This paper is motivated by Phong and Stein?s work in [11]. The purpose of this paper is to establish the inhomogeneous multi-parameter Lipschitz spaces Lip? com associated with mixed homogeneities and characterize these spaces via the Littlewood-Paley theory. As applications, the boundedness of the composition of Calder?n-Zygmund singular integral operators with mixed homogeneities has been considered.

A curve is named as rectifying curve if its position vector always lies in its rectifying plane. There are lots of papers about rectifying curves in Euclidean and Minkowski spaces. In this paper, we give some relations between extended rectifying curves and their modified Darboux vector fields in Galilean 3-Space. The other aim of the paper is to introduce the ruled surfaces whose base curve is rectifying curve. Further, we prove that the parameter curve of the surface is a geodesic.

Let $H_1$, $H_2$, $H_3$ be real Hilbert spaces, let $A:H_1\rightarrow H_3$, $B:H_2\rightarrow H_3$ be two bounded linear operators. The general split common fixed-point problem under consideration in this paper is to $$\text{find}\ \ x \in \cap_{i=1}^p F(U_i),\ \ y \in \cap_{j=1}^r F(T_j)\ \ \text{such that}\ \ Ax = By,\eqno{(1)}$$ where $p$, $r\geq 1$ are integers, $U_i:H_1\rightarrow H_1$ $(1\leq i\leq p)$ and $T_j:H_2\rightarrow H_2$ $(1\leq j\leq r)$ are quasi-nonexpansive mappings with nonempty common fixed-point sets $\cap_{i=1}^pF(U_i)=\cap_{i=1}^p\{x\in H_1:U_ix=x\}$ and $\cap_{j=1}^rF(T_j)=\cap_{j=1}^r\{x\in H_2:T_jx=x\}$. Note that, the above problem (1) allows asymmetric and partial relations between the variables $x$ and $y$. If $H_2=H_3$ and $B=I$, then the general split common fixed-point problem (1) reduces to the general split common fixed-point problem proposed by Censor and Segal $\cite{C}$. In this paper, we introduce simultaneous parallel and cyclic algorithms for the general split common fixed-point problems (1). We introduce a way of selecting the stepsizes such that the implementation of our algorithms does not need any prior information about the operator norms. We prove the weak convergence of the proposed algorithms and apply the proposed algorithms to the multiple-set split feasibility problems. Our results improve and extend the corresponding results announced by many others.

In this paper, we introduce a new concept of nonlocal anti-periodic boundary conditions and solve fractional and sequential fractional differential equations supplemented with these conditions. The anti-periodic boundary conditions involve a nonlocal intermediate point together with one of the fixed end points of the interval under consideration, and accounts for a flexible situation concerning anti-periodic phenomena. The existence results for the given problems are obtained with the aid of standard fixed point theorems. Some examples illustrating the main results are also discussed. The paper concludes with several interesting observations.

The purpose of this paper is to prove some strict common fixed point theorems for weakly compatible hybrid pairs of nonlinear mappings defined on semi-metric spaces employing implicit relations which unify, extend and generalize several results from the literature. As an application, we prove a general common fixed point theorem for integral type contractive conditions. Finally, we give an example to demonstrate the main result of the paper.

This paper is concerned with the existence of Siegel disks of the Cremona map $F_\alpha(x,y)=(x\cos\alpha -(y-x^2)\sin\alpha,\,\, x\sin\alpha+(y-x^2)\cos\alpha)$ with the parameter $\alpha\in [0,2\pi)$. This problem is reduced to the existence of local invertible analytic solutions to a functional equation with small divisors $\lambda^n+\lambda^{-n}-\lambda-\lambda^{-1}$. The main aim of this paper is to investigate whether this equation with $|\lambda|=1$ has such a solution under the Brjuno condition.

For analytic functions in the open unit disk $\mathbb U$ , we introduce a general family of integral operators. The main object of the this paper is to present a systematic study if this general family of integral operators and to determine the associated univalence conditions. Relevant connections of the results derived in this paper with those in several earlier works are also indicated.

This paper is concerned with the existence and uniqueness of extremal solution for a nonlinear boundary value problems of fractional differential equation involving Riemann-Liouville derivative and p-Laplacian operator. By applying monotone iterative technique and lower and upper solutions method, we obtain sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of extremal solution and construct the sequences of iteration to approximate it. The paper extends the applications of lower and upper solutions method and obtains some new results.

