Overall lockdown limitations toward the start of the year 2020 are credited to the annihilation and fatalities worldwide because of COVID-19. Most of the nations revealed rapid growth of COVID-19 cases and subsequently declared lockdown in several stages. Because of these lockdowns, industries had to stop producing goods other than the actual merchandise needed to survive. The air quality and natural water quality witnessed a noticeable improvement from limited human activity. This paper presents an investigation demonstrating this improvement under various lockdown periods, specifically for the Indian subcontinent. The rivers and atmosphere of Indian settings have been utilized here as a contextual analysis associated with industrial pollution. This work aims to study the associations and interrelationships between lockdowns during COVID-19 and their effect on air and water quality. Multi-stage hydraulic fracturing in horizontal wells has been proven an effective stimulation method to enhance well performances from extremely low permeable reservoirs by creating a complex fracture network. The concept of stimulated reservoir volume (SRV) was introduced to quantify the complex fracture network. Knowledge of the SRV is important for the evaluation of the hydraulic fracturing performance and the estimation of hydrocarbon recovery. However, it is still a challenging topic to model the evolution of the SRV and estimate its properties because of the presence of fluid–solid complex interactions during the fracturing process. Most current SRV estimation methods are complex and computationally expensive. The paper applied a simple modified dilation-recompaction model to simulate the evolution of the effective SRV without representing the fracture geometry explicitly. By history matching production data of a multi-stage fractured horizontal well in Chang 8 formation of the YanChang oilfield, China, the calibrated dilation-recompaction model can successfully characterize the evolution of the generated SRV and estimate the rock properties of the fractured zones. The simulation results show that the total effective stimulated reservoir volumes amount to 88,375 m3. The shape of a fracture zone is nearly elliptical about 54 m wide and 20 m high surrounding a well perforation. The permeability of the zone reaches as high as 28 mD, centering around the wellbore and decreasing gradually outward. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this paper, two methods of mapping and assessment of the intrinsic vulnerability in porous media were applied to an urban case study relevant to illustrate the specificities and difficulties of African megacities concerning the management of the quality of the drinking water supply from groundwater. GOD and DRASTIC models have been used to map the shallow Mio-Plio-Quaternary aquifer vulnerability to pollution in the Tongo-Bassa watershed (Douala, Cameroon). Using GOD model, the results showed only one vulnerability class, the moderate one, extending all over the basin whatever the season. According to DRASTIC model, 25% (15%) of the basin has a moderate class of groundwater vulnerability to contamination, 5% (9%) has a very high vulnerability and 70% (76%) exhibit high vulnerability to contamination in dry (humid) season. There is an increase in high vulnerability zones in the rainy season, while in dry season, moderate vulnerable zones are observed. Vulnerability classes and a selection of chemical elements indicating human pollution are compared. Groundwater with high electrical conductivity corresponds mainly to high vulnerable class, while NO3− distribution does not coincide with the intrinsic vulnerability mapping. This raises the concept of pollution legacy as current nitrate load in some megacities is related to the history of urban development and human practices and not to present time conditions. The paper ends with clear recommendations to align land uses, landscape and groundwater protection in order to improve the quality of the drinking water supply for urban populations. This paper presents new methods to evaluate the conditioned soil clogging potential taking into account the slump value and consistency index of the conditioned soil with pure water. In this regard, the results of some field tests performed in two metro tunnels constructed by EPB TBMs are discussed. Major geotechnical data and soil conditioning parameters discussed in this paper include Atterberg limits, natural soil consistency index, water content, liquid injection ratio (LIR), and excavated soil workability (e.g., slump test values). In this regard, using statistical analysis, two practical formulas are developed for the evaluation of the consistency index of the conditioned soil and the slump value with the coefficients of determination of 81 and 71%, respectively. A discussion is also conducted on the clogging potential evaluation, and an improved clogging potential evaluation chart is presented with slump value iso-lines. With this, it is possible to define the required water injection and slump value for the consistency index of 0.4–0.5, which refers to low clogging potential. Based on the results, the sole information of slump is