The experiment aimed to study the effects of lactic acid bacteria, cellulase, and cornmeal on the sensory quality, nutritional components, and fermentation quality of elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum) silage, providing a reference for optimizing the ensiling of elephant grass. Using elephant grass as experimental material, control group (group CK), lactic acid bacteria group (group A), cellulase group (group B), corn meal group (group C), lactic acid bacteria + cellulase group (group D), lactic acid bacteria + corn meal group (group E), cellulase + corn meal group (group F) and lactic acid bacteria + cellulase + corn meal group (group G) were set up, with three replicates in each group. After 30 days of silage fermentation, the sensory, nutrient composition and fermentation quality of elephant grass silage were detected by sampling. The results showed that compared with the control group, the mixed addition group (group D, group E, group F, group G) and the separate addition group (group A, group B, group C) had obvious silage acid flavor and bright yellow color, which could be rated as grade 1 excellent. Compared with the control group, the dry matter content of elephant grass silage in all treatment groups was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the dry matter content in group G was the highest. Crude protein content in group G was significantly increased (P<0.05). Except for group A and group C, the neutral detergent fiber content of elephant grass silage in other treatment groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05). The content of acid detergent fiber in elephant grass silage in group F and group G was significantly decreased (P<0.05). Soluble carbohydrate content and relative feeding value of elephant grass silage in all treatment groups were significantly increased (P<0.05). The pH of elephant grass silage in all treatment groups was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05), the lactic acid content was higher than that in control group (P<0.05), the acetic acid content in elephant grass silage in group E, group F, and group G was higher than that in control group (P<0.05), and no propionic acid and butyric acid were detected in all groups. The aerobic stability of elephant grass silage in all treatment groups was higher than that in control group (P<0.05), with the mixed addition groups showing higher stability than the single addition groups (P<0.05), and group G significantly outperformed the other treatment groups (P<0.05). The results showed that adding lactic acid bacteria, cellulase, corn meal and different combinations of these substances in the silage process could improve the sensory, nutritional value and fermentation quality of elephant grass silage to varying degrees, and the effect of lactic acid bacteria + cellulase + corn meal group was the best. In addition to the direct use of corn as energy feed, about 30% of the annual output is used to produce corn starch, sugar and ethanol and other deep processing products in China, while producing corn husk, corn pulp, corn embryo meal, corn protein meal, DDGS and other by-products. These by-products generally have problems such as high crude fiber content, low available energy, mycotoxin pollution, etc. If the quality and efficiency of these by-products are improved by processing technology, their feeding value can be significantly improved. The protein and amino acids content of oat are higher, and its nutritional composition is close to that of corn, so it has high feeding value. But oats contain anti-nutritional factors, including non-starch polysaccharides such as β-glucan, xylan and cellulose as well as fungal toxins such as aflatoxin and vomitoxin, which have strong anti-nutritional effects. Current methods of reducing anti-nutritional factors in oats include the addition of enzymes and the addition of probiotics or plant-active ingredients. Solid-state fermentation of microorganism co-fermented with enzyme was conducted to improve the bioavailability of corn gluten meal. The experiment screened the optimal Bacillus subtilis and protease, and optimized the fermentation conditions through single factor and response interviews. Bacillus subtilis A5 with high hydrolysis ability of corn gluten meal was selected as the fermentation strain, and acid protease was used for enzymatic hydrolysis. The optimal fermentation condition was as follows: acid protease content 100 U/g, water content 45%, inoculum concentration 5%, fermentation temperature 35 ° and fermentation time 72 h. Under the above conditions, the resulting contents of soluble protein, peptides and total amino acid in fermented feed were 140.1 mg/g, 92.0 mg/g and 27.5%, which were 94.2%, 74.3% and 97.9% higher than unfermented feed, respectively. The DPPH and ABTS+ radical scavenging rate in vitro were 32.8% and 58.1% higher than the untreated ones, respectively. The experiment was conducted to study the effect of different levels of alfalfa meal diet on growth performance, meat quality and economic benefits of growing and finishing pigs. A total of 160 'Duroc x Landrace x Yorkshire' growing and finishing pigs with a body weight of about 55 kg were selected and randomly divided into four groups with four replicates per group and 10 pigs per replicate. Pigs in each group were fed experimental diets containing 0 (control), 5%, 10% and 20% alfalfa meal, respectively. The experimental period was 8 w. The results showed that compared with control group, the final weight, average daily gain and average daily feed intake of pigs in 20% alfalfa meal group were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the feed to gain ratio was significantly increased (P<0.05). The preslaughter live weight of