instead of paper tickets. First, IC card stores passengers' concerned information, such as the card number, account message, etc. after that, the system acquires passengers' physical characteristics information again and will be compared with original information when they are abroad, and assigns seat number while reading the card number, recording starting station, then marks passengers' real-name travelling. Once passengers get off, the system reads card number again, abolishes the previously-assigned seat numbers and records the destination. Finally, the system calculate travel costs and deduct expense from IC card user account automatically, with accord to the IC number of arrival and Starting station and end station. The paper designs the overall structure of charging system, every module function and technology method. Based on B/S mode, the paper also exams the related module functions and verifies the charging system's convenience and feasibility.

This paper describes a geographic information system (GIS)-based oil distribution in gas station monitoring and warning systems. This paper takes oil distribution as the core to analyze the users and design the GIS-based visible oil distribution information platform. This paper makes the increase of visibility and the popularity of system platform as the goal. It emphasizes that the platform meets the needs of customers in intuitionistic and visible style. The platform not only provides the real-time vehicle monitoring, warning, routing and caution services for the internal needs of oil distribution, but also provides customers query and browsing of map data and it enhances the share and intercommunication of each side.

The coordination between PBN flight procedure design and aerodrome operating conditions (CBPFPDAOC) is related to the utilization of the aerodrome airspace, the medium and long-term flight procedures planning of the aerodrome, the quality and the efficiency of air traffic management and even the safety of aircraft. In practice, the judgment about the CBPFPDAOC is usually made by the experts, based on their specialized domain knowledge and experience. This human-made judgment could be biased and arbitrary. To address this problem, the author did research by applying the knowledge of interval evaluation. According to the features of performance-based navigation (PBN) flight procedures and on the basis of the comprehensive consideration of the many factors on aerodrome operating conditions, the author established a comprehensive evaluation index system about the CBPFPDAOC. Based on the principle of interval evaluation, the author constructed the comprehensive assessment model on the CBPFPDAOC which was based on the determination of the evaluation level. The author gives details of this method in this paper, including constructing an evaluation indicator system, obtaining values of each indicator, building comprehensive evaluation of a mathematical model, and finding a solution of the model, etc. At the last part of this paper, the author presents a numerical example to demonstrate that this method is practical, reasonable, and feasible.

Reasonable timetable of cross-line trains needs to be taken into consideration while scheduling trains in passenger dedicated lines (PDL), compared with that in existing double lines, in order to coordinate train operation between PDL and existing lines. Based on a comprehensive analysis of train scheduling in existing double lines, this paper proposes the minimum of weighted deviation of trains' arrival and departure time as the objective function for train scheduling in PDL, and then introduces facility and operation corresponding constraints for the proposed model by integrating characteristics and requirements of train operation organization in PDL of China. Furthermore, to further design the solution algorithm, this paper also introduces quantized calculation method for the train scheduling priority in the objective function of the proposed model.

According to the analysis of the factors that affect passenger station layout in railway terminal, this paper determines the basic principles of passenger station layout in railway terminal. Because the passenger dedicated line joins into Kunming railway terminal and the existing passenger station of Kunming railway terminal—Kunming Station has a lack of the conditions for reconstruction and expansion- the station capacity of Kunming Station can not meet the demand of the recent and long-term passenger transportation, so it is especially necessary to construct a new Kunming passenger station. According to the demand of the passenger volume and the master planning of Kunming, this paper puts forward a compared construction scheme of new Kunming passenger station. Then according to the principles of passenger station layout, the optimal scheme of the new Kunming passenger station location and the construction scale of new Kunming passenger station are determined. At last this paper discusses the labor division between Kunming Station and new Kunming passenger station in the Passenger Transport System of Kunming Railway terminal.