not sufficient to judge the consistency index. The paper analyzed the spatial-temporal variability of rainfall and detection of potential trend change point over Kosi River basin, Kumaon Lesser Himalaya, India, using long-term gridded data and historical metrological records in hilly river basin of Uttarakhand. The Mann-Kendall (MK) test was used to determine the spatio-temporal trend using IMD (0.25° × 0.25°) gridded rainfall data during 1901–2015. The Theil-Sen slope was used to determine the magnitude of change in rainfall during the study period. Additionally, the sequential Mann-Kendal (SQ-MK) test and Pettitt's test has been used to find the abrupt change point in historical time series (1980–2019). Results of the study show that northeastern and southwestern parts of the Kosi River basin exhibit a statistically significant decreasing trend in both June and July months at 5% significance level. Northeastern and southwestern parts of the basin exhibit a statistically significant decreasing trend for monthly and annual rainfall. The range of Sen's slope values varies from −0.6 to −6.6 mm/year. Based on the analysis of SQ-MK and Pettitt's test, the change points for Almora, Mukteshwar, and Hawalbagh were 1991, 2004, and 1998 respectively. The frequent occurrence of drought disasters is an important factor restricting regional agricultural and economic development. The existing literature has conducted extensive research on drought risk, drought vulnerability, and drought losses, while less research has been done on the evaluation of drought resistance. This paper establishes the evaluation index system of drought disaster defense ability from five aspects: monitoring and early warning ability, disaster information communication ability, engineering defense ability, economic defense ability, and social defense ability. For the subjective evaluation model that relies too much on expert experience and the objective weighting method that cannot overcome the limitations of random errors of samples, this study builds an evaluation model for regional drought defense capability based on the combined weighting-gray cloud method. In addition, a barrier model was used to identify key factors affecting the resilience of regional agriculture to drought. This study uses Henan Province in China as an example to verify the validity of the model. The results show that the drought disaster defense capability evaluation system established in this paper can better reflect the regional agricultural drought defense capability, and that the evaluation process is objective and scientific. The obstacle analysis shows that the cultivated land area and per capita gross domestic product (GDP) are the most important obstacle factors, of which the average obstacle degree of cultivated land area is 7.428% and the average obstacle degree of per capita GDP is 7.239%. The research results can provide scientific reference for the prevention and control of agricultural drought in local government departments. The key aim of this review was to consolidate the latest information on the regularly used and newly developed hydrological models that may be supportive in choosing the best-suited model for specific research applications in hydrological studies. The paper briefly discusses various models available for the simulation of specific processes in the hydrological cycle. The models presented in this paper are classified based on distributed, semi-distributed, stochastic, and process-based deterministic approaches. These models are employed for research applications in sedimentation analysis, sub-surface modeling, hydraulic routing, and hydrological prediction. Criteria used for assessing models are hydrological components that the model can simulate, the leading equations used to simulate the hydrologic components, requirements of the minimum data necessary to run the model, and the spatiotemporal scale of the model. The large diameter belled pile has the advantages of large stiffness of the pile body, high bearing capacity, and strong seismic capacity compared with the conventional straight pile. The concern of its vertical bearing capacity is widespread, since large diameter belled piles are extensively applied in construction engineering. In the past, the bearing capacity of large diameter belled piles was usually obtained by field load test, but it was too expensive and time-consuming. Therefore, in this paper, a formula was derived on the basis of π theorem to evaluate the ultimate bearing capacity of the large diameter belled pile, which is composed of the tip bearing capacity formula and the side bearing capacity formula. Firstly, the factors that affect the tip resistance of large diameter belled pile are determined by field load test. Secondly, based on the π theorem and considering the influencing factors of bearing capacity, the formula of pile tip bearing capacity is obtained. In addition, the bearing capacity of pile side is obtained by the method recommended by the standard code. Finally, efficiency of the proposed formula was demonstrated by calculated data and comparison with test data. It can be seen that the tip resistance obtained from the test is in good agreement with the tip resistance calculated by the formula, with a mean error of 3.66%. The total formula is obtained by combining the bearing capacity of pile tip and pile side, and verified against the test data with a mean error of 2.78%. The results show that the bearing capacity formula of large diameter belled piles proposed in this paper can accurately predict the bearing capacity in a short span of time. