Electrodynamic properties of two-layer two infinite metallic parallel plates are studied. Explicit expressions for the impedance and wake potential are obtained. Their properties are studied. It is shown that at low conductivity of the inner layer, the frequency distribution of particle radiation in such a structure has a narrow-band resonance nature and concentrated in a vicinity of the resonant frequency determined by the geometrical parameters of the structure. Hydrogen, oxygen and water have huge impact on gas sensing mechanisms in the environment. This research related to the H and H2O adsorption on the SnO2 - (110), (100), (101), (001) surfaces under different O2 conditions. A lot of experimental and theoretical study was done previously to explain SnO2 gas sensors behavior in the environment, but atomic size processes remain unclear. Density functional theory is usedto investigate adsorption on all possible surfaces and reconstructions in the different O2 conditions. Environment conditions were simulated using atomistic thermodynamics. The particles energy modulation and the micro-bunching of relativistic electron bunch after bunch interaction with single-mode structure have been studied. It is shown that the bunch particles of non-Gaussian longitudinal shape, interacting with in-structure generated wake fields, cause the energy modulation at the frequency of excited mode. The analyses of the signal using the power spectrum and autocorrelation function are insufficient. We do not have complete information about such signals, because of the loss of the phase information in the power spectrum and autocorrelation function. In that case, it is very important using higher order statistics (HOS). We are using higher order statistics to differ moving object from noise. A new strategy of reaching efficient matched conditions at the maximum speed in RF power delivery systems for plasma processes is proposed and analyzed. Presented method incorporates unique properties of high speed, automatic discrete matching networks, allowing creation of shortest trajectories and bypassing inhibited states of network parameters. Microwave L-band Doppler radar has been developed for pulmonic and cardiac activities investigation. Model of reflected signal spectra has been proposed, which is in qualitative agreement with both pulmonic and cardiac spectra.
