The experiment was to study the effect of enzymatic hydrolysis of soybean meal in bait on growth and intestinal health of Procambarus clarkii. A total of 300 healthy (26.30±3.19) g Procambarus clarkii were randomly divided into four groups, with three replicates in each group and 25 Procambarus clarkii in each replicate. Procambarus clarkii in experimental group A (control group) were fed with basal diet, experimental group B, group C and group D were fed with 36%, 40% and 44% enzymatic hydrolysis soybean meal instead of soybean meal and fish meal in basal diet. The experiment lasted for 6 w. The results showed that the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of Procambarus clarkii in group B and group C were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The feed coefficient of Procambarus clarkii in group B and group C was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Firmicutes and Tenericutes in group B and group C were significantly higher than those in other groups, while Proteobacteria and Vibrionaceae were obviously lower than those in other groups. The experiment indicates that the appropriate proportion of enzymolysis soybean meal in diets was 36% to 40%. Too high supplemental level can reduce the growth performance of Procambarus clarkii, change the structure of intestinal flora, which is not conducive to the cultivation of Procambarus clarkii.
