Atrial flutter (AFL) is a common arrhythmia with two significant mechanisms, namely, focal (FAFL) and macroreentry (MAFL). Discrimination of the AFL mechanism through noninvasive techniques can improve radiofrequency ablation efficacy. This study aims to differentiate the AFL mechanism using a 12-lead surface electrocardiogram. P-P interval series variability is hypothesized to be different in FAFL and MAFL and may be useful for discrimination. 12-lead ECG signals were collected from 46 patients with known AFL mechanisms. Features for a proposed classifier are extracted through descriptive statistics of the interval series. On the other hand, the class ratio of MAFL and FAFL was 41 : 5, respectively, which was highly imbalanced. To resolve this, different data augmentation techniques (SMOTE, modified-SMOTE, and smoothed-bootstrap) have been applied on the interval series to generate synthetic interval series and minimize imbalance. Modification is introduced in the classic SMOTE technique (modified-SMOTE) to properly produce data samples from the original distribution. The characteristics of modified-SMOTE are found closer to the original dataset than the other two techniques based on the four validation criteria. The performance of the proposed model has been evaluated by three linear classifiers, namely, linear discriminant analysis (LDA), logistic regression (LOG), and support vector machine (SVM). Filter and wrapper methods have been used for selecting relevant features. The best average performance was achieved at 400% augmentation of the FAFL interval series (90.24% sensitivity, 49.50% specificity, and 76.88% accuracy) in the LOG classifier. Social media platforms play a key role in fostering the outreach of extremism by influencing the views, opinions, and perceptions of people. These platforms are increasingly exploited by extremist elements for spreading propaganda, radicalizing, and recruiting youth. Hence, research on extremism detection on social media platforms is essential to curb its influence and ill effects. A study of existing literature on extremism detection reveals that it is restricted to a specific ideology, binary classification with limited insights on extremism text, and manual data validation methods to check data quality. In existing research studies, researchers have used datasets limited to a single ideology. As a result, they face serious issues such as class imbalance, limited insights with class labels, and a lack of automated data validation methods. A major contribution of this work is a balanced extremism text dataset, versatile with multiple ideologies verified by robust data validation methods for classifying extremism text into popular extremism types such as propaganda, radicalization, and recruitment. The presented extremism text dataset is a generalization of multiple ideologies such as the standard ISIS dataset, GAB White Supremacist dataset, and recent Twitter tweets on ISIS and white supremacist ideology. The dataset is analyzed to extract features for the three focused classes in extremism with TF-IDF unigram, bigrams, and trigrams features. Additionally, pretrained word2vec features are used for semantic analysis. The extracted features in the proposed dataset are evaluated using machine learning classification algorithms such as multinomial Naïve Bayes, support vector machine, random forest, and XGBoost algorithms. The best results were achieved by support vector machine using the TF-IDF unigram model confirming 0.67 F1 score. Antinuclear antibodies (ANAs) testing is the main serological diagnosis screening test for autoimmune diseases. ANAs testing is conducted principally by the indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) on human epithelial cell-substrate (HEp-2) protocol. However, due to its high variability and human subjectivity, there is an insistent need to develop an efficient method for automatic image segmentation and classification. This article develops an automatic segmentation and classification framework based on artificial intelligence (AI) on the ANA images. The Otsu thresholding method and watershed segmentation algorithm are adopted to segment IIF images of cells. Moreover, multiple texture features such as scale-invariant feature transform (SIFT), local binary pattern (LBP), cooccurrence among adjacent LBPs (CoALBP), and rotation invariant cooccurrence among adjacent LBPs (RIC-LBP) are utilized. Firstly, this article adopts traditional machine learning methods such as support vector machine (SVM), k-nearest neighbor algorithm (KNN), and random forest (RF) and then uses ensemble classifier (ECLF) combined with soft voting rules to merge these machine learning methods for classification. The deep learning method InceptionResNetV2 is also utilized to train on the classification of cell images. Eventually, the best accuracy of 0.9269 on the Changsha dataset and 0.9635 on the ICPR 2016 dataset for the traditional methods is obtained by a combination of SIFT and RIC-LBP with the ECLF classifier, and the best accuracy obtained by the InceptionResNetV2 is 0.9465 and 0.9836 separately, which outperforms other schemes. Motivation. Immunoglobulin proteins (IGP) (also called antibodies) are glycoproteins that act as B-cell receptors against external or internal antigens like viruses and bacteria. IGPs play a significant role in diverse cellular processes ranging from adhesion to cell recognition. IGP identifications via the in-silico approach are faster and more cost-effective than wet-lab technological methods. Methods. In this study, we developed an intelligent theoretical deep learning framework, "IGPred-HDnet" for the discrimination of IGPs and non-IGPs. Three types of promising descriptors are feature extraction based on graphical and statistical features (FEGS), amphiphilic pseudo-amino acid composition (Amp-PseAAC), and dipeptide composition (DPC) to extract the graphical, physicochemical, and sequential features. Next, the extracted attributes are evaluated through machine learning, i.e., decision tree (DT), support vector machine (SVM), k-nearest neighbour (KNN), and hierarchical deep network (HDnet) classifiers. The proposed predictor IGPred-HDnet was trained and tested using a 10-fold cross-validation and independent test. Results and Conclusion. The success rates in terms of accuracy (ACC) and Matthew's correlation coefficient (MCC) of IGPred-HDnet on training and independent dataset (Dtrain Dtest) are ACC = 98.00%, 99.10%, and MCC = 0.958, and 0.980 points, respectively. The empirical outcomes demonstrate that the IGPred-HDnet model efficacy on both datasets using the novel FEGS feature and HDnet algorithm achieved superior predictions to other existing computational models. Classification of imbalanced data is a challenging task that has captured considerable interest in numerous scientific fields by virtue of the great practical value of minority accuracy. Some methods for improving generalization performance have been developed to address this classification situation. Here, we propose a cost-sensitive ensemble learning method using a support vector machine as a base learner of AdaBoost for classifying imbalanced data. Considering that the existing methods are not well studied in terms of how to precisely control the classification accuracy of the minority class, we developed a novel way to rebalance the weights of AdaBoost, and the weights influence the base learner training. This weighting strategy increases the sample weight of the misclassified minority while decreasing the sample weight of the misclassified majority until their distributions are even in each round. Furthermore, we included P-mean as one of the assessment markers and discussed why it is necessary. Experiments were conducted to