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper used a new type of ecological slope protection method—anchor reinforced vegetation system (ARVS) for shallow protection of the expansive soil slope. We established a test slope with different protection measures in the suburbs of Nanning; the artificial simulated rainfall tests and comprehensive in situ monitoring were carried out on the slope. The protective effect and mechanism of ARVS on expansive soil slopes under the action of rainfall were systematically studied. The results showed that the soil temperature in the ARVS area at a depth of 1.0 m was 1.77 ℃ lower than which in the bare area. ARVS showed superior soil and water conservation performance; when the rainfall intensity was 100 mm/h, the runoff and erosion in the ARVS area were reduced by 36.3% and 84.5% compared with the bare area, respectively. Under the protection of ARVS, the rangeability of soil volumetric water content was significantly reduced, effectively avoiding uneven cracking caused by water content gradients, and weakening the disadvantages of the violent drying-wetting cycle caused by rainfall-evaporation. Compared with the bare area, the vertical and horizontal deformations of the soil in the ARVS area decreased by 56.9% and 70.9% during the monitoring period, respectively. As an important research direction of feature extraction of geoscience data, remote sensing image target detection is widely used in land resource survey, environmental monitoring, disaster prediction, and many other fields. In view of the lack of semantic information in remote sensing image targets, the dense distribution of detection targets and the complex background are prone to imbalance between positive and negative samples resulting in low accuracy. This paper proposes an improved method based on the combination of self-attention mechanism and feature pyramid network (FPN). Feature up-sampling at the end of the Darknet-53 network of YOLOv3 is carried out twice, and an attention mechanism to each feature up-sampling is added to enhance the semantic information of the output layer and suppress other useless information. Then, feature pyramid network is used for multi-layer feature fusion to increase the weight of positive samples, improve the extraction ability of deep features, and alleviate the imbalance between positive and negative samples. Experiment with different target category is conducted on UCAS-AOD dataset and DOTA dataset. First, data enhancement is performed by performing operations such as color gamut transformation, image rotation, and image resizing and then tested on single, two, and four types of datasets. The results show that the improved network on a single type of dataset reduces mAP (mean average precision) by 4.38%, while the mAP is increased by 5.11% and 1.25% on the two types of datasets and the four types of datasets, respectively. As a kind of special weak interlayer, the shear zone has aroused attention and a deep understanding of the influence on engineering construction. Shear zones of Guxian hydro-junction have some typical characters, such as long geological history, complex rock mass multiplex structure, and large-scale spread. From the perspectives of the lithologic combination, material foundation, and sedimentary structure, the development and spatial distribution characteristics of the shear zone are analyzed comprehensively in the dam site. Research results show that there are 12 layers of main shear zones in the rock mass of the dam site, including 2 layers at dam abutment and 10 layers at dam foundation. The distribution probability of each layer varies greatly, and JQD06 has the greatest influence on the stability of the dam foundation. Based on laboratory and in situ tests, this paper analyzed the mineral composition, chemical composition, and shear strength parameters of the shear zone in depth. Drilling engineering, as one of the main means and key links of oil and gas exploration and development, has the characteristics of intensive capital and technology, high investment and high risk. Thus, rational drilling design and optimization of the rate of penetration (ROP) have a very significant impact on the benefits of oil and gas exploration and development. This paper proposes a method for evaluating the accuracy of ROP prediction based on logistic regression model. Based on the existing drilling data and logging data in an oilfield in Xinjiang, these data are processed and statistically analyzed by MATLAB, and the classification prediction model of ROP is trained before drilling. The experimental results show that on the premise of sufficient drilling data and effective processing, compared with support vector regression, the use of logistic regression algorithm to predict ROP has higher