Traditional short‐term traffic volume forecasting approaches make it difficult to predict the highly spatiotemporally coupled short‐time traffic. To tackle the problem, this paper first proposes a variational modal algorithm (GWO‐VMD) based on the optimization of the gray wolf search algorithm. It aims to decompose and reduce the noise of short‐time traffic flows. Meanwhile, it reduces the intricacy of data sequences and enhances the regularity pattern. To address the insufficient utilization of spatiotemporal features, this paper presents an innovative deep‐learning traffic prediction framework based on the stacking of multiple temporal trend‐aware graph attention (TGA) layers and gated temporal convolution (GTC) layers, which are called trend‐aware temporal graph neural network (TTGAN). TGA dynamically models the space‐time relationships of traffic data, and GTC models the temporal characteristics of traffic data. The experimental findings demonstrate that the MAPE model, as presented, achieves a reduction of 9% and 2% compared to the AGCRN and GWNET models, respectively, in the domain of deep spatiotemporal graph modeling. Data decomposition and noise reduction are necessary to achieve accurate results. Class noise is a common issue that affects the performance of classification techniques on real-world data sets. Class noise appears when a class variable in data sets has incorrect class labels. In the case of noisy data, the robustness of classification techniques against noise could be more important than the performance results on noise-free data sets. The decision tree method is one of the most popular techniques for classification tasks. The C4.5, CART, and random forest (RF) algorithms are considered to be three of the most used algorithms in decision trees. The aim of this paper is to reach conclusions on which decision tree algorithm is better to use for building decision trees in terms of its performance and robustness against class noise. In order to achieve this aim, we study and compare the performance of the models when applied to class variables with noise. In recent years, commercial banks and rural financial institutions in and below the county area have developed rapidly, and the number of outlets has increased rapidly. But for the vast rural areas of the country, the number of outlets is still limited. At present, there are still a large number of areas with zero financial coverage in rural the country. The development of the financial industry in a region not only affects the level of local economic growth but also has a good effect on improving the income level of local residents and changing the way of local economic development. To better develop rural finance and county economy, this paper constructs an artificial neural network model and FA model to predict the rural finance industry, and four indicators are selected to test the performance measurement of the model. The hit rates of the five models are 54.65%, 53.75%, 59.78%, 65.1%, and 73.08%, respectively. The model proposed in this paper has the highest hit rate and can predict rural finance more accurately as well, allowing for clearer changes in county economic and industrial growth. In recent years, with changing conditions in global markets and competition between supply chains, organizations have realized that in order to grow and survive in today's turbulent environment, they must make every effort to create and maintain a sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, in this research, a multiobjective, multilevel, multiperiod, and multicommodity mathematical model is presented. The proposed model has five levels in the direct direction and three levels in the reverse direction. This research is one of the few studies that has considered the sustainable closed-loop supply chain of cellulosic-based products (paper and corrugated board) in the model and has considered it at all levels of the chain. Also, the quality of returned products in the reverse supply chain and its impact on the collection and recycling of products and returning to the supply chain are other contributions of this research. The results show, by increasing the transportation costs, the number of established distribution centers increases to a certain extent and finally remains constant. As it is shown, the reduction of transportation costs to the point of establishing four centers in the recession scenario and five centers in the boom scenario becomes saturated and is no longer able to minimize the number of established centers. Rural tourism has become an important force in implementing the rural revitalisation strategy and accelerating rural economic development. The hectic pace of life has made more and more city dwellers yearn for rural life, and travelling in the countryside has become their weekend choice. However, the current level of rural tourism informationization is low, the publicity is insufficient, the tourists' awareness is low, and the source of customers is seriously insufficient. To this end, this paper proposes a relatively novel multidata source fusion tourism recommendation algorithm, which adopts the idea of tensor orthogonal decomposition and fuses multisource data models to predict the target domain's for rating. The integrated consideration of multiple data sources under the do-it-yourself approach assists the target domain to discover the target user neighbourhood users more quickly and to discover the user's interest degree more accurately. It is worth pointing out that the recommendation algorithm proposed in this paper under the fusion of multiple data sources is not necessarily applicable to data sources with weak correlation, such as travel data sources and music data sources, which are relatively weakly correlated, and the algorithm is slightly weak in making predictions of user preferences. Obstacle avoidance path planning capability, as one of the key capabilities of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) to achieve safe autonomous flight, has always been a hot research topic in UAV research filed. As a commonly used obstacle avoidance path planning algorithm, RRT (Rapid-exploration Random Tree) algorithm can carry