Abstract

The article discusses the need for the climate change adaptation which affects the operation and budget of government overseas infrastructure, according to the Department of Defense. It cites on the operational risk in the training, testing and mission interruption while budgetary risks include cost of repair the damages. The article also discusses the vulnerability of overseas installations associated with climate change.
