The article offers information on the long-term impact of Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) in children either in combination therapy or over decades of continuous exposure is limited, especially their impact on growth; and mentions that TKIs have led to a paradigm shift in the treatment of children and adolescents with chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) and Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.