compare the proposed and comparison 10 models on 18 datasets in terms of six different metrics. The heading and flowering stages are crucial for wheat growth and should be used for fusarium head blight (FHB) and other plant prevention operations. Rapid and accurate monitoring of wheat growth in hilly areas is critical for determining plant protection operations and strategies. Currently, the operation time for FHB prevention and plant protection is primarily determined by manual tour inspection of plant growth, which has the disadvantages of low information gathering and subjectivity. In this study, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) equipped with a multispectral camera was used to collect wheat canopy multispectral images and heading rate information during the heading and flowering stages in order to develop a method for detecting the appropriate time for preventive control of FHB. A 1D convolutional neural network + decision tree model (1D CNN + DT) was designed. All the multispectral information was input into the model for feature extraction and result regression. The regression revealed that the coefficient of determination (R2) between multispectral information in the wheat canopy and the heading rate was 0.95, and the root mean square error of prediction (RMSE) was 0.24. This result was superior to that obtained by directly inputting multispectral data into neural networks (NN) or by inputting multispectral data into NN via traditional VI calculation, support vector machines regression (SVR), or decision tree (DT). On the basis of FHB prevention and control production guidelines and field research results, a discrimination model for FHB prevention and plant protection operation time was developed. After the output values of the regression model were input into the discrimination model, a 97.50% precision was obtained. The method proposed in this study can efficiently monitor the growth status of wheat during the heading and flowering stages and provide crop growth information for determining the timing and strategy of FHB prevention and plant protection operations. Deep learning is widely used for the classification of images that have various attributes. Image data are used to extract colour, texture, form, and local features. These features are combined in feature-level image fusion to create a merged remote sensing image. A trained depth belief network (DBN) processes and divides fusion images, while a Softmax classifier determines the land type. As tested, the proposed approach can categorise all types of land. Traditional methods of detecting distant sensing photographs have limitations that can be overcome by using convolutional neural networks (CNN). Traditional techniques are incapable of combining deep learning elements while doing badly in classification. After PCA decreases data dimensionality, deep learning is applied to generate effective features that employ deep learning after PCA has reduced the dimensionality of the data. Principal component analysis is commonly used because of its effectiveness in attaining linear dimension reduction. It may be used on its own or as a starting point for further study into various different dimensionality reduction approaches. Data can be altered by remapping onto a new set of orthogonal axes using a process known as projection-based principal component analysis. Following remote sensing of land resources, the pictures were classified using a support vector machine. Euroset satellite images are used to assess the suggested approach. Accuracy and kappa have both increased. It was accurate and within 95.83 % of the planned figures. It is very important for consumers to recognize their wrong shopping habits such as unplanned purchase behavior (UPB). The traditional methods used for measuring the UPB in qualitative and quantitative studies have some drawbacks because of human perception and memory. We proposed a UPB identification methodology applied with the brain-computer interface technique using a support vector machine (SVM) along with a functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS). Hemodynamic signals and behavioral data were collected from 33 subjects by performing Task 1 which included the Buy-One-Get-One-Free (BOGOF) and Task 2 which excluded the BOGOF condition. The acquired data were calculated with 6 time-domain features and then classified them using SVM with 10-cross validations. Thereafter, we evaluated whether the results were reliable using the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC). As a result, we achieved average accuracy greater than 94%, which is reliable because of the AUC values above 0.97. We found that the UPB brain activity was more relevant to Task 1 with the BOGOF condition than with Task 2 in the prefrontal cortex. UPBs were sufficiently derived from self-reported measurement, indicating that the subjects perceived increased impulsivity in the BOGOF condition. The use of computer-aided diagnostic (CAD) models has been proposed to aid in the detection and classification of breast cancer. In this work, we evaluated the performance of multilayer perceptron neural network and nonlinear support vector machine models to classify breast cancer nodules. From the contour of 569 samples, ten morphological features were used as input to the classifiers. The average results obtained in the set of 50 simulations performed show that the proposed models showed good performance (all exceeded 90.0%) in terms of accuracy in the test set. The nonlinear support vector machine algorithm stands out when compared to the proposed multilayer perceptron neural network algorithm, with 99% accuracy and a 2% false-negative rate. The neural network model presented lower performance than the nonlinear support vector machine classifier. Stroke-related disabilities can have a major negative effect on the economic well-being of the person. When left untreated, a stroke can be fatal. According to the findings of this study, people who have had strokes generally have abnormal biosignals. Patients will be able to obtain prompt therapy in this manner if they are carefully monitored; their biosignals will be precisely assessed and real-time analysis will be performed. On the contrary, most stroke diagnosis and prediction systems rely on image analysis technologies such as CT or MRI, which are not only expensive but also hard to use. In this study, we develop a machine learning algorithm for the prediction of stroke in the brain, and this prediction is carried out from the real-time samples of electromyography (EMG) data. The study uses synthetic samples for training the support vector machine (SVM) classifier and then the testing is conducted in real-time samples. To improve the accuracy of prediction, the samples are generated using the data augmentation principle, which supports training with vast data. The simulation is conducted to test the efficacy of the model, and the results show that the proposed classifier achieves a higher rate of classification accuracy than the existing methods. Diabetes type 2 (T2DM) is a common chronic disease, increasingly leading to many complications and affecting vital organs. Hyperglycemia is the main characteristic caused by insufficient insulin secretion and poses a serious risk to human health. The objective is to construct a type-2 diabetes prediction model with high classification accuracy. Advanced machine learning and predictive model techniques are utilized to achieve cutting-edge techniques for the early diagnosis of diabetes. This paper proposes an efficient performance model to predict and classify the minority class of type-2 diabetes. The impact of oversampling and undersampling approaches to reduce the effect of an unbalanced class has been