In this work, an efficient, novel, retrievable, and magnetic heterogeneous nanocatalyst, Fe3O4@CPTMS@Asp@Ni was successfully fabricated using Fe3O4 nanoparticles as the core that were coated with surfactant and 3‐chloropropyltrimethoxysilan and deposited asparagine and nickel metal that can be used in multicomponent reactions for the synthesis of acridines derivatives with high yield in short reaction times. The virtue of obtained nanocatalyst was identified using transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction analysis, energy dispersive X‐ray, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller, vibrating sample magnetometry, Raman, and thermogravimetric analysis. The X‐ray diffraction analysis studies demonstrate that the average crystallite sizes of the prepared nanocatalyst are estimated to be about 45.4 nm. Also, the vibrating sample magnetometry measurement shows saturation magnetization values (Ms) of 7 emu/g for Fe3O4@CPTMS@Asp@Ni nanocatalyst. Also, after the synthesis steps, the application of the prepared nanocatalyst in the preparation of acridine‐1,8(2H,5H)‐diones has been investigated. Then to evaluate and assess the efficiency of the nanocatalyst as mentioned above, and its effect on the synthesis of divergent acridines via a one‐pot, three‐component condensation reaction of cyclic 1,3‐dione, aryl glyoxal, with ammonium acetate in the water as green solvent was studied. Also, when investigating the reusability of this catalyst, it was observed that Fe3O4@CPTMS@Asp@Ni nanocatalyst could be reused at least five times without losing its efficiency. High efficiency, outstanding yields in quick intervals, easy separation using a magnetic field, and possessing reusability are significant benefits of the attained nanocatalyst. Mx‐MoO3‐α‐NaFe2(MoO4)3‐α‐FeMoO4 (M = Al, Co, Ni, and Er) nanomaterials were fabricated by the hydrothermal method in the present study. XRPD, FESEM, TEM, BET‐BJH, UV‐Vis, and VSM analyses were used to characterize and study the physical attributes of the as‐synthesized samples. Rietveld analysis data illustrated that the products were a mixture of α‐NaFe2(MoO4)3, α‐FeMoO4, MoO3, and Fe2O3 crystal phases. UV‐Vis spectra indicated that the obtained samples had a small direct band gap energy amount at about 1.3–1.5 eV. VSM analysis confirmed that the as‐fabricated samples had magnetic properties. However, most ferromagnetic behaviors were observed by doping Ni into the host crystal system. Catalytic synthesis of some 5‐aryl‐1H‐tetrazole analogs was performed under heat, microwave, and ultrasonic conditions. Reaction time, temperature, and solvent type parameters were studied to find the optimum conditions. High efficiency was obtained when ethyl alcohol was used as the reaction mixture solvent. Co3O4 and Eu‐doped Co3O4 nanocatalysts were synthesized through an ultrasonic‐assisted solvothermal method and were characterized with X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR), energy‐dispersive X‐ray (EDX), and field‐emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) methods. Spinel cubic crystalline system for synthesized nanocatalysts was confirmed with XRD, whereas the spherical morphology of Co3O4 changed to nanorods after Eu3+ doping, which was affirmed with FESEM micrographs. Catalytic performance of the nanomaterials was examined through the synthesis of 2‐amino‐4H‐benzochromenes using aromatic aldehydes, malononitrile, and β‐naphthol condensation under solvent‐free conditions and microwave irradiation. Mild reaction conditions, short reaction times, simple setup, using an affordable catalyst, and high‐quality products were some of the advantages of this procedure. ABSTRACT Trying to find beneficial and effective catalysis for synthesizing biologically active and valuable 1,2,3‐triazoles is continually being studied to make the procedure more efficient, green, and eco‐friendly. The click reaction is famous in green chemistry for its high selectivity and efficiency in generating 1,2,3‐triazoles with important pharmaceutical and biological activities. 1,3‐Dipolar cycloaddition reaction of organic azides and alkynes by copper‐mediated have a great deal of attention paid to and developed to provide 1,2,3‐triazoles. However, utilizing Cu(II) species frequently requires a reducing reagent, making this approach less atom‐economic. Recently, notable progress has been made in designing and developing metal‐catalyzed click reactions to prepare 1,2,3‐triazoles. As appropriate alternatives to copper catalysts, nickel catalysts can be a good choice in click reactions. This review thoroughly studies the excellent potential of nickel catalysts in azide‐alkyne cycloaddition reactions and recommends using them as proper alternatives to traditional copper catalysts. In the present work, Cu@KCC‐1‐NH‐CS2 as a green, efficient, and reusable nano‐reactor was designed and used for the one‐pot, three‐component synthesis of 2‐amino‐4H‐chromene derivatives using the reaction of cyclic 1,3‐diketones, arylglyoxals, and malononitrile, under reflux conditions in EtOH. Engineered nanocatalyst characterized using different methods including scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), adsorption/desorption analysis (BET), and energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS). According to the obtained results, presented protocol for the synthesis of 2‐amino‐4H‐chromenes using Cu@KCC‐1‐NH‐CS2 gave the desired products in higher yields (89–98%) with short reaction times. Also, under mild reaction conditions this green nanocatalyst indicated recyclable behavior five times with minor reduce in its catalytic activity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
