By means of Hogarth curve theory and combined with mathematical model establishment process, equations of drawing Hogarth curve were built and the curve images were restored by mathematical software in this paper, as the evaluation standard of curve aesthetics in fashion design. In the practical application, one can compare the designed curves with the mathematical model of Hogarth curve: the higher degree of fitting, the more beautiful the curve modeling is. This method has good guidance significance in future fashion design and clothing purchase.

Automatic Variable Transmission (AVT) is composed of a metal belt CVT unit and a step speed changing transmission component. According to the needs of automotive conditions, AVT can realize continuously variable transmission and gear transmission, which not only play the advantage of gear transmission efficiency, but also overcome the deficiency of CVT when it is in high-speed. In the paper, the transmission matching rule is introduced, and engine model is established using engine test data. Based on SimulationX software, a vehicle that equips AVT is used for modeling and simulation. Finally the power matching is researched.

The new product development of manufacturing Enterprises is not only complicated, expensive and more difficult,but the risk is higher.There will be many uncertain factors.An enterprise carries on the risk assessment,analyzes conclusion and proposes counter measures on the commercial development stage of new product in manufacturing enterprises by analyzing the risk factors and building an effective risk assessment index system including 6 first-level indicators and 22 secondary indicators of the commercial development stage of new product,along with the weight factor table method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which will reduce the risk and improve success rate of new product development,thus providing a theoretical basis for enterprises to improve risk management capabilities.

Realtime on-road vehicle detection is a key technology in many transportation applications, such as driver assistance, autonomous driving and active safety. A vehicle detection algorithm based on cascaded structure is introduced. Haar-like features are used to built model in this application, and GAB algorithm is chosen to train the strong classifiers. Then, the real-time on-road vehicle classifier based on cascaded structure is constructed by combining the strong classifiers. Experimental results show that the cascaded classifier is excellent in both detection accuracy and computational efficiency, which ensures its application to collision warning system.

The Whole-cell patch clamp technique was used to study the properties of voltage dependent ion channel expressed by the cultured types A、B、C neurosecretory cells dissociated from medulla terminalis X-organ (MTXO) of Chinese mitten crabEriocheir sinensis24-48 hours after plating. Under voltage clamp conditions, significantly inward currents were recorded from all three kinds of neurons, followed by large outward currents. When outward currents were suppressed with use of 3mmol/L 4-aminopyridine (4-AP) and 30mmol/L tetraethylammonium (TEA), a tetrodotoxin-sensitive Na+current （INa） and a slow (time to peak current 6~8mS at +10mV), Cd2+-sensitive Ca2+current (ICa) were resolved. INawas activated at potential-40mV and was maximal at-10mV. In TTX, ICawas activated at potential-30mV, was maximal at 10~20mV. In the presence of 1mol/L TTX and 0.5mmol/L Cd2+, a 4-AP-sensitive transient current and a slower-rising, TEA-sensitive current were recorded from a holding potential of-50mV. On the basis of electric feature and pharmacology, transient current was identified as IA, and late, slower-rising current as IK. IAand IKshowed the same activation threshold of-30mV. In conclusion, no differences were observed on the properties and kinetics of ionic current among the three kinds of neurons. By comparison with those described in crabCardisoma carnifexand crayfishProcambarus clarkia, there existed diversity of excitability in X-organ peptidergic neurons from different crustaceans.

In this paper we present a special kind of real symmetric matrices: the real symmetric doubly arrow matrices. That is, matrices which look like two arrow matrices, forward and backward, with heads against each other at the station, . We study a kind of inverse eigenvalue problem and give a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of such matrices.