compared to classification performance algorithms. Synthetic Minority Oversampling (SMOTE) and Tomek-links techniques are applied and examined. The outcomes were then compared to the original unbalanced dataset using an artificial neural network (ANN) predictive model. The model is compared with other state-of-the-art classifiers such as support vector machine (SVM), random forest (RF), and decision tree (DT). The tuned model had the best accuracy of 92.2%. The experimental findings clearly manifest the improvement in accuracy and evaluation metrics in terms of AUC and F1-measure using the SMOTE oversampling strategy rather than the baseline and undersampling schemes. Human colorectal disorders in the digestive tract are recognized by reference colonoscopy. The current system recognizes cancer through a three-stage system that utilizes two sets of colonoscopy data. However, identifying polyps by visualization has not been addressed. The proposed system is a five-stage system called ColoRectalCADx, which provides three publicly accessible datasets as input data for cancer detection. The three main datasets are CVC Clinic DB, Kvasir2, and Hyper Kvasir. After the image preprocessing stages, system experiments were performed with the seven prominent convolutional neural networks (CNNs) (end-to-end) and nine fusion CNN models to extract the spatial features. Afterwards, the end-to-end CNN and fusion features are executed. These features are derived from Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) and Vector Support Machine (SVM) classification, that was used to retrieve time and spatial frequency features. Experimentally, the results were obtained for five stages. For each of the three datasets, from stage 1 to stage 3, end-to-end CNN, DenseNet-201 obtained the best testing accuracy (98%, 87%, 84%), ((98%, 97%), (87%, 87%), (84%, 84%)), ((99.03%, 99%), (88.45%, 88%), (83.61%, 84%)). For each of the three datasets, from stage 2, CNN DaRD-22 fusion obtained the optimal test accuracy ((93%, 97%) (82%, 84%), (69%, 57%)). And for stage 4, ADaRDEV2-22 fusion achieved the best test accuracy ((95.73%, 94%), (81.20%, 81%), (72.56%, 58%)). For the input image segmentation datasets CVC Clinc-Seg, KvasirSeg, and Hyper Kvasir, malignant polyps were identified with the UNet CNN model. Through the research and development of the regression prediction function of support vector machine, this paper applies it to the prediction of drilling fluid performance parameters and the formulation design of drilling fluid. The research in this paper can reduce the experimental workload and improve the efficiency of drilling fluid formulation design. The apparent viscosity (AV), plastic viscosity (PV), API filter loss (FLAPI), and roll recovery (R) of the drilling fluid were selected as the inspection objects of the drilling fluid performance parameters, and the support vector machine was used to establish a model for predicting the drilling fluid performance parameters. This predictive model was used as part of the overall drilling fluid formulation optimization design model. Piano score recognition is one of the important research contents in the field of music information retrieval, and it plays an important role in information processing. In order to reduce the influence of vocals on the progress of piano notes and restore the harmonic information corresponding to piano notes, the article models the harmonic information and vocal information corresponding to piano notes in the frequency spectrum. We use the phase space reconstruction method to extract the nonlinear feature parameters in the note audio and use some of the parameters as the training set to construct the support vector machine (SVM) classifier and the other part as the test set to test the recognition effect. Therefore, the method of adaptive signal decomposition and SVM is introduced into the signal preprocessing link, and the corresponding recognition process is established. In order to improve the performance of the support vector machine, the article uses measurement learning method to obtain the measurement learning and uses the measurement learning to replace the Euclidean distance of the Gaussian kernel function of the support vector machine. The SVM method of adaptive signal decomposition and the SVM method of principal component analysis are introduced into the preprocessing process of the note signal, and then the preprocessed signal is reconstructed in phase space, and the corresponding recognition process is established. The method of directly reconstructing the phase space of the original signal has higher accuracy and can be applied to the note recognition of continuous music segments. The final experimental results show that, compared with the current popular piano score recognition algorithm, the recognition accuracy of the proposed piano score recognition algorithm is improved by 3.5% to 12.2%. Diabetes is one of the biggest health problems that affect millions of people across the world. Uncontrolled diabetes can increase the risk of heart attack, cancer, kidney damage, blindness, and other illnesses. Researchers are motivated to create a Machine Learning methodology that can predict diabetes in the future. Exploiting Machine Learning Algorithms (MLA) is essential if healthcare professionals are able to identify diseases more effectively. In order to improve the medical diagnosis of diabetes this research explored and contrasts various MLA that can identify diabetes risk early. The research includes the analysis on real datasets such as a clinical dataset gathered from a doctor in the Indian district of Bandipora in the years April 2021–Feb2022. MLA are currently important in the healthcare sector due to their prediction abilities. Researchers are using MLA to improve disease prediction and reduce cost. In this Paper author developed a methodology using Machine Learning Algorithms for Diabetes Disease Risk Prediction in North Kashmir. Six MLA have been successfully used in the experimental study such as Random Forest (RF), Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Gradient Boost (GB), Decision Tree (DT), and Logistic Regression (LR). RF is the most accurate classifier with the uppermost accuracy rate of 98 percent followed by MLP (90.99%), SVM (92%), GBC (97%), DT (96%), and LR (69%), respectively, with the balanced data set. In certain sports, injuries happen very often due to heavy training and sudden speedy actions, especially in athletics and football. Here arises a need to analyze the effect of physical training in sportsperson by collecting data from their daily training. With the help of artificial intelligence, a recurrent neural model is developed to analyze the effect of physical training and treatment concerning sports injury. A Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) can be a subsection of Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) that uses the neural nodes connected in a temporal sequence. The temporal sequence is one of the essential terms in this research, which denotes a data sequence of events in a given timeframe. The recurrent neural model is an intelligent machine learning method that comprises a neural schema replicating humans. This neural schema studies the data it collects from the athletes/players and processes it by analyzing previous injuries. Sports injuries have to be analyzed because, in some cases, it becomes more dangerous to the sportsperson that they may even lose their career due to disability. Sometimes it may cause a massive loss to the club or company that hired the sportsperson for the sport. The prediction process can give the player rest until he recovers, thus becoming the safest approach in sports. Therefore, it is essential to analyze the