Abstract: The environment deterioration has become a focus of concern with developing of the socio-economic. In this paper, taking Shandong Province as an example, the authors analyze the relationships between the economic growth and agricultural non-point source pollution mainly from the quantitative aspects. The density of agricultural inputs, the density of pollutants in livestock and poultry are selected as a measure of pollutant discharge agricultural non-point source pollution emissions target. The per GDP are selected as an indicator of economic growth. The result shows that the density of inputs is a unilateral Granger cause of economic growth. However, there is no obvious Granger causality between the density of pollutants in livestock and poultry and economic growth. With the development of the economy, we must pay attention to controlling the amount of chemical fertilizer, understanding the input of pesticides the contribution to economic growth.