accuracy, and its goodness of fit R2 range is within 0.80–0.86, which meets the actual drilling needs; the factors affecting the accuracy of the prediction of the ROP should include the role of lithology, and it has great influence on the selection of the characteristic data corresponding to different lithologies. During the drilling process, the different drilling parameters measured while drilling can be used to modify the real-time drilling rate prediction model. This method is expected to accurately predict the ROP before drilling, make a reasonable drilling plan and optimize the drilling parameters in real time in order to achieve the purpose of reducing drilling costs. This paper presents a comprehensive lithofacies and microfacies analysis of the exposed Cenozoic (Late Paleocene to Early Eocene) Upper Jafnayn Formation in the Jafnayn area, Northern Oman. The study meticulously documents the color, lithology, grain composition, bed thickness, types, and nature of bed contacts and fossil content of the formation. Over 85 fresh rock samples from various lithofacies were collected for this analysis. The samples were treated with blue epoxy, thin-sectioned, and half-stained with potassium ferricyanide and alizarin red to aid in mineralogical identification. To accurately determine microfacies, quantify components, reconstruct origins, and build a depositional model for the Upper Jafnayn Formation, 300 points were counted per thin section using a point-counting method. This analysis identified five distinct facies and 16 microfacies, with ten containing quartz grains and six lacking quartz sand. The microfacies provide insights into the depositional environments of the Upper Jafnayn Formation: four represent backshoal conditions, seven indicate shoal environments, three correspond to foreshoal settings, and two exhibit characteristics overlapping between backshoal and foreshoal environments. The presence of Alveolinid foraminifera, red algae, and occasional coarse coral debris within the cleaner limestone sections further characterizes the formation. The diverse lithofacies and microfacies of the Upper Jafnayn Formation reveal a dynamic interplay between high-energy and low-energy depositional environments, influenced by sea level fluctuations. This comprehensive understanding of the formation's depositional history is crucial for research teams aiming to identify potential hydrocarbon traps and reservoirs in the region. Translational rockslides caused by toe excavation are one of the commonly seen geohazards in mountainous regions due to line traffic construction. Quantifying their failure extension length (FEL) and travel distance is of significant interest as well as huge challenges in landslide hazard assessment. In this paper, a simple criterion is proposed for predicting these two factors based on the principles of rigid body limit equilibrium and kinetic energy theorem. Further, the proposed criterion is validated against the field observations and numerical results with a practical case of the Xinjianan landslide, a medium-sized translational rockslide that occurred in 2013 in Nanchuan District, Chongqing. The findings indicate that a tiny discrepancy can be found in FEL between the field observations and the proposed criteria, while this discrepancy could be considerable in travel distance between different methods. Nowadays new soil stabilization techniques are being sought to reduce the cost of road and highway construction, and therefore increase their lifetime. One of such techniques is the utilization of geosynthetic materials, particularly geotextiles. This paper specifically focuses on the application of non-woven geotextiles. Their selection is underpinned by their commendable mechanical and physical attributes, as well as their substantial potential for reinforcing and bolstering the bearing capacity of subsoils. In the pursuit of this investigation, two distinct soil types were sampled: one from the Missabougou district in Bamako, Mali, and the other from the Sariçam district in Adana, Turkey. Rigorous advanced laboratory tests, including particle size analysis, Atterberg limits, moisture content, specific gravity, compaction test, and California bearing ratio test were conducted. A total of 48 CBR experiments were carried out under unsoaked conditions, both with and without non-woven geotextiles. The geosynthetic materials were strategically placed at various depths within the CBR mold (H/5, 2H/5, 3H/5, 4H/5) in both single and multiple layers, with three compaction efforts applied to each sample. The findings revealed a significant enhancement in soil sample strength, particularly 100% compaction at H/5 for both Missabougou and Sariçam specimens. The CBR values for Missabougou soil were notably elevated from 12 to 76 with the presence of the geotextile. Similarly, the CBR outcome of Sariçam soil exhibited improvement from 45 to 75. The investigational results underscored a robust improvement in CBR values for the analyzed subsoils as a direct consequence of the effect of the reinforcement elements. The present study contributes to the pursuit of cost-effective soil stabilization techniques by highlighting the benefits of