Abstract

The article presents the discussion on case study of 78-year-old male with recurrent ventricular tachycardia despite previous interventions. Topics include the challenges and solutions for epicardial ablation in patients with prior chest surgeries, the effectiveness of hydrogel in improving mapping precision; and the successful elimination of late potentials to prevent ventricular tachycardia.