It is thought that volume and speed of traffic flow have a great influence on traffic safety in many research studies. Besides, considering the operating environment of expressways of PRC (People's Republic of China), the paper proposes that the proportion of heavy vehicles is also an important influencing factor. Based on the data of the Jiliao Expressway, the paper analyzes the relationship between the accident rate and characteristic parameters of traffic volume per hour, average speed, coefficient of speed variation, and proportion of heavy vehicles. Then, taking the four characteristic parameters as independent variables, the paper establishes an accident rate prediction model by regression analysis and verifies the model. The model can be used to evaluate the traffic safety of expressways.

In this paper, we will introduce a grey relational analysis-based method to evaluate level of service (LOS), which is considered to be one significant factor of the overall evaluation of comprehensive transportation hub. Passengers are the objects that the comprehensive transportation hub serves, and the services are offered by certain facilities which constitute the interface between the hub and passengers. In this paper, these facilities are defined as the passenger-oriented facilities. Aiming at evaluation of level of service of passenger-oriented facilities, an index system is built, as well as the standards of level of service. Applying grey relational analysis, this paper presents a new method for evaluation of the level of service by calculating and sorting the grey relational grade between the set of observed data from the passenger-oriented facilities based on the indexes and the reference sets from the standards. Finally, we will demonstrate how this method may be used through one example.

Rail transit is the main part of Expo passenger organizing. It plans to attract about 50% passengers. The relationship between rail transit and Expo entrances is very important. It is very significant to think about and take advantage of mass rapid transit (MRT)'s accessibility during spatial planning on urban mega-event such as Expo. Firstly, this paper proposes a hypothesis of how rail transit accessibility effects the selection of Expo entrances. Passengers will choose such entrances that have higher rail transit accessibility. Secondly, through the systematic analysis of the relationship between rail transit accessibility and the number of imported passenger, this paper establishes the model of entrance location potential based on rail transit accessibility. It argues that the entrances' location potential depends on entrances' scale and the level of rail transit accessibility. Rail transit accessibility is confirmed by the nodes connection of rail station, distance impedance between nodes and rail capacity. At last, through the correlation analysis between the number of imported passenger and relative entrance location potential of every entrance, this paper concerns how rail transit accessibility affects the selection of Expo entrances and the results of the effect.

The train stop schedule plan is an important part of the train plans for passenger dedicated lines; passenger dedicated lines have a great traffic density and short time interval. At present the train stops rate is generally an important indicator of train stops distribution in the train stop schedule plan. This paper constructs a train stops distribution scheme compilation model for the passenger dedicated line based on the rate of the train stops by analyzing the type of train stops modes and influencing factors of train stop schedule plan, utilizes assignment algorithm to solve the train stop schedule plan, uses random optimization algorithm to realize deep optimization of the train stop schedule plan, and realizes structural optimization of train diagram and reasonable distribution of the train stops under the premise that the train stop schedule plan meets the train stops rate. Finally, this paper verifies the validity of the train stop schedule plan compilation model and algorithm through compiling train stop schedule plan for Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger dedicated line.

Aiming at the optimal selection problem on road transportation routes of dangerous goods, this paper constructs an evaluation index system on the optimal selection of dangerous goods transportation routes. This is done by introducing the multi-objective lattice order decision making theory into the routing scheme evaluation and comparison. The paper realizes lattice ordering on the alternative schemes by calculating the comprehensive difference of each scheme. In addition, the paper adopts the entropy method in the model system weight calculation to achieve the objectivity of the weight determination. In conclusion, the paper applies the model to numerical examples to perform a trial calculation on the model to prove the rationality of the model.

Recently, research on the high-speed railway pricing problem is urgent. This paper analyzes the market orientation of high-speed railway, introduces the foreign high-speed railway's present positioning method and the research situation of China's high-speed railway pricing strategies. On the basis of analysis and review of existing studies, this paper proposes future directions for study.