pigs in 20% alfalfa meal group was significantly lower than that in other groups (P<0.05), and the carcass weight of pigs in 20% alfalfa meal group was significantly lower than that in control group and 5% alfalfa meal group (P<0.05), while the lean meat percentage was significantly higher than that in other groups (P<0.05). The backfat thickness of pigs in 10% alfalfa meal group and 20% alfalfa meal group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). The pH24 h value of longissimus dorsi in 5% alfalfa meal group and 10% alfalfa meal group was significantly higher than that in control group and 20% alfalfa meal group (P<0.05), and the shear stress of longissimus dorsi in 10% alfalfa meal group and 20% alfalfa meal group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). The crude protein content of longissimus dorsi muscle of pigs in 10% alfalfa meal group was significantly higher than that in control group and 20% alfalfa meal group (P<0.05), and the water content of longissimus dorsi muscle of pigs in 10% alfalfa meal group and 20% alfalfa meal group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The experiment was to determine the nutrient degradation rate of concentrate feed materials of Cashmere goat by a three-step method (rumen fluid-pepsin-trypsin) in vitro, to evaluate the nutritional value of concentrate feed raw materials. A single-factor completely randomized experimental design was used. There were 16 treatment groups for each concentrate feed raw material, and each treatment group with six replicates. The results showed that the DE for extruded soybean and soybean meal of Cashmere goats were 18.65 and 18.14 MJ/kg, respectively, which were higher than those of other concentrate diets. The degradation rates of DM, OM, CP and EE in the rumen, stomach and small intestine of soybean meal and corn were higher. The degradation rate of DM in soybean meal and corn were 99.50% and 96.88%, respectively, and the degradation rate of OM in corn and corn were 97.15% and 94.28%, respectively. The degradation rate of CP were 99.45% and 98.63% for corn and spray protein, 97.59% and 95.73% for EE for corn and flake corn. Cashmere goat had the lowest DE of 11.31 MJ/kg for soybean skin. The rumen-stomach-small intestine in vitro DM degradation rates of soybean skin were 68.09%, the rumen-stomach-small intestine in vitro OM degradation rate of cotton meal, corn husk and soybean husk were 75.10%, 76.88% and 78.36%, respectively, and the rumen-stomach-small intestine in vitro CP degradation rate of corn husk and soybean husk were 65.16% and 70.38%, respectively. The experiment was to explore the effect of adding different proportions of corn meal on fermentation quality and microbial diversity of Pennisetum giganteum silage in Tibetan region. In the study, four silage groups were set with Pennisetum giganteum planted in Tibet as raw materials, and 0, 5%, 10% and 15% corn meal were added to Pennisetum giganteum silage, respectively, with five replicates in each silage group. After 60 d of silage, samples were taken to determine the fermentation quality of silage, and 16S rRNA sequencing technology was used to analyze the microbial diversity of megalosia silage. The results showed that adding corn meal did not significantly change the content of dry matter, crude protein and crude fat and pH value of Pennisetum giganteum silage, but significantly reduced the content of crude fiber and ash of Pennisetum giganteum silage (P<0.05). Adding corn meal to Pennisetum giganteum silage could improve the sensory quality of silage. The results of microbial diversity measurement showed that adding corn meal can improve the relative abundance of Firmicurium, Lactobacillus and Candida in Pennisetum giganteum silage. The experiment was to study the effect of corn gluten meal on laying performance, nutrient apparent digestibility and egg quality of Hyline brown laying hens. A total of 1 500 Hyline brown laying hens were randomly divided into four groups, with five replicates in each group and 75 chickens in each replicate. The laying hens in control group were fed with basic diet, and group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were added with 3%, 6% and 9% corn protein powder in basic diet, respectively. The pre-test period was 7 d, and the formal test period was 35 d. The results showed that the egg production rate of laying hens in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of other groups (P<0.05). The egg weight of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of control group and group Ⅰ (P<0.05), the laying rate of control group was the lowest, which was 81.46%. The average daily feed intake of laying hens in group Ⅲ was the highest, which was significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ (P<0.05). The feed to egg ratio in whole period in group Ⅱ was the lowest, which was significantly lower than that in group Ⅲ (P<0.05). The content of serum TP and ALB of laying hens in group Ⅲ was significantly lower than other groups (P<0.05), and the content of BUN was significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05). The apparent digestibility of crude protein in group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in other groups (P<0.05). The experiment was to study the effect of different protein raw materials on rumen fermentation parameters and amino acid content in vitro of sheep. The experiment used in vitro fermentation method, using soybean meal, cottonseed meal, peanut meal, rapeseed cake, DDGS and corn germ cake as fermentation substrate, the gas production, digestibility, rumen fermentation parameters, VFA concentration and amino acid content were determined. The results showed that the GP48 h of the miscellaneous meal group