An interview with artists Janet Cardiff and George Bures Miller is presented. When asked how they started working together, Miller replies that the elements of sound had brought them together because Cardiff focused more on visual art and the incorporation of sound along with the visual aid produced great art. Cardiff and Miller's first collaboration was "The Dark Pool" in 1995.