It is very important to determine the reasonable lateral offset of wagon gravity for developing out-gauge railway transportation and ensuring transportation safety. Based on the analysis of combination of lateral force under the most unfavorable vehicle overturned condition, this paper presents the model of the vehicle overturning. To take Type D5 truck as an example, the paper focuses on analysis of the change of the permit lateral offset with the vehicle loading utilization rate .The simulating results show that the permit lateral offset of wagon gravity center decrease with the increase of the vehicle loading utilization rate.

Analyzing the influence of the drivers' visual changes in highway tunnel groups on traffic safety, this paper made a test on 100 drivers' visual characteristics on Tongling to Tangkou (Anhui) expressway traffic tunnel group using the dynamic visual acuity tester. The results showed that: the drivers are relatively prone to accidents in the tunnel group environment. After driving through the expressway tunnel group, drivers' dynamic vision is 47.12 percent and even up to 90.18 percent compromised, compared to their respective static vision. According to the gray system, a gray relation analysis model of visual characteristics was established. The results showed that the driving age, driving experience and continuous driving time all had strong correlations with drivers' dynamic vision, in which the continuous driving time dominates other factors. This paper could, in theory, provide a useful or practical way for the design and safety management of the expressway tunnel group.

Pavement design is moving from empirical methods to mechanistic-empirical methods, such as the Mechanistic-Empirical Pavement Design Guide (MEPDG) developed in the USA. Since it is a more complicated design and modeling tool, it is necessary to conduct a risk analysis of the new system. Moreover, it is well accepted that uncertainty and risk (i.e. the variation of materials, forecasting of future traffic) should be understood and considered in pavement design. Different from conventional sensitivity analysis on design software, this paper considers the design process as a system and investigates the risk and uncertainty in the system using the Hierarchical Holographic Modeling (HHM) and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). In total, 72 parameters are compared and ranked to find critical factors influencing the success of flexible pavement design. This paper could give a “out of box” view of pavement design using mechanistic-empirical methods and aid engineers in focusing on inputs that have the most effect on pavement design.

The paper analyzes the current condition of rescuing expressway traffic accidents in China. Then based on the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) technology, it sets up the emergency rescue system for the expressway traffic accidents. The emergency rescue system is comprised of the functions of accident auto-detection, cooperation of the departments within the rescue system, information gathering and transferring in time, rescue resources optimizing, and rescue information publishing and service. The paper concludes that the goal of improving the rescue efficiency is achieved.

In recent years, as an innovative technology, Radio frequency identification (RFID) promises to precisely identify objects at low cost and without line of sight. This ability of RFID creates new and emerging opportunities for RFID applications to become an integral part of railway station services. This paper provides a mobile RFID framework architecture for mobile devices that aims to facilitate the development process of embedded RFID applications and the integration process of railway station applications and EPC Network instances. In this way, Humans, devices and things at railway station are both the content providers and users of these mobile services. We explore ID-Services, a flexible RFID middleware architecture for mobile, which includes three layers (ID Device layer, Proxy object layer and high level interface) to address the specific issues of mobile RFID-enabled applications. The ID-Services middleware is basically platform-neutral and can be used for any type of mobile computing device. This paper also proposes three extended functions by implementing mobile RFID approach, which includes the maintenance optimization, monitoring the temperature of the surface of the rail and a passenger-oriented system.

The build of Public Logistics Information Platform (PLIP) is a complex system. This paper does some discussion on the classification of the knowledge ba on PLIP and does some study on user knowledge communication ba with knowledge management theory and ba theory to analyze the knowledge ba formation during the procedure of information platform. Also, this paper analyses the influencing factors on knowledge communication ba of PLIP and the knowledge conversion ba. It emphasizes the research on complementation knowledge ba. Based on this an exchange model is founded in the condition of complete information non-cooperative static game with horizontal complementary knowledge of participation bodies in PLIP development. Therefore, a new kind of thought and decision-making reference is offered.

