Objective: To analyze the use of the e-SUS Primary Care strategy by the Street Clinic teams, after a continuing education process. Methods: Descriptive-exploratory study with a qualitative research-intervention approach carried out with 23 professionals from three clinics in Rua da Centro-Oeste do Brasil in 2016. The intervention consisted of a theoretical-practical seminar on the e-SUS Primary Care strategy with assessment mediated by focus groups. Data were submitted to Content Analysis, Thematic modality, with the help of the ATLAS.ti software. Results: There were reflections on the need to transform professional practice and value electronic health records of the activities carried out by the teams to raise the quality of care and give more visibility to the work undertaken by professionals. They began to gradually incorporate the e-SUS Primary Care strategy into the work processes of the services. Conclusion: The continuing education process provided professionals and managers with a space for reflection and resignification of professional practice in relation to electronic health records, making them aware of the importance of computerization in work processes. Throughout the intervention process, it was evident that the participants were mobilized regarding their understanding and attitudes towards the e-SUS Primary Care strategy in their daily lives. Objective: To assess the implementation of the nursing process in a university hospital. Methods: A cross-sectional, retrospective, documentary study with a quantitative approach to the data. The sample consisted of 808 records of care for patients hospitalized from January to March 2020, in the units where the nursing process was implemented. Data collection took place through reports extracted from the TASY® System. Results: We assessed the rate of the nursing process performed in 24 hours, with emphasis on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit 1,200 (0.48) and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit 1,133 (0.73). When analyzing the nursing diagnoses employed, those related to dimensions 4 - Activity/Rest and 11 - Safety/Protection, were the most frequent. Conclusion: It is verified that even though the professionals received training for the implementation, some units still do not perform it as determined by the Federal Nursing Council. Thus, it is necessary to consolidate the practices of raising awareness and valuing this instrument in assistance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To describe the construction and validation of electronic records of the nursing process in an oncological institution. Methodology: A methodological development study carried out in Santa Catarina, between January and April 2019, supported by the Theory of Elaboration of Psychological Instrumental. Theoretical procedures included review study, discussion and training workshops with semantic validation by consensus among nurses in the study setting. In the experimental procedures a pilot test was performed and the semantic validation was concluded. Results: 62 nurses were included. Built Nursing Historic included five domains, 90 items, 568 subitems. From the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association Taxonomies, 132 Diagnoses, 143 Outcomes, and 176 Nursing Interventions were selected. Subsequently inserted into the management system in interconnected form. For the contents of the Nursing Evaluation, the data matrix of the Nursing Historic instrument was used.
