Topics discussed include the post-life policies of social networking websites such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram; its comparison with traditional trusts and estates law; and the Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act (RUFADAA) and the Privacy Expectation Afterlife Choices Act (PEAC) in the U.S.