In this paper, two kinds of system of fuzzy differential inclusions are introduced and studied. An existence of the solutions for one system of fuzzy differential inclusions is proved by using continuous selection theorem. An existence of the solutions for another system of fuzzy differential inclusions is also proved by employing the fixed point theorem in the generalized metric space. The results presented in this paper improve and extend some known results concerned with the multivalued Cauchy problem and fuzzy differential inclusions.

Vanishing of linearly independent curvature tensors of a non-symmetric affine connection space as functions of vanished curvature tensor of the associated space of this one are analyzed in the first part of this paper. Projective curvature tensors of a non-symmetric affine connection space are expressed as functions of the affine connection coefficients and Weyl projective tensor of the corresponding associated affine connection space in the second part of this paper.

In this paper, we study the symmetric generalized quasi-variational inclusion problems. Then, we establish some existence theorems of solution sets for these problems. Moreover, the stability of solutions for these problems are also onbtained. Finally, we apply these results to symmetric vector quasi-equilibrium problems. The results presented in this paper improve and extend the main results in the literature. Some examples are given to illustrate our results.

In this paper we study the existence and the uniqueness of isoperimetric extremals of rotation on two-dimensional (pseudo-) Riemannian manifolds and on surfaces on Euclidean space. We find the new form of their equations which is easier than results by S. G. Leiko. He introduced the notion of rotary diffeomorphisms. In this paper we propose a new proof of the fundamental equations of rotary mappings.

In this paper we consider concircular vector fields of manifolds with non-symmetric metric tensor. The subject of our paper is an equitorsion concircular mapping. A mapping f : GRN?GRN? is an equitorsion if the torsion tensors of the spaces GRN and GRN? are equal. For an equitorsion concircular mapping of two generalized Riemannian spaces GRN and GRN, we obtain some invariant curvature tensors of this mapping Z?,? = 1,2,... 5, given by equations (3.14, 3.21, 3.28, 3.31, 3.38). These quantities are generalizations of the concircular tensor Z given by equation (2.5).

In this paper, we introduce and investigate an interesting subclass N?h,p (?, ?) of analytic and bi-univalent functions in the open unit disk U. For functions belonging to the class N?h,p (?, ?), we obtain estimates on the first two Taylor-Maclaurin coefficients |a2| and |a3|. The results presented in this paper would generalize and improve some recent works of ?a?lar et al. [3], Xu et al. [10], and other authors.

Recently, Filipovic et al. [M. Filipovic, L. Paunovic, S. Radenovic, M. Rajovic, Remarks on 'Cone metric spaces and fixed point theorems of T-Kannan and T-Chatterjea contractive mappings', Math. Comput. Modelling. 54 (2011) 1467-1472] proved several fixed and periodic point theorems for solid cones on cone metric spaces. In this paper several fixed and periodic point theorems for T-contraction of two maps on cone metric spaces with solid cone are proved. The results of this paper extend and generalize well-known comparable results in the literature.

In two BIT papers error expansions in the Gauss and Gauss-Tur´ an quadrature formulas with the Chebyshev weight function of the first kind, in the case when integrand is an analytic function in some region of the complex plane containing the interval of integration in its interior, have been obtained. On the basis of that, using a representation of the remainder term in the form of contour integral over confocal ellipses, the upper bound of the modulus of the remainder term, in the cases when certain parameter s (s ∈ N0) takes the specific values s = 0,1,2, has been obtained. Its form for a general s (s ∈ N0) has been supposed in one of the mentioned papers. Here, we prove that formula.

In this paper, parametric quintic spline method is presented to solve a linear special case sixth order two point boundary value problems with two different cases of boundary conditions. The method presented in this paper has been shown to be second and fourth order accurate. Boundary equations are derived for both the cases of boundary conditions. Convergence analysis of these methods are discussed. The presented method is tested on four numerical examples of linear sixth order boundary value problems. Comparison is made to show the practical usefulness of the presented method.

In this paper, it is proved that the three-step iteration sequence converges strongly to a fixed point for nonself asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive type mappings in Banach space. The results obtained in this paper extend and improve the recent ones announced by S.S. Chang and Y.Y. Zhou[2], S. Quan, S. Chang and J. Long [13] , W. Nilsrakoo, S. Saejung [10] and many others.