out obstacle avoidance path planning in real time and online. In addition, it can obtain the asymptotically optimal obstacle avoidance path on the premise of ensuring the completeness of probability. However, it has some problems, such as high randomness, slow convergence speed, long transit time, and curved flight trajectory, so that it cannot meet the flight conditions of the actual UAV. To solve these problems, the paper proposes an improved RRT algorithm. In the process of extending the random tree, ACO (ant colony optimization) is introduced to make the planning path asymptotically optimal. The optimized algorithm can set pheromones on the path obtained by RRT and select the next extension point according to the pheromone concentration. And then through a certain number of iterations, it converges to an ideal path scheme. In addition, this paper also uses MATLAB to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the algorithm: Although RRT is easy to fall into local optimization, since the optimization method in this paper can almost certainly converge to the optimal solution, when it is necessary to preplan the path before UAV takeoff, it can be used. The communication recognition of mobile phone core is a test of the development of machine vision. The size of mobile phone core is very small, so it is difficult to identify small defects. Based on the in-depth study of the algorithm, combined with the actual needs of core identification, this paper improves the algorithm and proposes an intelligent algorithm suitable for core identification. In addition, according to the actual needs of core wire recognition, this paper makes an intelligent analysis of the core wire recognition process. In addition, this paper improves the traditional communication image recognition algorithm and analyzes the data of the recognition algorithm according to the shape and image characteristics of the mobile phone core. Finally, after constructing the functional structure of the system model constructed in this paper, the system model is verified and analyzed, and on this basis, the performance of the improved core recognition algorithm proposed in this paper is verified and analyzed. This paper makes use of the characteristics of initial sensitivity and randomness of the chaotic map to design an image encryption algorithm based on the sine map and the tent map. The sine map is used to improve the tent map; then, the improved sine-tent map is proposed. The traditional tent map proposed in this paper has an expanded control parameter range and better chaos. In this algorithm, bit rearrangement is adopted to further improve the improved sine-tent map, which can reconstruct the output value and expand the chaotic characteristics of the map. In this algorithm, the image parameters are connected with the algorithm to generate the key. In the encryption step, a method of replacing the most significant bit and scrambling-diffusion algorithm is designed to encrypt the plaintext image. Finally, the algorithm is simulated with the experiment and evaluated with analysis; then, the experimental results are given. The evaluation results show that the ciphertext of the algorithm has high randomness, strong robustness, and better resistance to differential attacks after comparison. Cost management is an important part of enterprise management and is fundamental to the survival and development of enterprises. Cost management is of great significance to promote production and cost-saving, strengthen cost accounting, improve management, and enhance the overall management level of enterprises. In this paper, different factors affecting mapping are combined with a group intelligence algorithm to study virtual network mapping, which dissects enterprise cost management in a new perspective and analyzes the relationship between enterprises in each supply chain and the association between the processes of each link in the supply chain. The algorithm uses node CPU, node degree, and neighboring bandwidth resources as advisors' strategies, respectively, and customers consult multiple advisors in the process of constructing mapping solutions, and the advisors give suggestions to customers according to their strategies. CGS-VNE uses an advisor-guided search mechanism to ensure the diversity of mapping solutions, which can fully explore the solution space and derive high-quality enterprise costing solutions through iteration. With the research of machine learning technology and big data intelligent processing technology in engineering application becoming more and more mature, people gradually combine machine learning technology and big data intelligent processing technology. Aiming at the problem of innovative employment in colleges and universities, this paper proposes a dynamic decision tree algorithm based on these two technologies and constructs a dynamic model of graduates' behavior. Through the analysis of dynamic decision tree algorithm, a big data analysis system is formed. Finally, simulation experiments verify whether the dynamic model can correctly reflect the behavior of college graduates. The results show that the big data integration system based on big data and dynamic decision tree algorithm has high adaptability. In the mobile crowdsensing task assignment, under the premise that the data platform does not know the user's perceived quality or cost value, how to establish a suitable user recruitment mechanism is the critical issue that this article needs to solve. It is necessary to learn the user's perceived quality in the execution p. It also needs to try its best to ensure the efficiency and profit maximization of the mobile group intelligence perception platform. Therefore, this paper proposes a mobile crowdsensing user recruitment algorithm based on Combinatorial Multiarmed Bandit (CMAB) to solve the recruitment problem with known and unknown user costs. Firstly, the user recruitment process is modeled as a combined multiarm bandit model. Each rocker arm represents the selection of different users, and the income obtained represents the user's perceived quality. Secondly, it proposes the upper confidence bound (UCB) algorithm, which updates the user's