Electroactive fabrics can help build flexible sensing systems, detect chemicals, and generate mobile power. Electroactive smart fabrics is a combination of many textiles and electrically conductive materials. Aside from creating smart fabrics based on elastomeric fibers, textile manufacturers can also create them from knit and woven fabrics.