sportsperson's track data to keep an eye on his health. In this research, RNN model is compared with the existing Support Vector Machine (SVM) in concerning to the effect of physical training and treatment for sports. Assessment of attention is of great importance as one of human cognitive abilities. Although neuropsychological tests have been developed and used to evaluate the ability to pay attention, their validity and reliability have been reduced due to some limitations such as the presence of intervention factors, including human factors, limited range of languages, and cultural influences. Therefore, direct outputs of the brain system, represented by event-related potentials (ERPs), and the analysis of its function in cognitive activities have become very important as a complementary tool to assess various types of attention. This research tries to assess 4 types of attention including sustained, alternative, selective, and divided, using an integrated visual-auditory test and brain signals simultaneously. Thus, the electroencephalogram (EEG) data were recorded using 19 channels, and the integrated visual and auditory (IVA-AE) test was simultaneously performed on twenty-eight healthy volunteers including 22 male and 6 female subjects with the average age of 27 ± 5.3 years. Then ERPs related to auditory and visual stimuli with synchronous averaging technique were extracted. A topographic brain mapping (topo-map) was plotted for each frame of stimulation. Next, an optical flow method was implemented on different topo-maps to obtain motion vectors from one map to another. After obtaining the overall brain graph of an individual, some features were extracted and used as measures of local and global connectivity. The extracted features were consequently evaluated along with the parameters of the IVA test by support vector machine regression (SVM-R). The volume of attention was then quantified by combining the IVA parameters. Ultimately, estimation accuracy of each type of attention including focused attention (86.1%), sustained attention (83.4%), selective attention (80.9%), and divided attention (79.9%) was obtained. Fog-assisted and IoT-enabled smart healthcare system with rapid response rates is the major area of concern now a days. Dynamic and heterogeneous fog networks are difficult to manage and a considerable amount of overhead could be realized while managing ever increasing load on foglets. Fog computing plays a vital role in managing ever increasing processing demands from diverse IoT-based applications. Smart healthcare systems work with the assistance of sensor-based devices and automatic data collection and processing can speed up overall system functionality. In the proposed work, a novel framework for smart health care is presented where a series of activities are performed with prime objective of reducing latency and execution time. Principal component analysis is used for feature reduction and support vector machines with radial basis function kernel is used for classification purpose. Workload optimization on the fog nodes is implemented using genetic algorithm. Data collection process also involves preprocessing as a leading step for generating cleaner data. Amalgamation of intelligent and optimization techniques in the presented framework certainly improves the efficiency of the overall system. Due to the combined influence of complex engineering geological conditions and environmental factors from agricultural mountainous areas, the evolution of slope deformation is complicated and nonlinear. Support vector machine (SVM) technology could effectively solve the technical problems of small sample, high dimension, and nonlinear, so it is applied to data mining of the measured slope displacement and the prediction and analysis of the slope deformation trend. In order to avoid blindness of human choice of SVM parameters and to improve the prediction accuracy and generalization ability of the model, an ACO-SVM model is built by adopting an improved ant colony algorithm (ACO) to optimize parameters in association with the rolling forecasting method of displacement time series. The model was applied to two engineering examples. The research results showed that the ACO-SVM model was correct with high accuracy. The ACO-SVM model had higher accuracy of prediction and stronger generalization ability than optimizing SVM based on the genetic algorithm or particle swarm optimization. In order to better solve the problem of product logistics supply chains with short life cycles, a solution optimization of short life cycle product logistics supply chains based on support vector machines is proposed. This method recommends key technical problems and solutions through information represented by support vector machines and explore the research of short life cycle products to realize logistics supply chains. The research shows that, whether it is a retail channel or a network channel, the RMSE value of the effect index predicted by SVM is smaller than the RMSE value of the improved Bass. It can be seen that the SVM demand forecasting model constructed by considering multiple input factors can obtain a more accurate forecasting effect. Aiming at the problems of low learning efficiency, slow convergence speed, and low prediction accuracy of traditional data-driven model applied to tool cutting force prediction, a prediction method of tool cutting force based on ant lion optimizer (ALO) extreme learning machine (ELM) is proposed. ALO was used to improve the weights of input layer and hidden layer of ELM, so as to improve its prediction accuracy. The tool cutting force prediction models were established by using ALO-ELM, ELM, BP (backpropagation) neural network, and support vector machine, respectively. The experimental results show that the mean square error, mean absolute percentage error, and mean absolute error of ALO-ELM prediction model are 0.9911%, 0.0011%, and 1.0863%, respectively, which are far lower than the other three prediction models. During the last few decades, the quality of water has deteriorated significantly due to pollution and many other issues. As a consequence of this, there is a need for a model that can make accurate projections about water quality. This work shows the comparative analysis of different machine learning approaches like Support Vector Machine (SVM), Decision Tree (DT), Random Forest, Gradient Boost, and Ada Boost, used for the water quality classification. The model is trained on the Water Quality Index dataset available on Kaggle. Z-score is used to normalize the dataset before beginning the training process for the model. Because the given dataset is unbalanced, Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) is used to balance the dataset. Experiments results depict that Random Forest and Gradient Boost give the highest accuracy of 81%. One of the major issues with the machine learning model is lack of transparency which makes it impossible to evaluate the results of the model. An attribute feature classification method of English grammar vocabulary entry database based on support vector machine classification algorithm is proposed; this method takes news English as the research object and focuses on the classification of attributes and features of the English grammar lexicon database. First, the k-means algorithm is used to cluster the training set, and the one-to-many method is used to train two types of classifiers for the texts that cannot be correctly clustered in each class, that is, the classifiers of the corresponding categories are trained, and then the training set passed through a pair of the classifier generated by multiple SVMs is tested, and the samples that fall in the inseparable area are retrained by a one-to-one method, so