This study aims to analyze the impact of work supervision on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Riau Provincial DPRD Secretariat. Work discipline is considered crucial in employment relationships as it reflects adherence to rules and the sanctions for violations. Effective work supervision is expected to enhance employee performance. This research uses a quantitative method with analysis conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that work supervision has a significantly positive influence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Riau Provincial DPRD Secretariat, with an impact of 61.6%. Conversely, the work discipline of the State Civil Apparatus at the Riau Provincial DPRD Secretariat is relatively low at 35.7%. Therefore, it is recommended that the Riau Provincial DPRD Secretariat increases the strictness towards employees with low work discipline by imposing penalties corresponding to the level of violations committed.
