The article focuses on examining the use of intraoperative tranexamic acid in oncoplastic breast surgery. It mentions that postoperative hematoma formation occurs in mastectomies and represents a significant complication of breast surgery and also investigate the impact of intraoperative intravenous tranexamic acid on hematoma rate in mastectomy and rates of explantation in implant‐based reconstruction.
