It was shown that the process of blowing a polymer preform has two characteristic stages. We obtained analytical dependences that link geometric parameters (diameter, wall thickness) of a molded polymeric preform and parameters of the finished molded product to technological parameters of the process of extrusion blow molding of a polymeric product (tangential drawing rate, polymer melt viscosity, internal blowing pressure, tangential drawing factor, molding time). The illustrations of modeling different technological modes are presented. Basic calculations were carried out for the modes of internal blowing pressure from 1 kPa to 3 kPa for a polymeric preform made of high density polyethylene at a temperature of 200 °С, with effective viscosity 8,300 Pa·s, an average diameter of a polymeric preform of 0.05 m, and a thickness of its wall of 5·10–3 m. In this case, stage 1 is characterized by moderate modes of deformation and is limited to tangential drawing factor k=2.5. Stage 2 has an intensive character of deformation, which can lead to defects of the molded product. It was shown that one of the ways for preventing defects is to reduce internal pressure when blowing a polymeric preform. Interest to electrically conducting polymer composite materials in recent times has grown considerably, which is associated with the design of new branches of science and technology. The existing analogues are different in the complexity of production and high cost. One of the ways of solving the problem may be designing polymer composite materials with a combined filler. The research was carried out on creating electrically conducting hybrid polymer composites, based on emulsion polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene, using fillers of varying nature and dimensions. We studied the dependence of electrical conductivity of mono­ and binary­filled polymer composites on the type and content of fillers. It was found that the binary filling allows designing electrically conducting polymer composites, which are more promising economically compared to mono­filled ones. We defined physical and mechanical characteristics: tensile strength and relative elongation at break of obtained polymer composites. A method to improve them was proposed by introduction of a compatibilizer – graft­polymer of polyethylene with maleic anhydride.Depending on the value of the electrical conductivity, polymer hybrid composites can be used for: at a value of of elecrical conductivity 10–4–10–7Cm/cm as anti­static materials; at 101–10–4 Cm/cm – as scattering anti­static materials, at 101– 104 Cm/cm as current­conducting materials., Разработаны электропроводящие полимерные гибридные композиты на основе эмульсионного поливинилхлорида (ЭПВХ) и линейного полиэтилена (ПЭ). Вивчено основні закономірності процесу сумісного окиснення парафінистого гудрону і нафтополімерних смол. Вивчено процес компаундування окисненого бітуму з полімерними модифікаторами – нафтополімерними смолами, поліетиленом, а також Elvaloy 4170 та Butonal NS 198. Показано, що використання полімерних модифікаторів дає змогу покращити властивості бітумів, одержаних з парафінистих залишків, Изучены основные закономерности процесса совместного окисления парафинистого гудрона и нефтеполимерных смол. Показано, что использование полимерных модификаторов дает возможность улучшить свойства битумов, полученных из парафинистых остатков, The article describes one of the ways of solution of the actual problem of obtaining quality bituminous materials from residues of paraffin oil recycling. The authors examined the modification of bitumen with polymers, in particular with petroleum resins, polyethylene, and industrial modifiers Elvaloy 4170 and Butonal NS 198. The study was carried out in two ways. We have studied the basic regularities of the joint oxidation of paraffin tar and oil polymerous resins. It was found that the presence in raw materials of oil polymerous resins intensifies the oxidation and reduces the duration of the process of obtaining of bitumen by 1,5-2 times. The article describes the modification of oxidized bitumen with polymer using the compounding method. It was shown that polyethylene increases hardness and the temperature of bitumen softening. The industrial modifiers Elvaloy 4170 and Butonal NS 198 improve the plastic properties of bitumen.