By analyzing the assignments of high speed passenger railway lines, occupied time of arrival and departure lines and operation crossover, introducing the concept of time slices, this paper establishes an optimization model of utilization of arrival and departure tracks. This meets the needs of train operation and reduces train assignment cross interference. The model is a 0–1 integer programming model and a nonlinear programming problem. Although its form is simple, it is a completely NP problem. This paper adopts the heuristic algorithm to solve the model. Finally, it designs a simple example to verify the algorithm.

In China, the Passenger Dedicated Line(PDL) is the line of freight and passenger transport separation and mainly based on passenger transportation. Trains usually reach more than 200km/h on it. The forecast of new PDL passenger volume is the fundamental work of railway construction. It determines the station level and standards. Because of PDL construction started late in China, and,lacking of historical data, it's difficult to find scientific, reliable, simple methods to forecast it. This paper analyses the influencial factors of the new PDL passenger volume. Based on general volume, it considers the increasing and the sharing passenger volume, the prediction models are put forward. Then, taking Siping-Changchun as an example, the paper forecasts the PDL passenger volume and analyzes the results of prediction. At last it reaches the conclusion.

On passenger dedicated lines (PDL), train stop scheme is a very important influencing factor to line through capacity. Organizing train stop scheme well can not only improve the carrying capacity, but also can improve the passenger service quality. First, this paper analyzes the stop scheme types of the general PDL and briefly introduces the advantages and disadvantages of various types. Then this paper takes the interests of the operating companies and passengers into account. In view of the least trains needed for companies and the best traveling time for passengers, this paper makes sure of reasonable stop frequency and stop time interval. Finally, while satisfying some service quality requirements, this paper establishes stop scheme of multi-objective programming mode and transfers multi-objective linear programming problem into the single-objective linear programming problem by the linear weighting method. In the study, this paper supposes that a PDL has n stations. 85% of the train stops at 4 ~ 6 stations, and 15% of the trains are non-stop trains.

Electric phase separations (EPS) is one of the key structures for implementing the power-supply of the overhead contact line system (OCS), but the speed of electric multiple unit (EMU) while EMU passes EPS will have partial loss. This paper studies the influence the setting pattern and location of the electric phase separations have on the minimum headway of trains. The calculating model of headway of trains effected by electric phase separations based on the CTCS-3 was put forward in this paper. Using the calculating model, the paper calculates the headway of trains under the different layout form and position of EPS, station layout form and railway condition, respectively. The results show that the headway of trains departure is significantly affected by EPS, while the headway of trains in the section has less effect and the headway of trains arrival at station has no effect. The EPS should be set far from the throat area, short EPS, compacting layout throat area in order to reduce the influence of EPS to the headway of trains. Valuable research results will be provided for survey and design of passenger-dedicated line.

With the vehicle fleet continues to increase, the traffic problem is becoming worse and more complex. Traffic congestion also brings great inconvenience to the normal life. In order to solve these problems, many domestic cities began to learn traffic calming from foreign countries. Traffic calming means a combination of a series of measures with the purpose of reducing the negative effects caused by the use of motor vehicles, changing the driving behavior, and improving the street environment for non-motorized users. The theory and practice of traffic calming in foreign countries are relatively mature, but the domestic cities have not achieved the desired results in applications. Combining with the domestic situation, this paper summarized the current main measures of traffic calming at home and abroad, then discussed the design, advantages and disadvantages, application conditions of several commonly used measures, and gave some relative advices. This paper is of certain guidance significance to the domestic study and engineering application.

This paper describes the rear-end collision phenomena that currently exists, based on the principle of rigid body kinematics. The effective crash velocity of automobiles in rear-end collisions is analyzed by using momentum conservation and energy rules. The paper derives the crash acceleration of the crash car and the crashed car in rear-end impact accidents. According to the relationship of the collision impact force and acceleration, the mechanics model of the occupants suffering extrusion force in the crash car and occupants suffering shear force in the crashed car is established. This model can definite the occupants' injuries in rear-end impact accidents, and some problems in rear-end collision can be solved through the model.

