The article presents scientific approaches to the phenomenon of psychological safety of an inclusive educational environment. As one of the basic conditions for the psychological safety of an inclusive educational environment, the psychological readiness of parents of children with disabilities is considered: its structural components (cognitive, emotional, conative) and their content, due to the specifics of joint education of children with typical and atypical development. The relationship between the level of psychological readiness of parents and the level of psychological safety of an inclusive educational environment has been theoretically substantiated and empirically confirmed. Among the indicators of the psychological readiness of parents of children with disabilities, contributing to ensuring the psychological safety of an inclusive educational environment, the following is considered: active participation of parents in building the educational route of a child with disabilities, knowledge about the special educational needs of their own child, special conditions corresponding to these needs, emotionally positive attitude and satisfaction with interaction with subjects of an inclusive educational environment, protection from psychological violence of parents and children with disabilities as a central feature of a comfortable inclusive educational environment.

The article presents the results of the first time study of the features of social and psychological attitudes of students enrolled in technical higher educational institution in various training programs using the O.F. Potyomkina method of diagnostics of social and psychological attitudes of the personality in motivational-requirement sphere. By means of correlation analysis the interrelations have been established between social and psychological attitudes within the every training program. It has been found, that for the students of "Maintenance and repair" training program the structure of social attitudes has a holistic character, whereby redistributes the energy of the most pronounced areas in frustrated sphere, suggesting a more harmonious process of personal development of future specialists. It has been found that for the students of training programs "Organization and safety" and "Ground transportation" the structure of attitudes has either hard closed areas or isolated ones, which makes the energy exchange be implemented in the framework of the motivational sphere and indicates the disharmonious process of personal development of future specialists. It has been found that surveyed students of all training programs do not have a confrontation between "altruism" and "egoism", which indicates a certain personal immaturity of the respondents. Recommendations are formulated for curators of student groups and teachers working with students in these training programs. Our proposed research algorithm can be recommended for implementation in a higher educational institution of any training program as a motivational monitoring.

Air pollution monitoring in Rostov-on-Don and Rostov region is considered. The excess of the concentration of suspended solids over the national average is shown, especially near motorways and the busiest intersections. On the example of one intersection, field observations were carried out, and based on the developed computer programs, calculation of the main transport characteristics, the vehicle queue length at different phases of traffic light switching was carried out. The necessity of installing a "smart" (adaptive) traffic light is shown. The developed software products can be used to improve the organization of traffic flows and as a computer laboratory when teaching students in the specialty "Organization of transport processes".

Studies were carried out to combine vibration processing and oxidation in polymer working media, which allowed to combine three technological stages. Characteristic traces of direct and oblique impact of the polymer working medium, along the surface of the metal with oxide film, are determined. Studies of the structure of the nanorelief of the vibrational chemical-mechanical oxide coating and the main parameters of the process are.

The questions of processing technology of dam channels using appropriate mechanisms are presented taking into account the requirements of modern engineering hydrology. Channel profiling with the best quality and performance can be carried out by means of mechanization at the expense of working tools, able to process not only longitudinal but also cross-sections of channels. According to calculations, there was established, that the best condition for moving soil on the channel slope in front of the passive knife, is an equable distribution along the slope. It was marked, that the strength of the soil pressure is most affected by the installation value of the trowel knife and the thickness of the loosened soil layer to be compacted. Recommendations on increasing the active working body stability of the dam profiler are given.

The article presents materials on the study of mathematical modeling of splicing (binding) of steel rope used to transmit traction by friction. The developed mathematical model splicing (binding) describes the stress-strain state of strands (wires) from quasistatic loads, arising in the cyclic tension process and bending of steel rope on rope sheave, in which the resultant force in steel rope cross section is shifted relative to the central axis, causing it to bend and torsion. Using experimental data, it was found that the steel rope torsion and bending is caused by the linking technology in the nodes where strands are replaced. Experimentally established, that defects on the splicing (binding) site manifested as a result of cyclic tensile and bending loads on rope sheave, which is connected to limited mobility of the strands in nodes due to cross section symmetry violation.

The study results of the zinc coating obtained on the surface of metals in the process of mechanochemical synthesis, implemented in the conditions of vibrowave systems, are presented. The features of coating formation mechanism, an activating role in its formation of free-moving, under the influence of low-frequency vibrations, indenters, are disclosed. The advantages of applying zinc coatings method in comparison with traditional methods are shown.

The article presents the results of a study of the structure of social and psychological attitudes of students studying in the technical higher educational institution. By means of correlation analysis the interrelations have been established between social and psychological attitudes within the every stage of studying. It has been found that the structure of social and psychological attitudes occurs as a holistic pattern among both 2nd course students and 4th course students. Due to that energy redistribution occurs from the strongly pronounced units to the suppressed ones. Moreover, it has been found that there is no contradistinction of altruism and egoism among 2nd course students being indicative of a certain personal infantilism of the focus group respondents. In contrast, the given dichotomy has been already generated by 4th course students.
