Carcinosarcoma is an uncommon histological type in canine in mammary gland and has a bad outcome. However, the morphology of this tumor is extremely variable. This paper aims to report two cases of carcinosarcomas with perivascular spindle cells reaction of myoepithelial origin in mammary gland of female dog. Thus, morphologic and immunohistochemical analysis were performed. The immunohistochemical analysis revealed nuclear and cytoplasmic positive expression for p63 and vimentin, respectively, in spindle cells concentric proliferating in around vessels. The aim of this study was to provide a detailed clinical, anatomic and histopathologic description and the possible causes of death of thirty-seven female dogs with inflammatory mammary carcinoma (IMC). The appearance of IMC had an acute course with a very low survival and the high-grade anaplastic was the most common subtypes. The necropsy also revealed that this tumor might be associated with hemostatic abnormalities.