was significantly lower than that of soybean meal group (P<0.05). The CP degradation rate of corn germ cake group was significantly higher than that of soybean meal group (P<0.05), while that of cottonseed meal, peanut meal, rapeseed meal and DDGS group was significantly lower than that of soybean meal group (P<0.05). The ethylene-propylene ratio in rapeseed meal group was significantly higher than that in soybean meal group (P<0.05). The concentration of valeric acid in corn germ meal group was significantly higher than that in soybean meal group (P<0.05). The concentrations of total fatty acids in peanut meal, rapeseed meal and DDGS group were significantly higher than those in soybean meal group (P<0.05), and the concentrations of Leu, Lys, Met, Arg, Glu in cottonseed meal group were significantly higher than those in soybean meal group (P<0.05). The experiment was to study the effect of different additives on quality of marigold stem and leaf wrapped silage. The stem and leaves of marigold were used as raw materials to add 10% corn meal (test group A), 10% whole corn (test group B), 10% sweet sorghum (test group C) and 10% forage oat (test group D) mixed wrapped silage, and no addition was used as control group (CK group), with three replicates in each treatment. Silage for 60 d, testing for sensory evaluation, nutritional quality and fermentation quality. The experiment was to study the effect of rapeseed meal fermented by Aspergillus niger on growth performance, meat quality and serum biochemical indexes of finishing pigs. A total of 72 'Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire' finishing pigs with an average weight of 52 kg were randomly divided into four groups, with three replicates in each group, and six pigs in each replicate. The pigs in control group were fed with corn soybean meal based diet. Group 1, group 2 and group 3 used 6%, 8% and 10% fermented rapeseed meal to replace soybean meal in basic diet. The test period was 30 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the average daily feed intake of pigs in three test groups was significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the average daily weight gain of group 2 was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased (P<0.05). Corn-soybean meal diet is one of the common types of livestock and poultry diets in China. In recent years, the stock of corn has declined year by year, leading to the high price of corn and the rising breeding cost. The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of three unconventional fermented feeds on pig growth, serum biochemical indexes and antibody levels. The experiment divided 48 pigs into four groups, with 12 replicates in each group and one pigs in each replicate. The pigs in control group (group A) were fed the basal diet, and 30% unconventional fermented feeds B (3% soybean meal +10% corn +10% fish sauce +3% garlic skin +4% premix), C (3% soybean meal + 11% corn + 12% mango peel + 4% premix) and D (15% corn + 11% mango peel + 4% premix) were added to the basal diet in group B, group C and group D, respectively. The experimental period was 30 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the feed intake of group B and group D was significantly increased ( P<0.05), and the weight gain was extremely decreased ( P<0.01). The feed weight gain cost of group B and group D was 20.37% and 42.40% higher than that of control group, and the feed weight gain cost of group C was 3.17% lower than that of control group. Compared with control group, the serum TP, TC and TG content of pigs in group B were significantly increased (P<0.05), LDH activity and LDL-C content were extremely increased (P<0.01). The content of HDL-C in group D was significantly decreased ( P<0.05), and the content of LDL-C was significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the serum PR-gB antibody level in group D was significantly increased ( P<0.05) and reached a positive level. The serum PR-gE antibody, PRRS antibody and PCVD antibody levels in group B were the lowest among all groups, and PR-gE antibody and PCVD antibody level was extremely lower than that of control group ( P<0.01). The serum PR-gE antibody level of group B was extremely lower than that of group C and group D ( P<0.01), and the level of PRRS antibody was extremely significantly lower than that of group D ( P<0.01). The experiment studied the degradation characteristics of five feed ingredients (corn husk, corn germ meal, DDGS, soybean meal and cotton meal) in rumen, analyzed the correlation of its main nutrients with dry matter (DM), starch (Starch) and crude protein (CP). The experiment selected three Holstein steers with permanent rumen fistulas, and the rumen degradation characteristics of raw materials DM, CP and Starch were determined by nylon bag method. The effective degradation rate of Starch was predicted by measuring dynamic degradation rate of Starch, and the correlation of nutritional components was analyzed. The nylon bags containing the samples were cultured in rumen for 2, 4, 7, 8, 16, 24, 36 and 48 h, with three replicates per cow at each time point. The results showed that the CP content of cotton meal was significantly higher than that of the other four raw materials ( P<0.05), and the CP content of corn husk was the lowest. The starch content of corn husk was significantly higher than that of the other four raw materials ( P<0.05), and the starch content of corn germ meal was significantly higher than that of DDGS, soybean meal and cotton meal ( P<0.05). The effective degradation rate of DM of soybean meal was significantly higher than that of the other four raw materials ( P<0.05), the effective degradation rate of CP of cotton meal was significantly higher than that