perceptual quality according to the completion of the task. This algorithm sorts the users' perceived quality values from high to low, then selects the most significant ratio of perceived quality to recruitment costs under the budget condition, assigns tasks, and updates their perceived quality. Finally, this paper introduces the regret value to measure the efficiency of the user recruitment algorithm and conducts many experimental simulations based on real data sets to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm. The experimental results show that the recruitment algorithm with known user cost is close to the optimal algorithm, and the recruitment algorithm with unknown user cost is more than 75% of the optimal algorithm result, and the gap tends to decrease as the budget cost increases, compared with other comparisons. HRMS is a very critical tool for companies. The recruitment text contains rich information that can provide strong information support for the company's recruitment work and also improve the efficiency of job seekers in finding job opportunities. To this end, for the problem of multilabel text classification of recruitment information, this paper provides two algorithms for multilayer classification based on supported SVM. First, the same learning subclass method is used for text sorting subclass acquisition, and then, the class of the text is determined. Second, the hemispherical support SVM is used to find the smallest hypersphere in the feature space that contains the most text of that class and segment the text of that class from other texts. For the text to be classified, the distance from it to the center of each hypersphere is used to determine the class of the text. Experimental results on recruitment data demonstrate that the algorithm in this paper has a high check-all rate, check-accuracy rate, and F1. The cultivation of strategic emerging industries is strategic to the economic transformation and upgrading in Fujian, a southeastern province of China. It is of great significance to study its selection model. In this paper, according to the characteristics of strategic emerging industries, drawing on the double helix model, this paper sets up an evaluation system for strategic emerging industries. Then, the entropy-VIKOR algorithm was introduced to evaluate and rank the backbone enterprises in Fujian, based on the data on 21 listed enterprises of strategic emerging industries in the province from 2017 to 2019. The empirical research results are consistent with the actual situation of the development of strategic emerging industries in Fujian Province, which proves the feasibility of this research method. For high-dimensional data with a large number of redundant features, existing feature selection algorithms still have the problem of "curse of dimensionality." In view of this, the paper studies a new two-phase evolutionary feature selection algorithm, called clustering-guided integer brain storm optimization algorithm (IBSO-C). In the first phase, an importance-guided feature clustering method is proposed to group similar features, so that the search space in the second phase can be reduced obviously. The second phase applies oneself to finding optimal feature subset by using an improved integer brain storm optimization. Moreover, a new encoding strategy and a time-varying integer update method for individuals are proposed to improve the search performance of brain storm optimization in the second phase. Since the number of feature clusters is far smaller than the size of original features, IBSO-C can find an optimal feature subset fast. Compared with several existing algorithms on some real-world datasets, experimental results show that IBSO-C can find feature subset with high classification accuracy at less computation cost. This paper combines discrete wavelet transform (DWT), autoregressive moving average (ARMA), and XGBoost algorithm to propose a weighted hybrid algorithm named DWTs-ARMA-XGBoost (DAX) on long-time temperature series analysis. Firstly, this paper chooses the temperature data of February 1 to 20 from 1967 to 2016 of northern mountainous area in North China as the observed data. Then, we use 10 different discrete wavelet functions to decompose and reconstruct the observed data. Next, we build ARMA models on all the reconstructed data. In the end, we regard the calculations of 10 DWT-ARMA (DA) algorithms and the observed data as the labels and target of the XGBoost algorithm, respectively. Through the data training and testing of the XGBoost algorithm, the optimal weights and the corresponding output of the hybrid DAX model can be calculated. Root mean squared error (RMSE) was followed as the criteria for judging the precision. This paper compared DAX with an equal-weighted average (EWA) algorithm and 10 DA algorithms. The result shows that the RMSE of the two hybrid algorithms is much lower than that of the DA algorithms. Moreover, the bigger decrease in RMSE of the DAX model than the EWA model represents that the proposed DAX model has significant superiority in combining models which proves that DAX has significant improvement in prediction as well. This research aims to improve autonomous navigation of coal mine rescue and detection robot, eliminate the danger for rescuers, and enhance the security of rescue work. The concept of model predictive control is introduced into path planning of rescue and detection robot in this paper. Sampling-Based Model Predictive Control (SBMPC) algorithm is proposed basing on the construction of cost function and predictive kinematics model. Firstly, input sampling is conducted in control variable space of robot motion in order to generate candidate path planning solutions. Then, robot attitude and position in future time, which are regarded as output variables of robot motion, can be calculated through predictive kinematics model and input sampling data. The optimum solution of path planning is obtained from candidate solutions through continuous moving optimization of the defined cost function. The effects of the three sampling methods (viz., uniform sampling, Halton's sampling, and CVT sampling) on path planning performance are compared