The article reports on arts as agents of growth and development in creative industries such as record companies and dance companies in London. Arts are the fastest-growing industry in the U.K. economy as shown by its 21 billion pounds contribution from creative organization like museums and orchestras. They bring money and help high-earning businesses earn more. They are also important in municipal government because of their connection with private wealth and financial services. However they are not considered as monetary drivers and a beneficiary of London's economic growth by economists.