of the other four raw materials ( P<0.05), and the effective degradation rate of starch of soybean meal was significantly higher than that of other raw materials ( P<0.05). The 7 h rumen starch degradation rate of the five raw materials had the strongest correlation with the effective degradation rate, with R2=0.906. The effective DM degradation rate of the five raw materials was significantly negatively correlated with NDF content ( P<0.05). The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of corn germ meal supplementation on growth performance and rumen bacterial community of Tibetan lambs. A total of 32 three-month-old Tibetan sheep with similar body weight (21.67±2.13) kg and good physical condition were randomly divided into two groups with four repeats in each group and four sheep in each group. Concentrate and roughage were fed at a ratio of 7∶3, and 12% corn germ meal was added into concentrate in experimental group. The pre-experiment lasted for 14 d, and the formal experiment lasted for 90 d. The results showed that the average daily gain of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The Ace, Chao1 and Shannon indices of the experimental sheep were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The composition of rumen bacteria in experimental group was similar to that in control group. Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes had higher relative abundance and were the dominant bacteria. The experiment was to study the effect of dietary crude protein and starch levels on rumen fermentation characteristics, to explore the best starch content under different crude protein levels. 2 × 3 two-factor experimental design was used to change the crude protein level and starch level of fermentation substrate by adjusting the ratio of soybean meal and corn to whole-plant corn silage. Low, medium and high starch levels (20%, 30% and 40%) were designed at two crude protein levels (10.50% and 13.00%). There were six treatments, with three replicates in each treatment. 24 and 48 h GP, DMD, pH value, NH3-N, MCP and VFA concentration were measured. The results showed that crude protein level and starch level had significant effect on 24 h and 48 h GP, DMD, pH value, NH3-N concentration and MCP concentration (P<0.05), and starch level significantly affected the content of volatile fatty acids (P<0.05). The effect of starch level on GP, MCP concentration and propionic acid content were different under different CP levels. When CP level was 10.50%, there was no significant difference in dry matter degradation rate, gas production and fermentation parameters between middle and high starch level groups, but when CP level was 13.00%, pH value, NH3-N concentration, acetic acid content and acetic acid/propionic acid ratio decreased significantly with the increase of starch level. When the starch level was constant, the concentrations of pH value and NH3-N decreased significantly, while the gas production, dry matter degradation rate and MCP concentration increased significantly with the increase of crude protein level. The study indicates that properly increasing the protein level and starch level in diet can improve the fermentation parameters to a certain extent. The study was to investigate the effect of corn gluten meal partial replacement of fish meal on growth performance and serum indexes of Monopterus albus. 108 young Monopterus albus weighing 13 g were selected and randomly divided into three groups with three replicates in each group, and 12 Monopterus albus in each replicate. The experimental treatment groups were equal in energy and nitrogen, control group (CON group) diet contained 68% fish meal, and the experimental group replaced 10% fish meal (R1 group) and 20% fish meal (R2 group) with corn gluten meal on basis of control group feed. The experiment lasted for 56 d. The results showed that compared with CON group, the weight gain rate, specific growth rate, crude protein apparent digestibility and crude protein content in muscle of Monopterus albus in R1 group and R2 group were reduced significantly (P<0.05), feed coefficient was significantly increased (P<0.05). Serum triglyceride levels and total protein in R1 group and R2 group were significantly lower than those in CON group (P<0.05). The catalase of liver of Monopterus albus was increased significantly in R1 group and R2 group (P<0.05). The experiment was to study the effect of raw material moisture content, additives and their interaction on quality of Medicago sativa wrapped silage. In the experiment, lactic acid bacteria, corn meal and lactic acid bacteria + corn meal were added to alfalfa with 70%, 63% and 58% water contentv for silage, respectively. The control group (CK group) did not add additives, each group had 3 replicates. The results showed that the total sensory evaluation score of each additive group under different moisture conditions of the raw materials was between 6~17 points, all of which were qualified silage. The interaction between additives and raw material moisture had significant effects on crude protein, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen value and organic acid content of medicago sativa silage (P<0.05). Each additive significantly increased the content of crude protein and lactic acid in medicago sativa silage (P<().()5), and reduced the content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber, pH value, ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen value (P<().()5). Moisture had significant effect on fermentation quality of alfalfa silage (P<().()5). The experiment indicates that the effect of medicago sativa silage is the best in the mixed group of lactic acid bacteria and cornmeal under the condition of 58% raw material moisture.