In this paper, we study singular integrals on product domains with kernels in L(logL)2(Sn?1?Sm?1) supported by surfaces of revolutions. We prove that our operators are bounded on Lp under certain convexity assumption on the surfaces. Also, in this paper we prove that the convexity assumption is not necessary for the L boundedness to hold. Moreover, additional related results are presented. Our condition on the kernel is known to be optimal.

Let D := {z ? C : |z| < 1} be the open unit disk, and h and 1 be two analytic functions in D. Suppose that f = h + ?g is a harmonic mapping in D with the usual normalization h(0) = 0 = g(0) and h'(0) = 1. In this paper, we consider harmonic mappings f by restricting its analytic part to a family of functions convex in one direction and, in particular, starlike. Some sharp and optimal estimates for coefficient bounds, growth, covering and area bounds are investigated for the class of functions under consideration. Also, we obtain optimal radii of fully convexity, fully starlikeness, uniformly convexity, and uniformly starlikeness of functions belonging to those family.

In this paper the author present some new identities for q-analogues of multiple harmonic (star) sums whose indices are the sequences ({p}a) and ({p}a, p+1, {p}b). Then we use these formulas to establish some relations between multiple harmonic (star) sums and classical harmonic numbers and binomial coefficients. As an application we give some explicit formulas involving multiple zeta star values. Some interesting consequences and illustrative examples are also given.

In this paper, we obtain certain sharp estimates for the maximal modulus of a rational function with prescribed poles. The proofs of the obtained results are based on the new version of the Schwarz lemma for regular functions which was suggested by Osserman. The obtained results produce several inequalities for polynomials as well.

The main objective of this paper is to study the composition of continuous Kontorovich-Lebedev wavelet transform (KL-wavelet transform) and wave packet transform (WPT) based on the Kontorovich-Lebedev transform (KL-transform). Estimates for KL-wavelet and KL-wavelet transform are obtained, and Plancherel?s relation for composition of KL-wavelet transform and WPT-transform are derived. Reconstruction formula for WPT associated to KL-transform is also deduced and at the end Calderon?s formula related to KL-transform using its convolution property is obtained.

Different from the traditional linearly activated gradient-based neural network model (GNN model), two nonlinear activation functions are presented and investigated to construct two nonlinear gradient-based neural network models (NGNN-1 model and NGNN-2 model) for matrix inversion in this paper. For comparative and illustrative purposes, the traditional GNN model is also used to solve matrix inversion problems under the same circumstance. In addition, the simulation results of the computer finally confirm the validity and superiority of the two nonlinear gradient-based neural network models specially activated by two nonlinear activation functions for matrix inversion, as compared with the traditional GNN model.

The variational model decomposition (VMD) has a problem that is dificult to determine the number of intrinsic mode functions (IMF).We use the leaked energy to determine the number of IMFs. And we use the energy concentration rate of the IMF?s autocorrelation function and the correlation coefficient between the IMFs and the original signal, define Q as the ratio of the energy concentration and the correlation coefficient, and use Q to determine the noise IMFs in the IMFs. Then, we filter the noise IMFs and use the remaining IMFs to reconstruct signal to achieve noise reduction. Finally, we use the signal-tonoise ratio (SNR) to compare the noise reduction method proposed in this paper and the Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) noise reduction method.

Mixed type is a further step of development in functional equations. In this paper, the authors made an attempt to introduce such equation of the following form with its general solution h(py + z) + h(py-z) + h(y + pz) + h(y-pz) = (p + p2)[h(y + z) + h(y-z)] + 2h(py)- 2(p2 + p-1)h(y) for all y,z ? R, p ? 0,?1. Also, without Fatou property authors investigate its various stabilities related to Ulam problem in modular space by considering with and without ?p-condition.

