Abstract

Ace Hardware Corp. announced that it would shift its emphasis to the $25 billion- $40 billion do-it-yourself market in its semiannual conference in Oct. 1994. The buying group announced that it would remove members who do not measure up to its sales goal of generating $5 billion by the year 2000. The firm also announced a four-point marketing program for its members.
