This article presents several business customs. In Brazil, an OK-sign would mean allowing someone to screw himself. In Saudi Arabia, speaking up and engaging in debate is acceptable since it indicates how one argue his point. In Japan, shaking hands too firmly is interpreted as an attempt to intimidate. In Turkey, tossing the head back and forth and raising eyebrow means asking for further explanation. In Sweden, singling out an individual causes an embarrassment. And in Malaysia, presenting a business card must be done with the right hand, since the left hand is considered unclean.