Let X be an infinite complex Banach space and consider two bounded linear operators A,B ? L(X). Let LA ? L(L(X)) and RB ? L(L(X)) be the left and the right multiplication operators, respectively. The generalized derivation ?A,B ? L(L(X)) is defined by ?A,B(X) = (LA-RB)(X) = AX-XB. In this paper we give some sufficient conditions for ?A,B to satisfy SVEP, and we prove that ?A,B-?I has finite ascent for all complex ?, for general choices of the operators A and B, without using the range kernel orthogonality. This information is applied to prove some necessary and sufficient conditions for the range of ?A,B-?I to be closed. In [18, Propostion 2.9] Duggal et al. proved that, if asc(?A,B-?)? 1, for all complex ?, and if either (i) A* and B have SVEP or (ii)?* A,B has SVEP, then ?A,B-? has closed range for all complex ? if and only if A and B are algebraic operators, we prove using the spectral theory that, if asc(?A,B-?) ? 1, for all complex ?, then ?A,B-? has closed range, for all complex ? if and only if A and B are algebraic operators, without the additional conditions (i) or (ii).

This paper is to give a univalent criterion and a geometric property of the convolution of two right half-plane harmonic mappings f0(z) and f (z), where f0(z) is canonical and the second complex dilatation w(z) of f (z) is of the form w(z) = - z-a/1-az z-b/1-bz.

In this paper we obtain two known solutions of the problem of continuity of contractive mappings at fixed point under alternative set of conditions; these known solutions followed the first solution of Rhoades problem by Pant in 1999. We show that these two solutions characterize completeness and we also compare these with some recent solutions of the Rhoades problem.

This paper mainly concerns the quasi sure exponential stability of square mean almost pseudo automorphic mild solution for a class of neutral stochastic evolution equations driven by G-Brownian motion. By means of evolution operator theorem and fixed point theorem, existence and uniqueness of square mean almost pseudo automorphic mild solution is obtained. Also, a series of sufficient conditions on exponential stability and quasi sure exponential stability are established.

Local solutions of Painlev? equations P1, P2, P4, as well as of the equations S1, S2, S4 satisfied by their Hamiltonians, can be extended to functions meromorphic in C. This way they become a point of interest for value distribution theory. Distribution of values of solutions of P1, P2 and P4 is already well described. In the paper we discuss mostly S1, S2 and S4 in this context. In particular, we pay attention to deficient, asymptotic and ramified values of solutions of these equations.

In this paper, a new compact alternating direction implicit (ADI) difference scheme is proposed for the solution of two dimensional time fractional diffusion equation. Theoretical considerations are discussed. We show that the proposed method is fourth order accurate in space and two order accurate in time. The stability and convergence of the compact ADI method are presented by the Fourier analysis method. Numerical examples confirm the theoretical results and high accuracy of the proposed scheme.

In this paper, we are interested in the continuity of the spectrum and some of its parts in the setting of Hilbert spaces. We study the continuity of the spectrum in the class of operators {T}+K(H), where K(H) denote the ideal of compact operators. Also, we give conditions in order to transfer the continuity of spectrum from T to T + K, where K ? K(H). Then, we characterize those operators for which the continuity of spectrum is stable under compact perturbations.

In the present paper, the aim is to obtain some new fixed point theorems for nonlinear F-contractions involving generalized distance to prove the existence of solution to second order differential equation related to conversion of solar energy to electrical energy. Non-trivial examples are also presented, to illustrate the obtained results and to show that new results are proper generalization of recently appeared results in the literature.

In the present paper, we study bi-$f$-harmonic maps which generalize not only $f$-harmonic maps, but also biharmonic maps. We derive bi-$f$-harmonic equations for curves in the Euclidean space, unit sphere, hyperbolic space, and in hypersurfaces of Riemannian manifolds., Comment: 22 pages

In this paper, an initial boundary value problem for a wave equation with unusual boundary condition is considered. Giving an integral over-determination condition, a time-dependent potential is determined and existence and uniqueness theorem for small times is proved. We characterize the estimates of conditional stability of the solution of the inverse problem. Also, the numerical solution of the inverse problem is studied by using finite difference method.

This paper is devoted to the study of a nonlinear Kirchhoff-Carrier wave equation in an annular associated with nonhomogeneous Dirichlet conditions. At first, by applying the Faedo-Galerkin, we prove existence and uniqueness of the solution of the problem considered. Next, by constructing Lyapunov functional, we prove a blow-up result for solutions with a negative initial energy and establish a sufficient condition to obtain the exponential decay of weak solutions.

