Osteoporosis（ OP） is an orthopedic disease characterized by decreased bone mass, decreased bone mineral density, damaged bone microstructure, and multiple fractures. At present, western medicine is the main treatment for OP, but the curative effect is not ideal. Therefore, it is necessary to find a drug treatment scheme to cure OP. With the development of traditional medicine research on OP, we find that icariin can promote bone formation, improve bone metabolism balance, and increase bone mineral density through MAPK signaling pathway, thus playing an anti-OP role. Therefore, we combine icariin and MAPK signaling pathway to promote osteoblast proliferation and differentiation, to inhibit osteoclast differentiation, and to promote osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. The research progress of icariin mediated MAPK signaling pathway in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis is reviewed in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of OP in the future. Objective To analyze the prognosis and related factors of hip replacement in elderly patients with osteoporosis, and to provide evidence for improving the prognosis of elderly patients with osteoporosis. Methods According to the prognosis, 154 cases of elderly patients with osteoporosis who underwent hip replacement from January 2015 to December 2017 were divided into observation group (poor prognosis) and control group (good prognosis). The related data of the two groups were compared retrospectively, and the factors affecting the prognosis were analyzed using logistic multivariate regression. Results The prognosis was good in 121 cases at 6 months after operation with a good prognosis rate of 78.57%. The proportion of BMI of 27 - 35kg/m2, rehabilitation intervention time (7 d),and postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group , postoperative use of oral vitamin D were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The bone mineral density and serum levels of PTH and BLAP in the observation group were (-3.04±0.36), (30.65±3.98) μg/mL, and（42.13±5.27）μg/L, respectively. The above values were (-2.73±0.20), (25.76±3.32) μg/mL, and（34.95±4.32）μg/L, respectively, in the control group (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that high BMI and low bone mineral density were independent risk factors for poor prognosis after hip replacement, and rehabilitation intervention time was a protective factor. Conclusion There are many influencing factors for the prognosis of hip replacement in elderly patients with osteoporosis. The independent risk factors include high BMI and low bone mineral density. Objective This study analyzes anatomical parameters of the hip in healthy people in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, in order to provide evidence for the design and placement of the hip prosthesis. Methods One hundred people were selected from 327 healthy people who were performed CT scans in our hospital, including 48 females and 52 males. The images were imported into Mimics 15. 0 to perform 3D reconstruction and to analyze the parameters impacted to the hip arthroplasty. The data were compared with other results from national and international studies. Conclusion There are differences of hip joint parameters between healthy people in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and other areas.