as to achieve the purpose of balancing the training samples and reducing the inseparable area. The results show that, compared with the FDAGSVM algorithm, the proposed three multiclass classification algorithms have significantly improved classification speed and classification accuracy, and the macro average accuracy rates are 77.94%, 73.94%, and 72.36%, respectively. With the rapid economic development, the financial industry has quietly become the leader of industries, the core and lifeblood of promoting economic development. At the same time, various financial services and management platforms emerge one after another. However, the emergence of financial services and management platforms cannot effectively alleviate the current financial crisis. In the face of increasingly complex financial risks, traditional financial service and management platforms cannot achieve effective information sharing, which leads to continued low service and management efficiency and frequent financial risk problems. Support vector machine is a data classification algorithm based on supervision, which can realize data sharing and improve the efficiency of data processing. The article firstly readjusted the underlying architecture of the financial service and management platform to break through the barriers of data interaction. Then on this basis, the article further combines the support vector machine algorithm and extends it from binary data classification to multivariate classification. Finally, the paper redesigns the financial service and management platform considering support vector machines. After a series of experiments, it can be found that the financial service and management platform based on the support vector machine algorithm can reduce the financial risk by 17.2%, improve the financial service level by 30.2%, and improve the financial comprehensive service level by 45.2%. Schizophrenia (SZ) is a severe and prolonged disorder of the human brain where people interpret reality in an abnormal way. Traditional methods of SZ detection are based on handcrafted feature extraction methods (manual process), which are tedious and unsophisticated, and also limited in their ability to balance efficiency and accuracy. To solve this issue, this study designed a deep learning-based feature extraction scheme involving the GoogLeNet model called "SchizoGoogLeNet" that can efficiently and automatically distinguish schizophrenic patients from healthy control (HC) subjects using electroencephalogram (EEG) signals with improved performance. The proposed framework involves multiple stages of EEG data processing. First, this study employs the average filtering method to remove noise and artifacts from the raw EEG signals to improve the signal-to-noise ratio. After that, a GoogLeNet model is designed to discover significant hidden features from denoised signals to identify schizophrenic patients from HC subjects. Finally, the obtained deep feature set is evaluated by the GoogleNet classifier and also some renowned machine learning classifiers to find a sustainable classification method for the obtained deep feature set. Experimental results show that the proposed deep feature extraction model with a support vector machine performs the best, producing a 99.02% correct classification rate for SZ, with an overall accuracy of 98.84%. Furthermore, our proposed model outperforms other existing methods. Breast cancer is common among women all over the world. Early identification of breast cancer lowers death rates. However, it is difficult to determine whether these are cancerous or noncancerous lesions due to their inconsistencies in image appearance. Machine learning techniques are widely employed in imaging analysis as a diagnostic method for breast cancer classification. However, patients cannot take advantage of remote areas as these systems are unavailable on clouds. Thus, breast cancer detection for remote patients is indispensable, which can only be possible through cloud computing. The user is allowed to feed images into the cloud system, which is further investigated through the computer aided diagnosis (CAD) system. Such systems could also be used to track patients, older adults, especially with disabilities, particularly in remote areas of developing countries that do not have medical facilities and paramedic staff. In the proposed CAD system, a fusion of AlexNet architecture and GLCM (gray-level cooccurrence matrix) features are used to extract distinguishable texture features from breast tissues. Finally, to attain higher precision, an ensemble of MK-SVM is used. In the world of cyber age, cybercrime is spreading its root extensively. Supervised classification methods such as the support vector machine (SVM) and K-nearest neighbor (KNN) models are employed for the classification of cybercrime data. Likewise, the unsupervised mode of classification involves the techniques of K-means clustering, Gaussian mixture model, and cluster quasi-random via fuzzy C-means clustering and fuzzy clustering. Neural networks are employed for determining synthetic identity theft. The formation of clusters takes place using these clustering techniques, which fetches crime data from the overall data. Cybercrime detection employs dataset that is fetched from CBS open data StatLine. The attributes utilized are concerning the crime victims through personal characteristics with total user identity being 1000. For analyzing the performance, different training and testing data undergo variation. Eventually using the best technique, the criminal is identified and the Gaussian mixture model in the unsupervised method reveals enhanced performance using the detection method. 76.56% percentage of accuracy is achieved in detecting the criminal. The objective of this article is to solve the current social phenomenon of a large number of fatigue driving, so that social safety becomes more stable in the future, and the detection and application of driving fatigue are more meaningful. Alzheimer's Disease (AD) is a silent disease that causes the brain cells to die progressively, influencing consciousness, behavior, planning ability, and language to name a few. AD increases exponentially with aging, where it doubles every 5-6 years, causing profound implications, such as swallowing difficulties and losing the ability to speak before death. According to the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia, AD patients will triple by 2060 to reach 14 million patients worldwide. The rapid rise of patients is caused by the silent progress of the disease, leading to late diagnosis as the symptoms will not be distinguished from normal aging affect. Moreover, with the current medical capabilities, it is impossible to confirm AD with 100% certainty via specific medical examinations. The literature review revealed that most recent publications used images to diagnose AD, which is insufficient for local hospitals with limited imaging capabilities. Other studies that used clinical and demographical data failed to achieve adequate results. Consequently, this study aims to preemptively predict AD in Saudi Arabia by employing machine learning (ML) techniques. The dataset was acquired from King Fahad Specialist Hospital (KFSH) in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, containing standard clinical tests for 152 patients. Four ML algorithms, namely, support vector machine (SVM), k-nearest neighbors (k-NN), Adaptive Boosting (AdaBoost), and eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost), were employed to preemptively diagnose the disease. The empirical results demonstrated the robustness of SVM in the pre-emptive diagnosis of AD with accuracy, precision, recall, and area under the receiver operating characteristics (AUROC) of 