in simulations. Statistical analysis demonstrates that CVT sampling has the most uniform coverage in two-dimensional plane when sample amount is the same for three methods. This paper is concerned with the modelling and prediction of random delays in networked control systems. The stochastic distribution of the random delay in the current sampling period is assumed to be affected by the network state in the current sampling period as well as the random delay in the previous sampling period. Based on this assumption, the double-chain hidden Markov model (DCHMM) is proposed in this paper to model the delays. There are two Markov chains in this model. One is the hidden Markov chain which consists of the network states and the other is the observable Markov chain which consists of the delays. Moreover, the delays are also affected by the hidden network states, which constructs the DCHMM-based delay model. The initialization and optimization problems of the model parameters are solved by using the segmental K-mean clustering algorithm and the expectation maximization algorithm, respectively. Based on the model, the prediction of the controller-to-actuator (CA) delay in the current sampling period is obtained. The prediction can be used to design a controller to compensate the CA delay in the future research. In view of existing Visual SLAM (VSLAM) algorithms when constructing semantic map of indoor environment, there are problems with low accuracy and low label classification accuracy when feature points are sparse. This paper proposed a 3D semantic VSLAM algorithm called BMASK-RCNN based on Mask Scoring RCNN. Firstly, feature points of images are extracted by Binary Robust Invariant Scalable Keypoints (BRISK) algorithm. Secondly, map points of reference key frame are projected to current frame for feature matching and pose estimation, and an inverse depth filter is used to estimate scene depth of created key frame to obtain camera pose changes. In order to achieve object detection and semantic segmentation for both static objects and dynamic objects in indoor environments and then construct dense 3D semantic map with VSLAM algorithm, a Mask Scoring RCNN is used to adjust its structure partially, where a TUM RGB-D SLAM dataset for transfer learning is employed. Semantic information of independent targets in scenes provides semantic information including categories, which not only provides high accuracy of localization but also realizes the probability update of semantic estimation by marking movable objects, thereby reducing the impact of moving objects on real-time mapping. Through simulation and actual experimental comparison with other three algorithms, results show the proposed algorithm has better robustness, and semantic information used in 3D semantic mapping can be accurately obtained. The paper proposes an algorithm based on the Multi-State Constraint Kalman Filter (MSCKF) algorithm to construct the map for robots special in the poor GPS signal environment. We can calculate the position of the robots with the data collected by inertial measurement unit and the features extracted by the camera with MSCKF algorithm in a tight couple way. The paper focuses on the way of optimizing the position because we adopt it to compute Kalman gain for updating the state of robots. In order to reduce the processing time, we design a novel fast Gauss–Newton MSCKF algorithm to complete the nonlinear optimization. The paper is regarding the fair distribution of several files having different sizes to several storage supports. With the existence of several storage supports and different files, we search for a method that makes an appropriate backup. The appropriate backup guarantees a fair distribution of the big data (files). Fairness is related to the used spaces of storage support distribution. The problem is how to find a fair method that stores all files on the available storage supports, where each file is characterized by its size. We propose in this paper some fairness methods that seek to minimize the gap between used spaces of all storage supports. In order to solve the problem of the user demands to the quality of service (QoS) of network, this paper provides a novel QoS evaluation model based on the intelligent water droplets (IWD) algorithm. In intelligent warehouse, the problem of transporting goods in intelligent warehouse is becoming increasingly complex, and the traditional way of automatically guiding vehicles (AGVs) is inefficient, so automated robot systems are introduced into intelligent warehouses. In this paper, a task assignment model for robots is presented with the transportation problem of robots in intelligent warehouse as the research background. To solve the robot task assignment problem in intelligent warehouse, a novel Pareto-based multiobjective optimization algorithm (MOEA) is proposed, and the aggregation function is invoked to replace the crowding distance; the brain storm operator is used for crossover and mutation. The main objective of this paper is to find the duration of maximum time connectivity of sensor nodes under uncertainty utilizing the prespecified voltage/power of each sensor node. Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are composed of nodes that transmit data between each other over routing. A variety of routing protocols and algorithms exist, each related to a particular set of conditions. There are a variety of routing algorithms available, some of which can be used in WSNs for routing. The goal of the fastest distance routing algorithms in a WSN is to use the least amount of energy possible. In a WSN, Dijkstra's algorithm is typically used for shortest path routing. The Floyd–Warshall's algorithm is used to compute the shortest paths between distinct nodes in a regular graph, but due to the absence of a communication mode, this algorithm is not ideal for routing in wireless networks. In this research work, we have considered a WSN to find out the maximum connectivity time utilizing optimum voltage. On the other hand, duration of connectivity and energy/voltage are two vital parameters that are difficult to manage. Because of limited resources and safety concerns, safety