The article presents views on the paper published on the Interest Liberalization and the Estimation of Implicit Interest Rates in China's Banking Sector and mentions results presents the actual effect of liberalization on banks' behavior and liberalization makes competition more transparent. He also suggests improvements in the paper including evaluation for the year 2013 rather than the year 2012 and interest payments results.
