With its advantages of low cost and high efficiency, e-commerce is not only favored by ordinary consumers, but also effectively promotes SMEs to find business opportunities and win the market. This article starts with the development scale of China’s e-commerce industry and the status quo of export trade, and measures the overall index of China’s e-commerce industry development level from 2008 to 2018 through empirical methods to analyze its impact on China’s export trade. The results show that the development level of the e-commerce industry has a significant positive impact on China’s export trade. Finally, it analyzes the existing problems in the development of China’s e-commerce industry.

Knowledge spillover theory introduces specialized knowledge and human capital accumulation into the production function, breaks through the limitations of traditional economic theory, and illustrates the continuous and permanent source and power of economic growth. This article attempts to study the “club phenomenon” of the uneven development of China’s regional economy from the perspective of knowledge spillover, using the Spatial Dubin Model (SDM) to process China’s provincial data from 1991 to 2015. Studies have shown that knowledge spillovers are conducive to narrowing the gap in the level of economic development between the eastern and central regions of China, but the gap in the level of economic development between the two regions is gradually widening, and there is a “club phenomenon”. Therefore, developing regional cooperation models and focusing on cultivating talents for innovation can improve China’s uneven regional economic development to a certain extent.

With the advent of the post-epidemic era, China's nascent fresh food e-commerce industry has given people a new way to buy fresh products, and through this novel marketing model, it has alleviated the unsalable and short shelf life of fresh products.Taking the Hema Xiansheng APP platform in Shenzhen as an example, the questionnaire survey method is used to analyze the consumption motives and consumption behaviors of consumers to analyze the consumption dilemma and reasons of the company, and propose improvement measures: formulate commodity price standards; improve product quality; strengthen corporate branding Optimization; optimize the links of the logistics chain; attach importance to the personal experience of customers. It is demonstrated that by analyzing the consumption motivation and consumption behavior research of consumers and giving proper guidance, the efficiency of business operation can be improved. At present, the research and exploration of the fresh food e-commerce industry outside China is at the basic stage. Based on the research on the relationship between the consumption motivation and consumption behavior of Chinese consumers in fresh food e-commerce, it effectively expands the long-term confusion of Chinese agricultural products. The "last mile" of the terminal market and the promotion of fresh food e-commerce enterprises have certain practical value and significance.

This paper designs a survey questionnaire based on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area’s demand for talents in international trade, adds job types, filters through package features, and performs feature filtering with the error filter criteria set in this paper, and conducts logistic regression analysis on talent types, so as to realize the classification and dynamic analysis of talents. The dynamic needs of various types of talents in international trade in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area are drawn, and specific measures such as increasing salaries and benefits, reducing living costs, providing housing subsidies, solving children's employment problems, and ensuring quality of life are proposed for the development of international trade talents. Reducing the cost of talent migration can promote them to make more contributions to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This will help the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area government to attract outstanding international trade talents and formulate detailed and feasible strategies, which has certain reference significance.

The gradual increase in China’s economic strength has driven the economic development of the foreign trade industry. However, due to the impact of the new coronavirus in 2020, many countries and cities have suffered economic recession, companies have closed down, and flights have been suspended. Therefore, the development of Dongguan’s foreign trade enterprises has also been hit to a certain extent, and many problems have appeared. During the post-epidemic period, Dongguan foreign trade companies faced problems such as lack of human resources, difficulties in resuming work and production, obstacles in logistics and transportation, and substantial increase in costs. This article analyzes the difficulties faced by Dongguan’s foreign trade enterprises, and puts forward countermeasures to seek the transformation and development of foreign trade enterprises.

Small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Dongguan use e-commerce and traditional relationship networks to build paths for market opportunity recognition. Taking the company’s monthly average total sales and total capacity as variables, this article employs particle swarm optimization (PSO) to simulate the paths of opportunity recognition in three different modes, namely the single e-commerce mode, the single traditional relationship network and their hybrid mode. The results reveal that: for the single ecommerce mode, the capacity utilization rate is very low; for the single traditional relationship network, changes in learning factor will not affect the choices of the enterprises; for the hybrid mode, the optimal solution of the three models is reached. But there is a substitution between the enterprise’s own learning factor and the group learning factor, which leads to deviation from the optimal solution