In this paper, we introduce a square hyponormal operator as a bounded linear operator T on a complex Hilbert space H such that T2 is a hyponormal operator, and we investigate some basic properties of this operator. Under the hypothesis ?(T) ? (-?(T)) ? {0}, we study spectral properties of a square hyponormal operator. In particular, we show that if z and w are distinct eigen-values of T and x,y ? H are corresponding eigen-vectors, respectively, then ?x,y? = 0. Also, we define nth hyponormal operators and present some properties of this kind of operators.

This paper aims to discuss inequalities involving extension of Euclidean numerical radius. We obtain a refinement of the inequality shown by Sattari et al. We give an improvement of the inequality presented by Kittaneh for the numerical radius. In fact we show that if T ? B(H), then ?2(T) ? 1/2 ||T*T + TT*||-inf ||x||=1 ?(x), where ?(x) = ?(|T|- ?|T|x,x?|2 + ||T*|- ?|T*|x,x?|2)x,x?.

In this paper the existence and uniqueness of the solutions to boundary value problems for the first order non-linear system of the ordinary differential equations with three-point boundary conditions are investigated. For the first time the Green function is constructed and the considered problem is reduced to the equivalent integral equations that allow us to prove the existence and uniqueness theorems in differ from existing works, applying the Banach contraction mapping principle and Schaefer?s fixed point theorem. An example is given to illustrate the obtained results.

The aim of this paper is to construct regularized asymptotics of the solution of a singularly perturbed parabolic problem with an oscillating initial condition. The presence of a rapidly oscillating function in the initial condition has led to the appearance of a boundary layer function in the solution, which has the rapidly oscillating character of the change. In addition, it is shown that the asymptotics of the solution contains exponential, parabolic boundary layer functions and their products describing the angular boundary layers. Continuing the ideas of works [1, 3] a complete regularized asymptotics of the solution of the problem is constructed.

In this paper sufficient oscillation conditions are established, for deviating difference equations with non-monotone arguments and nonnegative coefficients. An example, numerically solved in MATLAB, is also given to demonstrate the applicability and strength of the obtained conditions over known ones.

In this paper, we consider a kind of second-order neutral differential equation with timedependent deviating arguments. By applications of Krasnoselskii?s fixed point theorem, sufficient conditions for the existence of positive periodic solutions are established.

The spectral analysis of a class of Sturm-Liouville problems with eigenparameter-dependent boundary conditions on bounded time scales is investigated. By partitioning the bounded time scale such that the coefficients of Sturm-Liouville equation satisfy certain conditions on the adjacent subintervals, the finite eigenvalue results are obtained. The results show that the number of eigenvalues not only depend on the partition of the bounded time scale, but also depend on the eigenparameter-dependent boundary conditions. Both of the self-adjoint and non-self-adjoint cases are considered in this paper.

In this paper, we study the existence and other properties of the solution of nonlinear mixed fractional integro-differential equations with constant coefficient. Also with the help of integral inequality of mixed type, we prove the continuous dependence of the solutions on the initial conditions.

In the present paper we study the Riesz summability on a closed domain expansions in eigenfunctions of the first boundary value problem for the Schrodinger operator with a weak singular potential.

For a connected graph G, the multiplicative eccentricity resistance-distance ?*R(G) is defined as ?*R(G) = ?{x,y}?V(G)?(x)??(y)RG(x,y), where ?(?) is the eccentricity of the corresponding vertex and RG(x,y) is the effective resistance between vertices x and y. A cactus is a connected graph in which any two simple cycles have at most one vertex in common. Let Cat(n;t) be the set of cacti possessing n vertices and t cycles, where 0 ? t ? n-1/2. In this paper, we first introduce some edge-grafting transformations which will increase ?*R(G). As their applications, the extremal graphs with maximum and second-maximum ?*R(G)-value in Cat(n,t) are characterized, respectively.

In the paper we introduce the classes of functions with correlated coefficients defined by generalized Ruscheweyh derivatives. We also define the dual set for harmonic functions and show that the classes of functions can be presented as dual sets. Moreover, by using extreme points theory, we obtain estimations of classical convex functionals on the defined classes of functions. Some applications of the main results are also considered.

The aim of this paper is to obtain existence results for an infinite system of second order differential equations in the sequence space lp for 1 ? p < ? with the help of a technique associated with measures of noncompactness and contractive condition of operator type. We also provide some illustrative examples in support of our existence theorems.