non-woven geotextiles. Using these materials strategically improves soil strength, emphasizing their potential application in highway and road construction, thus resulting in a longer lasting and more durable infrastructure. The protection of adjacent buildings is an important part of the safety control of the construction of a deep foundation pit in a subway station, and a reasonable supporting method is the key to safety control. Based on the deep foundation pit project of the Nanning Metro Line 5 station in Guangxi, this paper proposes a method of combined support of the isolation pile and the diaphragm wall for the protection of buildings adjacent to the foundation pit. The three-dimensional finite element method is used to simulate the deformation law of the foundation pit adjacent to the building under the combined support during the entire excavation process, and the deformation characteristics of the isolation pile-diaphragm wall are also analyzed. The results show that compared to the diaphragm wall support method, the combined support method effectively limits the soil settlement. The maximum value of soil settlement behind the diaphragm wall is only 0.044%He (He is the excavation depth), and the position of the maximum settlement has moved to the place which far away from adjacent buildings. The maximum deformation value of the combined support method is 59.1% less than that of the diaphragm wall method, and the additional deformation of the building is controlled within 9 mm. The combined support method of isolation pile and underground diaphragm wall proposed in this paper is applied to practical engineering, and the results of field monitoring agree well with the numerical results. The paper presents a bibliometric analysis of a document corpus on paleopedology retrieved in Web of Science (Clarivate) and Scopus (Elsevier) databases. The analysis reveals five decades trend in this research field development and demonstrated its positive dynamics; it pinpoints counties' most active studying paleosols and detected the most productive authors and their affiliations, as well as papers cited more frequently; shows typical composition of the document corpus and names the periodicals with the highest publication activity; and demonstrated the documents' thematical structure according to branches of knowledge (Scopus), research areas, and subject categories (Web of Science). The corpus of documents on paleopedology was visualized using CiteSpace software, which allows mapping a research field by creating the document co-citation and term co-occurrence networks, revealing research fronts. The results of bibliometric analysis should be useful for specialists in the field of studying paleosols to optimize and coordinate research with leading experts and research centers dealing this scientific area, as well as representatives of grant-giving organizations. Statistics show that more than 70% of China's cities exceed the air quality standard every year. Taking PM2.5 as the characteristic area of air pollution in a certain area, it is becoming the most urgent and important environmental problem in J urban agglomeration. At present, China has built a national ground monitoring network of air pollutants, but the existing monitoring stations are concentrated in urban areas. Suburban and rural areas without monitoring stations need to carry out air quality assessment, pollution prevention, and prediction, so these places have become "blind areas" for research. The factors that affect PM2.5 pollution are very complex, and the regional differences are also very obvious. It is difficult to determine the temporal and spatial distribution of PM2.5 concentration and the change mechanism only by using limited observation data at monitoring stations. The fuzzy multi-attribute of aerosol optical depth (AOD) products produced by satellite remote sensing provides an effective method to understand the distribution of air pollutants, pollutant diffusion, and pollution sources in a region. This paper also adopts the methods of field investigation, interview, and other investigation methods to investigate and analyze the ecological situation, the current situation of regional activities construction, and the existing problems of folk sports culture in China's basin area. With the rapid development of China's economic construction, large-scale infrastructure construction has been carried out in the slope area. However, due to the poor geological environment, concentrated rainfall, and limited land resources in the region, a large number of slope toe excavation and graded slope cutting are carried out in the process of engineering construction. The unreasonable excavation method destroys the original slope shape and affects the stability of the slope, which brings many geological disasters in the loess area. