Abstract: According to the developing situation of ports, environment and resource might be suffered, green ports is the trend of international ports development. Green port construction is important for sustainable development of Tianjin Port, and green port construction of Tianjin Port is an important part of low-carbon city construction in Tianjin. This paper discussed the content of green ports. Then the paper analyzed the significance, actualities and problems of green port construction of Tianjin Port, and measures were put forward. Abstract: With the formation of the tripartite-confronting coal logistics competitive situation among the ports around the Bohai bay in China, each port is confronted with intensive challenges. This paper firstly identifies a group of factors and some considerations that are required for evaluating the port coal logistics competency. The coal logistics competency of the main ports in the Tianjin and Hebei regions around the Bohai Bay in China are then investigated in detail using the qualitative method by analyzing their comparative advantages and disadvantages in this competitive environment. Competitive strategies are thus proposed for these ports respectively, which may be useful for relative practitioners. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]

Abstract: According to the climatic characteristics in Tianjin where lies in the cold climate regions of China, the passage describes a technique called adjustable external blinds which is to enhance the architectural thermal comfort degree. This technique based on a series of experiments of architectures with different orientations in local climatic condition and numerical analysis of thermal environment with finite element method afterwards. This paper shows that alumina shutter has great advantages which can isolate indoor heat greatly in summer of Tianjin, and some optimization measures has also been adopted in order to improve indoor thermal comfort. Abstract: Build the Library Evaluation Index System of the universities in Tianjin. This paper describes the principal factors which needs to be considered of the build of University Library in Tianjin through the structure of Social, economic, service benefits, and the other 12 Level 3 indicators which are relate to them. Abstract: From the view of Analysis of port logistics system, this paper put forward the connotation of vulnerability and defined the contents of the port logistics system vulnerability studies. On this basis of above, I established the assessment methods on port logistics system vulnerability. Besides, take Tianjin for cases I analyses the geographical factor and the natural environment, infrastructure factors, port logistics support factors, operator status, port logistics management and service level by hierarchy analysis method and vulnerability calculation .All abov e established the foundation for the logistics system vulnerability.
