The influence of lignocellulosic residues wheat straw(WS), sugarcane bagasse (SB), corn cob(CC) and pruning residues of parkland and gardens grass(PG) used as substrates in the production of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated under laboratory conditions based on biological efficiency (BE) and yield(Y). In the first phase of mycelial growth was performed (PDA support medium) and inoculum production (wheat grains) of the strain of the fungus P. ostreatus. In the second phase were inoculated substrates contained in plastic bags and a humidity of 70%, we used a completely randomized design(CRD) formed with four treatments and five replications. Treatments were incubated in dark at 28 ° C. The results showed that the substrate formed by sugar cane bagasse (SB) scored the highest percentages of BE and Y with 16.77% and 0.90% respectively. It was concluded that the treatments influencing the production of P. ostreatus by its content of cellulose and lignin. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