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the influence of rainfall and excavation on the deformation and stability of loess slope. Considering the practical application, this paper also considers the target tracking on FPGA. The target tracking algorithm on FPGA must be reliable, real-time, meet certain tracking accuracy, and have certain operability. The proposed target tracking algorithm combines Harris method and optical flow method. Firstly, Harris method is used to extract some target angle features, and then optical flow method is used to match angle features more accurately for subsequent video frames. When the target is rotated or twisted, the barycenter algorithm is used to calculate the barycenter of the matching features. Combined with the urban development planning of China , this paper analyzes the development pattern's characteristics and agglomeration's differences of the innovation space in Beijing, the capital and technological innovation center of China, by using the latest point of interest (POI) data, and analyzes the factors which are influencing the formation of the innovation space in Beijing. The results show that Beijing innovation space has a serious phenomenon of single polarization. With a large number of knowledge-intensive industries gathering in the central area, the main innovation center relies much on the headquarters of scientific research institutions, university parks, and financial institutions. Polarized areas have been exporting economic activities to surrounding areas in recent years, which leads to diffusion effects and forms the scattered innovation nodes in city periphery. According to the results of global auto-correlation analysis, the agglomeration of Beijing's innovation space is obvious, which shows a trend of gradual decline from the center to the periphery, and the diffusion effect has initially appeared. In this paper, a saliency detection model based on ant colony optimization algorithm is proposed. Firstly, the input image is transformed into an undirected graph with different nodes by multi-scale super-pixel segmentation; secondly, based on the optimal feature selection strategy, the low contrast image contains significant target feature information and discards redundant noise information; then, the spatial contrast strategy is introduced to explore the global significance clues with relatively high contrast in the image. From the perspective of nonparametric model, this paper focuses on nonparametric model and its application research; integrates nonparametric regression model, autoregressive nonparametric model, nonparametric VAR model family, nonparametric panel time series model, and height model estimation methods; and summarizes the application and development prospects in the case of analyzing time series. Based on this, this paper investigates the impact of the evolution of four rainfall runoff relationships on the main roads and residential areas in the middle of C City. By analyzing the 30–40% pollution load of runoff to the main road and residential area, it shows that the initial scouring effect of surface runoff in C City area is obvious. At last, this paper defines the movement recognition standard of aerobics training of students in G Province, and the results of the two groups are improved, and the test results of the experimental group are better than those of the control group, showing obvious causal differences. Eight indexes related to the experiment were analyzed. The average scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group in accuracy, range of motion, speed, body coordination, movement and music coordination, movement tension, and beauty, and there were significant differences between them; the average performance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, but the difference was not significant. The control group performed better than before in all aspects of the evaluation, but there was no significant difference in the eight indicators. In this paper, we will use MATLAB to create a Markov model, determine the input and output membership functions of the study area, and import the data of the study area into the model. The ROC method is used to prove the accuracy of the sensitivity distribution map of mountain landslide disaster and the feasibility of the model in the sensitivity assessment of mountain landslide. It also shows the reliability and applicability of the selected factors. Based on GIS technology, the influencing factors of sensitivity coefficient of landslides in mountainous areas can be extracted. According to the spatial distribution characteristics of landslides, six influencing factors of landslides and their spatial distribution relationships are analyzed: height, slope, geological lithology, terrain curvature, terrain humidity index, and runoff intensity index. Training management combined with aerobic exercise is helpful to improve people's body shape. The effect of "resistance training + aerobic exercise" training method adopted by experimental group 1 on body shape is the most significant. The arm circumference of the male experimental group increased, while that of the female experimental group decreased. Based on the big data, this paper presents the research results of the influence of soil-rock mixture and music network education in mountainous areas and takes the shape coefficient of stone as the variable to carry out the pull-out test of geogrid. In the aspect of numerical simulation, the shape of stone is reconstructed randomly and classified according to the shape