95.56%, 94.70%, 97.78%, and 0.97, respectively, with 13 features after applying the sequential forward feature selection technique. Sentiment analysis is a method to identify people's attitudes, sentiments, and emotions towards a given goal, such as people, activities, organizations, services, subjects, and products. Emotion detection is a subset of sentiment analysis as it predicts the unique emotion rather than just stating positive, negative, or neutral. In recent times, many researchers have already worked on speech and facial expressions for emotion recognition. However, emotion detection in text is a tedious task as cues are missing, unlike in speech, such as tonal stress, facial expression, pitch, etc. To identify emotions from text, several methods have been proposed in the past using natural language processing (NLP) techniques: the keyword approach, the lexicon-based approach, and the machine learning approach. However, there were some limitations with keyword- and lexicon-based approaches as they focus on semantic relations. In this article, we have proposed a hybrid (machine learning + deep learning) model to identify emotions in text. Emerging machine learning algorithms, with their excellent computational performance, provide new ideas and new means to solve practical problems in various fields. Therefore, this paper proposes a method for assessing the safety state of historic buildings based on machine learning techniques. Firstly, based on the analysis of the characteristics of historical buildings and common security problems, the application of wireless sensor networks to the security monitoring of historical buildings is proposed in order to improve the automation of monitoring. Then, in order to improve the accuracy of the assessment, a combination of kernel canonical correlation analysis (KCCA) and support vector machine (SVM) is used to establish the security monitoring model. The experimental results show that by choosing a suitable KCCA function, the redundant features of the data can be reduced while the comprehensiveness of the building structure identification features can be retained, thus effectively improving the prediction accuracy of the SVM. In this paper, a CNN model for color element data analysis of the urban spatial environment is constructed through an in-depth study of color element data analysis. This paper investigates a high-order structure formed by a few nodes; it proposes a motif-based graph autoencoder MODEL, combining redefined first- and second-order similarities and perfectly integrating motif structure and autoencoder. The algorithm first proposes an efficient graph transformation method to add the influence of central nodes. It then offers a primary awareness mechanism to aggregate the information of noncentral neighbors. Cen GCN_D and Cen GCN_E outperform the latest algorithms in node classification, link prediction, node clustering, and network visualization. As the number of network layers increases, the advantages of these two variants become progressively more prominent. This paper uses a support vector machine to implement classification validation based on CNN. The experimental results show that when 450 images are randomly selected as training data, the classification accuracy obtained by using the features of different CNN output layers is distributed between 91.4% and 95.2%. When the training set of the experiment reaches more than 300, the accuracy can exceed 90%, and the experimental results corresponding to different training sets a more stable trend. Finally, the trained classifier model is obtained in this thesis, which achieves the purpose of fast classification prediction based on CNN for color element data analysis of urban spatial environments. Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has created an unprecedented devastation and the loss of millions of lives globally. Contagious nature and fatalities invariably pose challenges to physicians and healthcare support systems. Clinical diagnostic evaluation using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and other approaches are currently in use. The Chest X-ray (CXR) and CT images were effectively utilized in screening purposes that could provide relevant data on localized regions affected by the infection. A step towards automated screening and diagnosis using CXR and CT could be of considerable importance in these turbulent times. The main objective is to probe a simple threshold-based segmentation approach to identify possible infection regions in CXR images and investigate intensity-based, wavelet transform (WT)-based, and Laws based texture features with statistical measures. Further feature selection strategy using Random Forest (RF) then selected features used to create Machine Learning (ML) representation with Support Vector Machine (SVM) and a Random Forest (RF) to make different COVID-19 from viral pneumonia (VP). The results obtained clearly indicate that the intensity and WT-based features vary in the two pathologies that are better differentiated with the combined features trained using SVM and RF classifiers. Classifier performance measures like an Area Under the Curve (AUC) of 0.97 and by and large classification accuracy of 0.9 using the RF model clearly indicate that the methodology implemented is useful in characterizing COVID-19 and Viral Pneumonia. Environmental information disclosure (EID) is an important embodiment of corporate social responsibility. With the awakening of public awareness of environmental protection and the increasing pressure of environmental preservation, enterprises tend to strategically manipulate environmental information for the pursuit of profit, which will consequently lead to environmental information disclosure falsification (EIDF) and disruption of both the market regulatory order and the development of green economy. In this article, support vector machine (SVM) technique is applied to construct the detection model of corporate EIDF. Based on the theory of "public pressure," the detection indicators will be improved from three aspects: public pressure, corporate governance, and financial indicators. The training set and test set are constructed by combining the manually collected cases of environmental administrative penalties from 2015 to 2019 with the indicator information of nonfinancial listed enterprises in China's A-share market, and the SVM detection performance is compared with the logistic regression of the benchmark model. To solve the problem of category imbalance, we have introduced the Borderline-SMOTE oversampling technique. Based on the detection results of SVM and Borderline-SMOTE, we find that the Borderline-SMOTE-SVM model has the best detection performance, surpassing the SVM and logistic regression models. These conclusions have constructive policy implications for regulatory agencies, investors, the third-party service sector, enterprises, and government policy-making to achieve high-quality corporate EID. One of the key roles of Botanists is to be able to recognize flowers. This role has become highly challenging given that the number of discovered flower types are nearing half a million. To support Botanists, Information Technology offers promising solutions. Specifically, machine learning techniques are intrinsically appealing due to being precise enough as required. To this aim, two observations on flower leaves are relevant and leverage flower identification: one, flower plants exhibit unique features in their leaves thus allow distinction of their co-located flowers; two, leaves have a much longer life than flowers thus preserve identity properties longer. This paper proposes the use of machine learning-based identification of rose types by leveraging the features from their