Generic data access (GDA) defines application program interface services that are needed to access public entity objects for the power system domain. In GDA services, the entity objects are designed on the basis of common information model (CIM). One way to realize ResourceIDService for GDA is proposed in this paper. The ResourceIDService contains get_resource_ids () as well as get_uris () methods. The implementation procedure for that of the two methods are described detailedly. Finally, experimental tests are used to demonstrate the correctness of the realization process for the two methods.

Representation and measurement are two important issues for saliency models. Different with previous works that learnt sparse features from large scale natural statistics, we propose to learn features from short-term statistics of single images. For saliency measurement, we defined basic firing rate (BFR) for each sparse feature, and then we propose to use feature activity rate (FAR) to measure the bottom-up visual saliency. The proposed FAR measure is biological plausible and easy to compute and with satisfied performance. Experiments on human trajectory positioning and psychological patterns demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of our proposed method.

As an important field of image processing, image restoration has ever been a hot research topic. Our paper will focus on the adpative dictionary. We propose a novel improved adaptived dictionary learning algorithm. Utilizing the thoughts of manifold, for each atom in dictionry, we calculate the principal components of responding representaion errors as the tangent vector of the atom, which improves the representaion ability of dicitonary. Meanwhile, dictionary learned from the origin image is better at image denoising than adpative dictionary.

This paper introduces CAN bus communication principle and different designing kinds of automobile hardware modules. The research and application of motormeter based on CAN bus technology has been put forward. It takes the micro-control unit (MCU) P87C591 as its core , the stepping motor and LCD as its hardware platform, so as to achieve the data received and send based on the CAN bus. The anti-jamming of this system is analyzed and designed because of the complexity working environment of the automotive. The information technology, control technology, as well as the CAN bus and vehicle safety monitoring technology are integrated in automobile instrument cluster. The system is designed to reflect real-time vehicle operating conditions by reading, processing and displaying the data from each sensor on the CAN bus.

For Internet of Things (IOT) widely concerned by people in recent years, this paper analyzed and discussed the key technologies of restricting IOT development, including awareness technology, network communications technology, data aggregation and intelligent technology and cloud computing and so on. These technologies will play important roles in promoting the development and application of IOT, and even human life, industrial development and the advancement of science and technology.