implementation is limited. Also, due to the irregular/hazardous environmental situations, the distance between sensor nodes and its voltage to link up the nodes are totally unpredictable. In this work, we employ triangular fuzzy numbers to express unpredictability. Then, utilizing defuzzification of fuzzy numbers, the associated WSN problem was transformed into a crisp one. The widely used signed distance approach has been applied for the defuzzification of fuzzy numbers in this case. To determine the best outcome and to illustrate the usefulness of the suggested technique, a numerical example has been solved using the modified Floyd–Warshall's algorithm. In recent years, with the development of Big Data and dynamic modeling technology, people have gradually deepened the research on the efficient construction of music audio database. Based on this background, this paper first realizes the construction of multilevel music audio database using Big Data technology and collaborative filtering algorithm. Then, through the Big Data analysis technology based on collaborative filtering algorithm, the QRE (quick reaction estimate) model is constructed and the data query system is formed. Finally, experiments are designed to verify whether the music audio database based on collaborative filtering algorithm can correctly retrieve the target music audio data. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional single ∗ input stacked database, the music and audio database constructed by the discrete Big Data dynamic modeling technology based on collaborative filtering algorithm has faster search rate and higher accuracy and can accurately locate the data nodes in the database. With the development of information technology, computer networks have become a part of people's lives and work. However, computer viruses and malicious network attacks make network security face huge challenges, and more accurate detection of attacks has become the focus of attention to current computer fields. This paper proposes an intrusion detection model, which is mainly based on the XGBoost (Extreme Gradient Boosting), and uses the WOA (Whale Optimization Algorithm) to find the best parameters for it. The collected network data are first preprocessed by the PCA (Principal Component Analysis) dimensionality reduction method, and then, the preprocessed data are imported into the WOA-XGBoost algorithm so that the overall model has better intrusion detection capabilities for data after training. The experimental results are applied to the well-known KDD CUP 99 data in the computer network field, and compared with the accuracy of the results obtained by parameter adjustment in the traditional way, it shows that the intrusion detection model under this method has better accuracy. Constructing network models of biological systems is important for effective understanding and control of the biological systems. For the construction of biological networks, a stochastic approach for link weights has been recently developed by using experimental data and belief propagation on a factor graph. The link weights were variable nodes of the factor graph and determined from their marginal probability mass functions which were approximated by using an iterative scheme. However, there is no convergence analysis of the iterative scheme. In this paper, at first, we present a detailed explanation of the complicated multistep process step by step with a network of small size and artificial experimental data, and then we show a sufficient condition for the convergence of the iterative scheme. These control strategies can prevent bus bunching and alleviate traffic pressure. The paper studies the multiline bus dynamic scheduling with consideration of departure time and speed meanwhile. The hyperheuristic algorithm is proposed, and low-level heuristics (LLH) operators are designed. The simulation experiment is performed for the passenger flow distribution of different strengths and types of different scenarios. By comparing the experimental results of genetic algorithm (GA) and hyperheuristic algorithm in solving different scenarios, the results show that in smooth, increasing, decreasing, and multiconvex passenger flow mode, the performance of the hyperheuristic algorithm is higher than that of GA. The promotion rate reaches 18∼28%, and especially the average value of the hyperheuristic algorithm designed under multiconvex passenger flow is up to 28.62%, significantly reducing passengers' waiting time. By comparing the stability of the three passenger flow modes, the results illustrate that the stability of the hyperheuristic algorithm is lower than that of GA. For the smooth passenger flow mode, the stability of medium and lower density of GA is higher than that of the hyperheuristic algorithm. With the continuous development of China's social economy, the competitiveness of brand market is gradually increasing. In order to improve their own level in brand building, major enterprises gradually explore and study visual communication design. Brand visual design has also received more and more attention. Building a complete and rich visual design system can improve the brand level and attract users to consume. Based on the abovementioned situation, this paper proposes to use collaborative filtering algorithm to analyze and study brand visual design. Firstly, a solution is proposed to solve the problem of low accuracy of general recommendation algorithm in brand goods. Collaborative filtering algorithm is used to analyze the visual communication design process of enterprise brand. Research on personalized image design according to consumers' trust and recognition of brand design is conducted. In traditional craft brand visual design, we mainly study the impact of image design on consumer behavior. The brand loyalty model is used to predict and analyze the visual design effect. Also, the user's evaluation coefficient is taken as the expression of brand visual design recognition. Finally, the collaborative filtering algorithm is optimized to improve the consumer similarity based on the original algorithm. The results show that the brand visual design using collaborative filtering algorithm can help