Tongue cancers (TC), a subgroup of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, have a poor prognosis. The most common site of metastasis is pulmonary metastasis, bone, liver, skin, mediastinum and bone marrow. However, renal metastasis of TC has never been reported but tongue metastasis of renal cell carcinoma has been reported. Our case report is the first renal metastasis report of TC described in the literature. In addition, another feature of our case is that he had TC at a young age.
