Abstract

The article discusses the construction of common stabilizer mathematical model of linear nonstationary systems. It mentions that simultaneous stabilization was done to establish a stabilizer of form that will provide solution to each system of family simultaneous. It states that appropriate and sufficient criterion was obtained to construct a common stabilizer for a family of dynamical systems. It says that higher and singular exponents fall together in a linear stationary systems, which reveal that higher exponent is stronger as compared to singular exponents.