enterprises obtain greater benefits in their own brand construction. Trains can be optimally spread over the period of the cyclic timetable. By integrating sequencing issue with headway time together, this paper studies the structure optimization of mixed-speed train traffic for a cyclic timetable. Firstly, by taking it as a job-shop problem with sequence-dependent setup times on one machine, in the type of infinite capacity resource with headway (ICR + H), the problem is transformed to alternative graph (AG) and then recast to the mixed-speed train traffic planning (MSTTP) model. For the multiobjective in MSTTP, three indicators are optimized, i.e., heterogeneity, cycle time, and buffer time, which correspond to diversity of train service toward passenger, capacity consumption of rail network, and stability of train operation, respectively. Secondly, the random-key genetic algorithm (RKGA) is proposed to tackle the sequence and headway simultaneously. Finally, RKGA is coded with visual studio C# and the proposed method is validated with a case study. The rail system considered is a line section encompassing a territory of 180 km with 15 mixed-speed trains in each cycle of the timetable. Results indicate the comprehensively balanced train plan for all stakeholders from random variations of train sequence and headway time. Both the quantitative proportion of heterogeneity/homogeneity (e.g., 2.5) about the optimized distribution of the mixed train traffic and the link between train headway time and the sequence for each traffic scenario are found. The decomposition-based algorithm, for example, multiobjective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition (MOEA/D), has been proved effective and useful in a variety of multiobjective optimization problems (MOPs). On the basis of MOEA/D, the MOEA/D-DE replaces the simulated binary crossover (SBX) operator with differential evolution (DE) operator, which is used to enhance the diversity of the solutions more effectively. However, the amplification factor and the crossover probability are fixed in MOEA/D-DE, which would lead to a low convergence rate and be more likely to fall into local optimum. To overcome such a prematurity problem, this paper proposes three different adaptive operators in DE with crossover probability and amplification factors to adjust the parameter settings adaptively. We incorporate these three adaptive operators in MOEA/D-DE and MOEA/D-PaS to solve MOPs and many-objective optimization problems (MaOPs), respectively. This paper also designs a sensitive experiment for the changeable parameter η in the proposed adaptive operators to explore how η would affect the convergence of the proposed algorithms. These adaptive algorithms are tested on many benchmark problems, including ZDT, DTLZ, WFG, and MaF test suites. This paper proposes a nonconvex model (called LogTVSCAD) for deblurring images with impulsive noises, using the log-function penalty as the regularizer and adopting the smoothly clipped absolute deviation (SCAD) function as the data-fitting term. The proposed nonconvex model can effectively overcome the poor performance of the classical TVL1 model for high-level impulsive noise. A difference of convex functions algorithm (DCA) is proposed to solve the nonconvex model. For the model subproblem, we consider the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) algorithm to solve it. The global convergence is discussed based on Kurdyka–Lojasiewicz. Cell behavior analysis is a fundamental process in cell biology to obtain the correlation between many diseases and abnormal cell behavior. Moreover, accurate number estimation plays an important role for the construction of cell lineage trees. In this paper, a novel Gaussian ant colony algorithm, for clustering or spatial overlap cell state and number estimator, simultaneously, is proposed. We have introduced a novel definition of the Gaussian ant system borrowed from the concept of the multi-Bernoulli random finite set (RFS) in the way that it encourages ants searching for cell regions effectively. The existence probability of ant colonies is considered for the number and state estimation of cells. Through experiments on two real cell sequences, it is confirmed that our proposed algorithm could automatically track clustering cells in various scenarios and has enabled superior performance compared with other state-of-the-art approaches. Under the technological innovation network, loosely coupled organizations featured by weak connections and relative independence have formed through the dynamic division of labor and knowledge sharing of enterprises. The loosely coupled organizations greatly enhance cooperation performance, but face problems such as poor flexible matching between partners and low innovation efficiency. Meanwhile, modular organizations can connect with other organizations to realize a specific operational goal via contracts and carry prominent features such as collaborative innovation, adaptive division of labor, and dynamic capabilities, offering an effective network governance model for collaboration between enterprises. Based on the two dimensions (looseness and coupling) between organizations, this paper uses the design dependency matrix (DDM) to map demands for functional/design modules, under the division of labor within products and the decisions on product modules, and preliminarily decouple the functional/design modules. Based on clustering DDM, a decision structure matrix (DSM) was constructed, and the clustering decoupling algorithm was adopted to create clustering design structure modules. Energy-saving production is one of the issues that must be paid attention to by today's manufacturing enterprises. Aiming at the problem of integrated process planning and scheduling (IPPS) in the manufacturing process, considering Time-of-Use (TOU) and tiered electricity price, this paper systematically studies the energy-saving scheduling problem in order to reduce the power consumption in processing and production. To establish the multiobjective optimization mathematical model of the problem, the load balancing problem of the equipment is considered, the minimization of the power