Abstract

The authors of the above referenced research paper apologize for providing some incorrect equations in Appendix A.1, for neglecting a parameter value in the first table of the appendix, and for neglecting the initial condition of a substance in the second table of the same appendix. The correct equations are reported below, as well as the two complete tables. Also, to help the reader, the necessary files (SBML andMatlab) to reproduce the results can be found in the followingweb site: http://sourceforge. net/projects/bianconi2012egf. The model has been submitted to the BioModel Database (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/biomodels-main/) and it is under curation pipeline. The unique identifier is MODEL1209230000.