In order to analyze the relation between internal flow field characteristic of compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicle high pressure pipe and driving security and fuel economy, this paper makes use of Gambit software to establish three-dimensional model and meshing of CNG passenger car high pressure pipe; sets boundary types (inlet boundary, outlet boundary and wall boundary); utilizes numerical simulation to internal flow field of high pressure pipe by the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis software Fluent. The paper then conducts computations after the boundary condition is confirmed, and makes post-processing when the computation result is converged. It shows the distribution charts of pressure, velocity and mass flow for the necessary plane or coordinate axis. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the influence of pipe length, pipe diameter, radius of curvature and location for the computation result. The result has some reference value for optimizing the configuration of high pressure pipe.

At present,there have been many research papers on the traffic benefit of regional express railway(RER),however few is about the analysis and evaluation of its comprehensive benefits. This article makes the analysis and evaluation on the comprehensive benefits of RER from three aspects which are economy, transit and society.This paper also has established a comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model,using qualitative and quantitative method to analyze each index.And it also analyzes and evaluates the comprehensive benefits of RER by the way of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The results show that the comprehensive benefits of RER are relatively good.

For the special nature of semi-flexible base's road performance, this paper studies the Marshall stability, splitting strength and compressive strength tests of the semi-flexible mixture. First, several steps which should be taken to achieve the optimal mix proportion are presented as below: optimal gradation, optimal fluid content, optimal asphalt content, optimal cement content. Secondly based on a project, the paper introduces systematically the performance, proportioning design and construction process of semi-flexible mixture. Finally, with analysis of strengths, weaknesses and pavement applicability between semi-rigid and semi-flexible base material, proposing that semi-flexible base as a structural layer can be a good solution to the problem of reflecting crack phenomenon of asphalt pavements. It introduces the application of three semi-flexible bases in pavement structures in detail, including the construction and reconstruction of asphalt and cement concrete pavements, aiming at providing reference to its extension and application.

The objective of a vessel equipped with a lifeboat is to save lives when the vessel is in an emergency, but many crews are injured or have died from lifeboat drills and routine maintenance every year. This paper is based on various lifeboat accidents, and has analyzed some causes for lifeboat accidents, indicating that temporary crews and a lack of concern for international regulations for launching devices and recovering procedures are the main causes for lifeboat accidents. Furthermore, the paper presents some tips on preventing lifeboat accidents and states that through regular lifeboat drills and proper maintenance, it can help allay a crew's fears and tension, and thus enable a lifeboat to play its vital role in life saving during an emergency at sea.

In China, railway transportation's total amount of energy consumption is quite huge. The locomotive traction fuel consumption occupies 60 to 70 percent of the railway energy consumption. Hence, researches on how to reduce the locomotive traction fuel consumption are of vital importance for railway energy saving. On the basis of the previous correlation research results in the field of energy-efficient train operation with given time, this paper improves the model and increases the searching speed of the heuristic algorithm. At last, this paper figures out the section traveling optimal scheme by using VC++ 6.0 and MATLAB software according to an example's data, gains better results and then proves the algorithm's feasibility.

Applying the automatic store content ark principle, every parking space is considered as a separate storage, the parking lot is regarded as a complete system, and the process of the driver to save/take the car is regarded as the process of saving/taking the goods. Combining the best parking model, this paper proposes the parking lots guidance information system based on the automatic parking guidance system. Based on distributing the free parking spot into the weighted directed graph, this paper calculates the shortest path with the ant colony algorithm, and offers sample designs of the parking space guidance system.

Analyzing the public service mode of organization of its goods supply and flow in high-speed railway time, this paper finds the problems existing in rail freight informationization construction. The paper puts forward the construction of the public service platform directly for the consigners, which makes use of internet technology, database technology and computer software development technology to realize the online transaction of freight service, information querying in transit, and other functions. This will improve the efficiency and quality of railway transportation service.