leaves. For this purpose, the performance of Naive Bayes, Generalized Linear Model, Multilayer Perceptron, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Gradient Boosted Trees, and Support Vector Machine has been analyzed. This study optimizes the RF model by investigating and tuning its various parameters such as the number of trees, the depth of trees, and splitting criteria. The best results are achieved with gain ratio because it takes more distinct values to avoid the problems associated with Information Gain. Optimizing the number of trees and the depth of trees of RF yield better accuracy than other models. Extensive experiments are performed to analyze the results of ensemble algorithms by using the voting method for each instance. Corn has great importance in terms of production in the field of agriculture and animal feed. Obtaining pure corn seeds in corn production is quite significant for seed quality. For this reason, the distinction of corn seeds that have numerous varieties plays an essential role in marketing. This study was conducted with 14,469 images of BT6470, Calipso, Es_Armandi, and Hiva types of corn licensed by BIOTEK. The classification of images was carried out in three stages. At the first stage, deep feature extraction of the four types of corn images was performed with the pretrained CNN model SqueezeNet 1000 deep features were obtained for each image. In the second stage, in order to reduce these features obtained from deep feature extraction with SqueezeNet, separate feature selection processes were performed with the Bat Optimization (BA), Whale Optimization (WOA), and Gray Wolf Optimization (GWO) algorithms among optimization algorithms. Finally, in the last stage, the features obtained from the first and second stages were classified by using the machine learning methods Decision Tree (DT), Naive Bayes (NB), multi-class Support Vector Machine (mSVM), k-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), and Neural Network (NN). In the classification processes of the features obtained in the first stage, the mSVM model has achieved the highest classification success with 89.40%. In the second stage, as a result of the classifications performed through the active features selected by using three types of feature selection algorithms (BA, WOA, GWO), the classification success obtained with the mSVM model was 88.82%, 88.72%, and 88.95%, respectively. The classification accuracies of the tested methods and the classification accuracies obtained in the first stage are close to each other in terms of classification success. However, with the algorithms used in feature selection, successful classification processes have been carried out with fewer features and in a shorter time. The results of the study, in which classification was carried out in the inexpensive, the objective, and the shorter time of processing for the corn types, present a different perspective in terms of classification performance. The clinical scores are applied to determine the stage of cognitive function in patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). However, accurate clinical scores are hard to come by. This paper proposed an integrated prediction framework with GPLWLSV to predict clinical scores of cognitive functions in ESRD patients. GPLWLSV incorporated three parts, graph theoretic algorithm (GTA) and principal component analysis (PCA), whale optimization algorithm with Levy flight (LWOA), and least squares support vector regression machine (LSSVRM). GTA was adopted to extract features from the brain functional networks in ESRD patients, while PCA was used to select features. LSSVRM was built to explore the relationship between the selected features and the clinical scores of ESRD patients. Whale optimization algorithm (WOA) was introduced to select better parameters of the kernel function in LSSVRM; it aims to improve the exploration competence of LSSVRM. Levy flight was used to optimize the ability to jump out of local optima in WOA and improve the convergence of coefficient vectors in WOA, which lead to an increase in the generalization ability and convergence speed of WOA. The results validated that the prediction accuracy of GPLWLSV was higher than that of several comparable frameworks, such as GPSV, GPLSV, and GPWLSV. In particular, the average of root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) between the predicted scores and the actual scores of ESRD patients was 2.40, 2.06, and 9.83%, respectively. The proposed framework not only can predict the clinical scores more accurately but also can capture imaging markers associated with decline of cognitive function. When a brain-computer interface (BCI) is designed, high classification accuracy is difficult to obtain for motor imagery (MI) electroencephalogram (EEG) signals in view of their relatively low signal-to-noise ratio. In this paper, a fused multidimensional classification method based on extreme tree feature selection (FMCM-ETFS) is proposed for discerning motor imagery EEG tasks. First, the EEG signal was filtered by a Butterworth filter for preprocessing. Second, C3, C4, and CZ channels were selected to extract time-frequency domain and spatial domain features using autoregressive (AR), common spatial pattern (CSP), and discrete wavelet transform (DWT). The extracted features were fused for a further feature elimination. Then, the features were selected using three feature selection methods: recursive feature elimination (RFE), principal component analysis method (PCA), and extreme trees (ET). The selected feature vectors were classified using support vector machines (SVM). Finally, a total of twelve subjects' EEG data from Inner Mongolia University of Technology (IMUT data), the 2nd BCI competition in 2003, and the 4th BCI competition in 2008 were employed to show the effectiveness of this proposed FMCM-ETFS method. The results show that the classification accuracy using the multidimensional fused feature extraction (AR + CSP + DWT) is 3%–20% higher than those using the aforementioned three single feature extractions (AR, CSP, and DWT). Extreme trees (ET), which is a sort of tree-based model method, outperforms RFE and PCA by 1%–9% in term of classification accuracies, when these three methods were applied to the procedure of feature extraction, respectively. With the rapid development of Internet loans and the demand for Internet loans, Internet-based loan default prediction is particularly important. P2P online lending is based on Internet technology. With the popularization of personal PCs and mobile terminals, the borrower's financing cost has been reduced to a large extent, and the efficiency of the borrower's capital utilization has also been improved to a considerable level. Making full use of the existing data of the online lending platform, integrating third-party data, and predicting the default behavior of users are the major directions of future development. This paper mainly studies the network loan default prediction model based on DPNN. This paper first analyzes the problems and risks of the P2P online lending platform, then introduces the principle and characteristics of BPNN in detail, and determines the credit risk rating process for online lending based on BPNN. With the help of data analysis and processing software, after cleaning and variable selection of credit customer data provided by lending clubs, a set of corresponding online lending default risk assessment models are established through BPNN. This paper simulates the network loan default assessment model of the BPNN model and compares it with the support vector machine and regression model. The experimental results show that the highest accuracy rate of the BPNN model is 98.01% and the highest recall