Subclinical hypothyroidism (SH) represents the earliest stages of hypothyroidism but the benefits of detecting and treating SH are not well known. The aim of this study was to evaluate the alterations in global fibrinolytic capacity (GFC), which indicates the overall fibrinolytic activity, in patients with SH.