consumption and the maximum load of the equipment are taken as the optimization objectives. Then, considering the constraints of resource and multiprocess, the switching strategy of the equipment in idle time is introduced, including shutdown and restart operations. In order to solve the model easily, a multiobjective firefly algorithm (MOFA) based on five-layer coding is designed, and the elite strategy is introduced to protect the excellent firefly individuals in the iterative population. With the intensification of market competition, the choice of partners in the private sector plays a vital role in the success or failure of the government’s public sector in the bidding process. Based on FRS (factor risk scoring system), SAW (simple additive weighted), and the integrated subjective or objective fuzzy group decision-making methods, the private sector partner selection is carried out under the PPP (public-private partnership) model in this paper. First of all, a decision committee is established to select attributes and identify potential partners. Secondly, we determine the important decision of the consistency of the manufacturer, introduce linguistic variables, calculate and collect the fuzzy weighted personal attributes, evaluate the importance of the attributes, and get the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation. Thirdly, we establish fuzzy value matrix based on fuzzy evaluation and get the total fuzzy vector by multiplying respective weighted vectors and fuzzy evaluation matrix, then calculate the defuzzification value of each total score, and choose the alternative with the maximum score. Psychological evidence is more about describing phenomena and laws than explaining the physiological processes behind them. The need for interpretability is well recognized. This paper proposes a new method for supervised pattern recognition based on the working pattern of implicit memory. The artificial neural network (ANN) is trained to simulate implicit memory. When an input vector is not in the training set, the ANN can treat the input as a "do not care" term. The ANN may output any value when the input is a "do not care" term since the training process needs to use as few neurons as possible. The trained ANN can be expressed as a function to design a pattern recognition algorithm. The concept of H-bases, introduced long ago by Macauly, has become an important ingredient for the treatment of various problems in computational algebra. The concept of H-bases is for ideals in polynomial rings, which allows an investigation of multivariate polynomial spaces degree by degree. Similarly, we have the analogue of H-bases for subalgebras, termed as SH-bases. In this paper, we present an analogue of H-bases for finitely generated ideals in a given subalgebra of a polynomial ring, and we call them "HSG-bases." With the concept of sustainable development, enterprises are facing severe challenges in ecological protection and economic development. Approaches to improving effectiveness of the coordinated development strategy must continue to evolve to address uncertainty and hazards that may be encountered in the future. We propose a coordinated development strategy model based on the combination of soft fuzzy and rough set theory and construct its prediction model. For the multistrategy dataset in the paper, parameter for each kind shall be selected through converting the multistrategy data into two prediction datasets. An algorithm transformed by SFRC shall be subject to weighted average for each parameter. Furthermore, we use training methods and soft fuzzy rough sets' learning algorithm to calculate, and the evaluating indicator rough set is constructed with a three-tier model structure. After the final rough set training is completed, test results show that the rough set model which has a higher rating accuracy builds a better completed business performance evaluation. By comparing the prediction effect, both SVM algorithm and multistrategy prediction model for the soft fuzzy rough set in the paper can realize effective prediction for the enterprise's coordinated development strategy. Moreover, the prediction result obtained at the time of adopting boundary to get the expected value is superior to that of giving one fixed threshold. It shows that the prediction performance of the algorithm in the paper is more excellent and represents the advantage of the algorithm prediction performance at the time of adopting boundary to get the expected value. This paper addresses the sequence sorting problem of large-scale storage/retrieval (S/R) requests in multiple Input/Output (multi-I/O) depots automated storage/retrieval systems (AS/RS), in which the cargoes can enter/leave the system through multi-I/O depots, the stacker can load only one cargo, and the load travel time of stacker is fixed. The problem is to find an optimal sequence for a certain S/R requests sequence, and it is a special kind of traveling salesman problem. In this paper, a heuristic algorithm based on assignment is proposed. In order to eliminate the subloops emerged in the sorting process, the equivalent merging and minimum cost merging methods of subloops are considered, and the proposed algorithm is modified. Text classification is the critical content of machine learning, and it is widely applied in information filtering, sentimental analysis, and text review. It is very important to improve the accuracy of classification results, and this is also the main research purpose of researchers in this field in recent years. Feature selection plays an important role in text classification, which has the functions of eliminating irrelevant features, reducing dimensionality, and improving classification accuracy. So, this paper studies the CHI feature selection algorithm, and the main work and innovations are as follows: firstly, this paper analyzed the CHI algorithm's flaws, determined that the introduction of new parameters will be the improvement direction of the CHI algorithm, and thus proposed a new algorithm based on variance and coefficient of variation. Secondly, experiment to verify the effectiveness of the new algorithm. In terms of language, the experiment in