coefficient. Four soil-rock mixture models are established with the classified stone, and the pull-out test is simulated. The results show that the pull-out resistance of geogrid decreases with the increase of the shape coefficient of stone. When the stone laid in the model box changes from single layer to double layer, the pull-out resistance of geogrid increases. The pull-out resistance of geogrid in clay is larger than that in sand. Based on this, an empirical formula for predicting the pull-out resistance of geogrids is obtained. More than 2/3 of the pull-out tests show two peaks on the pull-out force curve. The analysis of the second peak shows that the soil-rock mixture with sand as matrix has more integrity than that with clay as matrix. This paper takes MOOC as an example. With the rapid development of the Internet of things, based on the application of the Internet of things, this paper publishes air pollution remote sensing image (API) data in 120 major cities every day to capture the characteristics of air pollution index changes in haze weather. In the past 3 years, from a seasonal point of view, the national air pollution index showed a decreasing trend in spring and a gradually increasing trend in winter. From an annual perspective, the air pollution level in China has become more serious in the past 3 years. The API values of many cities are higher than 200, and show a slow growth trend from the northwest to the central and eastern regions. The EOF method was used to evaluate the characteristics of its temporal and spatial changes. The first and second modes and the time coefficient were used to analyze the results. The results showed that the concentration of particulate matter in J city increased steadily with the time of arrival in winter, and the air pollution became more serious. In order to improve the efficiency of FCM algorithm, this paper analyzes it from the perspective of cluster center calculation, and considers that an important reason for the low efficiency of FCM algorithm is that the cluster center calculation involves all pixels in the image. In view of this point, this paper proposes an image segmentation technology suitable for hierarchical technology, assuming that the center of the cluster is only determined by the pixel strength of the corresponding cluster, and has nothing to do with the pixels belonging to other clusters. Firstly, the medical image is divided into different tissues and organs based on threshold separation technology, and then, the roughly divided image is corrected based on fuzzy grouping algorithm, so as to improve the efficiency of image segmentation algorithm. In this paper, an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on chaos adaptive strategy of support vector regression parameters is proposed. Chaos mapping algorithm and adaptive aggregation decision-making strategy are used to improve the general research results of population superiority, improve the diversity of particles, and avoid the population approaching in advance. Applying better algorithm to particle swarm optimization plays an important role in preventing groundwater pollution and optimizing motion training. As a part of the prevention and control of groundwater pollution, we collected 60 groundwater quality reports and analyzed and introduced them in detail by using the evaluation method of groundwater indicators. The results of groundwater quality evaluation by pollution index method show that most of the groundwater quality in this area has been damaged, and the normal implementation of pollution prevention and control can be ensured by evaluating individual or seriously polluted water bodies, which plays the same role in the optimization of sports training. In the process of research, this paper adopts a variety of methods to investigate it, including case study method and questionnaire interview method. From the perspective of practice at home and abroad, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the optimization methods of sports training. With the cooperation of the sports production team, we are studying the optimization index of sports training every day and implementing the training plan to track the modeling of sports training. We regularly check the optimized design of the sports training system. The core function of marine data visualization is comfort and interaction. This paper combines the functions of ocean data. With the support of GIS, distributed technology, and scientific computer visualization technology, the key GIS visualization technology of ocean air data has been studied and applied, and some achievements have been achieved. The results show that the atmospheric anomalies in the tropical Northwest Pacific and the southeastern tropical Indian Ocean are realized by two main changes: in-phase and out of phase. When the OLR deviation of the tropical Northwest Pacific and the southeast Indian Ocean is positive, there are low-level differences, high-level convergence, and the same circulation characteristics in these two regions. The negative precipitation in MC is weaker than that in eastern China, which may have a significant impact on the climate of northern China and Australia.
