The article reports on the proposals that will be introduced by Japanese Prime Minister Kakuei Tanaka which intend to lessen foreign currency reserves and trade surplus. It says that businessmen conceive that the Tanaka package can forbid a further yen revaluation. It adds that the trade surplus of the country continues to rise in which totaled to 4.8 billion dollars.
