Guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT) forms the cornerstone of HFrEF therapy and currently consists of four drug classes: renin-angiotensin system inhibitors (RASi), beta-blockers (BB), mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists (MRA), and sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitors (SGLT2i).