rate is 99.82%, which is better than the other two models; the AUC value of BPNN is 0.79, which is significantly higher than that of support vector machine and regression model. The above results show that the online loan default prediction model based on DPNN has high application value in practice. Predicting the probability of customer default risk in advance will help reduce the risk of P2P companies and lenders, improve the competitiveness of P2P lending institutions, and promote the development of domestic P2P platforms to be more stable. In recent years, China has focused on the development of sports and adopted modern, scientific, and standardized management of referees. Global sports events are becoming increasingly fierce. One of the main links is to manage the referee group and ensure the fairness and impartiality of sports competitions. In sports competition, referees implement sports rules, so the quality of referees directly determines whether sports events are fair and just. Cheerleading operation was introduced into China as a new sports event and spread rapidly in major universities and primary and secondary schools. With the increase of the number of cheerleading athletes, the number of referees also continues to increase. Referees' information management has become the main problem. Therefore, this paper uses data mining technology to design and develop cheerleading referee information management system, uses the system to manage the basic information of cheerleading referees, and analyzes the sanction ability and strength of cheerleading referees. This paper first introduces the basic concept and operational process of data mining algorithm, and C4.5 decision tree algorithm, and support vector machine algorithm. Based on this algorithm, a cheerleading referee information management system is established. Then, we analyze the system structure and demand analysis and design the main structure of the system. Finally, the number of cheerleading referees is analyzed. The highest proportion of referees is 29.5%, the number of referees is 3 to 5 times, and the highest proportion of referees with more than 10 times per year is 59.24%. A genetic disorder is a serious disease that affects a large number of individuals around the world. There are various types of genetic illnesses, however, we focus on mitochondrial and multifactorial genetic disorders for prediction. Genetic illness is caused by a number of factors, including a defective maternal or paternal gene, excessive abortions, a lack of blood cells, and low white blood cell count. For premature or teenage life development, early detection of genetic diseases is crucial. Although it is difficult to forecast genetic disorders ahead of time, this prediction is very critical since a person's life progress depends on it. Machine learning algorithms are used to diagnose genetic disorders with high accuracy utilizing datasets collected and constructed from a large number of patient medical reports. A lot of studies have been conducted recently employing genome sequencing for illness detection, but fewer studies have been presented using patient medical history. The accuracy of existing studies that use a patient's history is restricted. The internet of medical things (IoMT) based proposed model for genetic disease prediction in this article uses two separate machine learning algorithms: support vector machine (SVM) and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). Experimental results show that SVM has outperformed the KNN and existing prediction methods in terms of accuracy. SVM achieved an accuracy of 94.99% and 86.6% for training and testing, respectively. Several problems remain, despite the evident advantages of sentiment analysis of public opinion represented on Twitter and Facebook. On complicated training data, hybrid approaches may reduce sentiment mistakes. This research assesses the dependability of numerous hybrid approaches on a variety of datasets. Across domains and datasets, we compare hybrid models to singles. Text tweets and reviews are included in our deep sentiment analysis learning systems. The support vector machine (SVM), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and ghost model convolution neural network (CNN) are combined to get the hybrid model. The dependability and computation time of each approach were evaluated. On all datasets, hybrid models outperform single models when deep learning and SVM are combined. The traditional models were less trustworthy, and deep learning algorithms have recently shown their enormous promise in sentiment analysis. Linear transformations are used in feature maps to eliminate duplicate or related features. The ghost unit makes ghost features by taking away attributes that are both similar and duplicated from each intrinsic feature. LSTM produces higher results but takes longer to process, while CNN needs less hyperparameter adjusting and monitoring. The effectiveness of the integrated model varies depending on the work, and all performed better than the others. For hybrid deep sentiment analysis learning models, LSTM networks, CNNs, and SVMs are needed. Hybrid models are used to compare SVM, LSTM, and CNN, and we tested each method's accuracy and errors. Deep learning-SVM hybrid models improve sentiment analysis accuracy. Coronary heart disease has an intense impact on human life. Medical history-based diagnosis of heart disease has been practiced but deemed unreliable. Machine learning algorithms are more reliable and efficient in classifying, e.g., with or without cardiac disease. Heart disease detection must be precise and accurate to prevent human loss. However, previous research studies have several shortcomings, for example,take enough time to compute while other techniques are quick but not accurate. This research study is conducted to address the existing problem and to construct an accurate machine learning model for predicting heart disease. Our model is evaluated based on five feature selection algorithms and performance assessment matrix such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, MCC, and time complexity parameters. The proposed work has been tested on all of the dataset'sfeatures as well as a subset of them. The reduction of features has an impact on theperformance of classifiers in terms of the evaluation matrix and execution time. Experimental results of the support vector machine, K-nearest neighbor, and logistic regression are 97.5%,95 %, and 93% (accuracy) with reduced computation timesof 4.4, 7.3, and 8seconds respectively. Diabetes mellitus (DM), commonly known as diabetes, is a collection of metabolic illnesses characterized by persistently high blood sugar levels. The signs of elevated blood sugar include increased hunger, frequent urination, and increased thirst. If DM is not treated properly, it may lead to several complications. Diabetes is caused by either insufficient insulin production by the pancreas or an insufficient insulin response by the body's cells. Every year, 1.6 million individuals die from this disease. The objective of this research work is to use relevant features to construct a blended ensemble learning (EL)-based forecasting system and find the optimal classifier for comparing clinical outputs. The EL based on Bayesian networks and radial basis functions has been proposed in this article. The performances of five machine learning (ML) techniques, namely, logistic regression (LR), decision tree (DT) classifier, support vector machine (SVM), K-nearest neighbors (KNN), and random forest (RF), are compared with the proposed EL technique. Experiments reveal that the EL method performs better than the existing ML approaches in predicting diabetic illness, with the remarkable accuracy of 97.11%.