this paper includes two text classification systems, which were Chinese and English. In terms of classifiers, two classifier algorithms were used, which included the KNN classifier and the Naive Bayes classifier. Based on the generalized discrete Fourier transform, the generalized orthogonal discrete W transform and its fast algorithm are proposed and derived in this paper. The orthogonal discrete W transform proposed by Zhongde Wang has only four types. However, the generalized orthogonal discrete W transform proposed by us has infinite types and subsumes a family of symmetric transforms. The generalized orthogonal discrete W transform is a real-valued orthogonal transform, and the real-valued orthogonal transform of a real sequence has the advantages of simple operation and facilitated transmission and storage. The generalized orthogonal discrete W transforms provide more basis functions with new frequencies and phases and hence lead to more powerful analysis and processing tools for communication, signal processing, and numerical computing. The main objective of this paper is to describe and interpret an SIR (Susceptible-Infectious-Recovered) epidemic model though a logistic equation, which is parameterized by a Malthusian parameter and a carrying capacity parameter, both being time-varying, in general, and then to apply the model to the COVID-19 pandemic by using some recorded data. In particular, the Malthusian parameter is related to the growth rate of the infection solution while the carrying capacity is related to its maximum reachable value. The quotient of the absolute value of the Malthusian parameter and the carrying capacity fixes the transmission rate of the disease in the simplest version of the epidemic model. Therefore, the logistic version of the epidemics' description is attractive since it offers an easy interpretation of the data evolution especially when the pandemic outbreaks. The SIR model includes recruitment, demography, and mortality parameters, and the total population minus the recovered population is not constant though time. This makes the current logistic equation to be time-varying. An estimation algorithm, which estimates the transmission rate through time from the discrete-time estimation of the parameters of the logistic equation, is proposed. The data are picked up at a set of samples which are either selected by the adaptive sampling law or allocated at constant intervals between consecutive samples. Social recommendation algorithm is a common tool for recommending interesting or potentially useful items to users amidst the sea of online information. The users usually have various relationships, each of which has its unique impact on the recommendation results. It is unlikely to make accurate recommendations solely based on one relationship. Based on user-item bipartite graph, this paper establishes a multisubnet composited complex network (MSCCN) of multiple user relationships and then extends the mass diffusion (MD) algorithm into a novel intelligent recommendation algorithm. Two public online datasets, namely, Epinions and FilmTrust, were selected to verify the effect of the proposed algorithm. The results show that the proposed intelligent recommendation algorithm with two types of relationships made much more accurate recommendations than that with a single relationship and the traditional MD algorithm. In the collaborative filtering (CF) recommendation applications, the sparsity of user rating data, the effectiveness of cold start, the strategy of item information neglection, and user profiles construction are critical to both the efficiency and effectiveness of the recommendation algorithm. In order to solve the above problems, a personalized recommendation approach combining semisupervised support vector machine and active learning (AL) is proposed in this paper, which combines the benefits of both TSVM (Transductive Support Vector Machine) and AL. Firstly, a "maximum-minimum segmentation" of version space-based AL strategy is developed to choose the most informative unlabeled samples for human annotation; it aims to choose the least data which is enough to train a high-quality model. And then, an AL-based semisupervised TSVM algorithm is proposed to make full use of the distribution characteristics of unlabeled samples by adding a manifold regularization into objective function, which is helpful to make the proposed algorithm to overcome the traditional drawbacks of TSVM. Furthermore, during the procedure of recommendation model construction, not only user behavior information and item information, but also demographic information is utilized. Due to the benefits of the above design, the quality of unlabeled sample annotation can be improved; meanwhile, both the data sparsity and cold start problems are alleviated. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified based on UCI datasets, and then it is applied to personalized recommendation. Standard scheduled flight block time (SBT) setting is of great concern for Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and airlines in China. However, the standard scheduled flight block times are set in the form of on-site meetings in practice and current literature has not provided any efficient mathematical models to calculate the flight block times fairly among the airlines. The objective of this paper is to develop and solve a mathematical model for standard SBT setting with consideration of both fairness and reliability. We use whale optimization algorithm (WOA) and an improved version of the whale optimization algorithm (IWOA) to solve the SBT setting problem. A novel nonlinear update equation of convergence factor for random iterations is used in place of the original linear one in the proposed IWOA algorithm. Experimental results show that the suggested approach is effective, and IWOA performs better than WOA in the concerned problem, whose solutions are better compared to the flight block times released by CAAC. In particular, it is interesting to find that MSE, RMSE, MAE, MAPE and Theil of the reliability in 60%–70% range are always the smallest and the average fairness of airlines is better than that of 60%–75% range.
