In this paper, we establish some fixed point results for fuzzy mappings in a complete dislocated b-metric space. Our results generalize and extend the results of Joseph et al. (SpringerPlus 5:Article ID 217, 2016). We also give examples to support our results, and applications relating the results to a fixed point for multivalued mappings and fuzzy mappings are studied. In this paper, we prove some existence theorems of fixed points of a monotone nonexpansive mapping T in a Banach space E with the partial order '≤', where a such mapping may be discontinuous. In particular, in finite dimensional spaces, such a mapping T has a fixed point in E if and only if the sequence $\{T^{n}0\}$ is bounded in E. In order to find a fixed point of such a mapping T, we prove the weak convergence of the Mann iteration scheme under the condition $\sum_{n=1}^{\infty}\beta_{n}(1-\beta_{n})=\infty$, which entails $\beta _{n}=\frac{1}{n+1}$ as a special case. In this paper, we state and prove Wardowski type fixed point theorems in metric space by using a modified generalized F-contraction maps. These theorems extend other well-known fundamental metrical fixed point theorems in the literature (Dung and Hang in Vietnam J. In this paper, we introduce the two new concepts of an α-type almost- F-contraction and an α-type F Suzuki contraction and prove some fixed point theorems for such mappings in a complete metric space. In this article the concept of coupled best proximity point and cyclic contraction pair are introduced and then we study the existence and convergence of these points in metric spaces. We also establish new results on the existence and convergence in a uniformly convex Banach spaces. We consider a new iterative algorithm for finding a common element of the set of generalized mixed equilibrium problems, the set of solutions of a system of quasivariational inclusions for two difference inverse strongly accretive operators, and common set of fixed points for strict pseudocontraction mappings in Banach spaces. We introduce a new hybrid extragradient viscosity approximation method for finding the common element of the set of equilibrium problems, the set of solutions of fixed points of an infinitely many nonexpansive mappings, and the set of solutions of the variational inequality problems for β-inverse-strongly monotone mapping in Hilbert spaces. Then, we prove the strong convergence of the proposed iterative scheme to the unique solution of variational inequality, which is the optimality condition for a minimization problem. We introduce a new iterative method for finding a common element of the set of solutions for mixed equilibrium problem, the set of solutions of the variational inequality for a β-inversestrongly monotone mapping, and the set of fixed points of a family of finitely nonexpansive mappings in a real Hilbert space by using the viscosity and Cesàaro mean approximation method. We prove that the sequence converges strongly to a common element of the above three sets under some mind conditions.
