Teoricamente, existe a necessidade da realizacao de um aquecimento antes dos exercicios resistidos (ER), porem pouco se sabe sobre seus diferentes protocolos e sua influencia antes da realizacao dos ER. O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar a influencia do aquecimento especifico (Ae), aquecimento de flexibilidade (Af) e aquecimento aerobico (Ar), antes do desenvolvimento de cargas maximas, em 15 individuos (idade 22 ± 3) aparentemente saudaveis.
