The purpose of this paper is to show that the national aim of North Korea changed from radical independence of Juche to deradical acute survival, thus the solution of the nuclear crisis can be only found through the understanding about the deradicalization of North Korea. .x000d.Some hawkers in U.S insisted the coercive strategy toward North Korea and Bush agreed them at first because they considered the North Korea would collapse before long. But North Korea endured the Bush's hard line and at last North Korea held the nuclear test. .x000d.Now who is winner, Bush or Kim Jongil? It is clear that unipolar superpower failed to prevent North Korea from equipping nuclear weapons. But the leader of North Korea, Kim Jongil got only the half victory because North Korea have experienced economic crisis as ever. .x000d.U.S should understand what is the hope of North Korea and North Korea should learn what is the international society's rule and norm.
