The HEVC standard is mainly for high-definition and ultra-high-definition video images. The compression performance of HEVC has been further improved, but at the same time coding complexity is also higher than the existing standard. This paper firstly analyzed the architecture of HEVC decoding process and its mainly algorithm components. Then this paper designed how to use the Android NDK to transplant the HM decoding library, and then take the java native interface to resolve the HEVC stream. After decoding the data, this paper converts the YUV data into RGB format for display. The experiment results show that the design scheme is feasible and the HEVC player achieves the basic functions in the Android platform.

In order to analysis the type of XLPE cable partial discharge, and grasp characteristics of partial discharge caused by different defects. In this paper, we use a 10kV 30-meter-long XLPE cable and design different types of defects. Then we collect the PD data of different defect model by PD data acquisition system. To characterize Partial discharge signals generated by different defect model by use of discharge capacity qs, discharge times n, the average discharge amount qn and phase distribution function include the maximum discharge amount distribution HQmax (φ), the average discharge amount distribution HQmean (φ), the discharge times phase distribution HN(φ) as well as φ-Q-N distribution map and so on. The results show that the partial discharge signals produced by different defect model have different statistical characteristics.

In order to study the application of Weibull distribution in cable partial discharge pattern recognition. We apply a 10kV 30m XLPE cable for this study. Then design four kinds of typical artificial defect model and analyze each of defect model’s discharge pulse signals. Finally, estimate the Weibull distribution of signals by use of the maximum likelihood method. The results show that Weibull probability distribution is similar to partial discharge amplitude distribution, the shape parameter β can be used to identify different types of discharge.

According to its working principle, the passive compensation device of compensation system and control system was designed, using the hull heave motion as the control energy, hydraulic cylinder and accumulator combination as a compensation system, selects PLC224CPU and M235 expansion module as the control unit. Finally, the towing tension range change of compensation has carried on the simulation analysis, the simulation results show that the passive compensation device which can realize the adjustment and control of drag tension range, achieves the expected control effect.

Routing protocol has not adapted to topological structure of dynamic change for Ad Hoc network, so the new Ad Hoc routing protocol must be designed. The paper starts from the basic concept of Ad Hoc network and proposes an effective key protocol agreement in Ad Hoc network based on bilinear pairing and hierarchical routing protocol which not only makes logical key agreement model correspond to topological structure of actual network , but also supports the establishment and dynamic update of initial group of key and has less communication traffic. The performance analysis indicates that the protocol proposed in the paper is very effective on the network with larger range, stronger ability of equipment process and worse communication environment.

In the production of phosphate fertilizer, large amounts of phosphorus gypsum can be produced, which can be used for the preparation of ammonium sulfate. In which process, a large number of secondary emissions-calcium carbonate residue can be produced as well, whose main mineral composition was CaCO3. Calcium carbonate residue can be conversion to high activity Lime by roasting at high temperature. This research used high solid/gas ratio suspended roasting technology to deal with calcium carbonate residue, and built a calcium carbonate residue test preparation of active lime production line with Wengfu Group at 2011,earned product with 97.7% CaCO3 apparent decomposition rate,59% CaO content and with high activity(160s to 180s).Relative to the traditional roasting device such as rotary kiln and shaft kiln, suspended roasting has a better thermal efficiency (4402kJ/kg), which can be used for large-scale industrial production. And this process will not generate new secondary emissions,thus we can get a complete "green" phosphate fertilizer industry chain.

This paper builds an input-output framework based on a data envelopment analysis (DEA) window aimed at exploring total-factor energy efficiency (TFEE) in 30 administrative regions and 6 areas across China from 2006 to 2012. In this framework, labor force, capital stock, energy consumption, CO2 emission are regarded as inputs, while gross domestic product (GDP) as the single output. The result indicates regions in East China and Mid South perform relatively higher TFEE especially Jiangsu, Guangdong which both obtain optimal efficiencies, while regions in Northwest have lower TFEE like Ningxia and Qinghai which TFEE lower than 0.55. But on the whole, 6 areas of China show increasing trends of TFEE during this period. Additionally, we conduct a regression analysis aimed at revealing influence factors of energy efficiency. We find properly adjusting industrial construction contributes the best for lifting TFEE, meanwhile, technology and economy size also have marked influences in raising TFEE.

Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) flight control system often needs the acquisition of sensor signal in analog form. In that case, the accuracy of the analog signal acquisition has a very important influence on the UAV flight control system. During the collection of analog signal, noise can have a negative effect on the accuracy of this collection, so we need to filter out the noise. However, some kinds of noise cannot be filtered out with hardware filters, which makes it necessary to combine oversampling technology and digital filters. In this paper, we make use of own-designed circuit to discuss some relative problems about the improvement of the analog data acquisition accuracy with oversampling technology which Verify the effectiveness of the oversampling method by comparing the traditional sampling method and the oversampling technology.

Determination of lanthanum in the raffinate by spectrophotometry was studied, using tribromoarsenazo as chromogenic reagent. The addition of ascorbic acid can mask the interference of other metal cations in the solution. Under the conditions of ascorbic acid (10g·L-1) 5 mL, hydrochloric acid 0.04 mol·L-1 and tribromoarsenazo (0.5g·L-1) 2 mL, Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-10 μg·(25mL)-1 for lanthanum, with correlation coefficient higher than 0.99. Beer’s law can be applicable for the wavelength range of 580-660 nm. There is no linear relation at too high or too low acidic environment.

Optical encoders have been used for decades as displacement measuring devices. As far as image measurement is concerned, CCD and CMOS are gradually used in metrology fields. In practice, performance of image ultraprecise optical encoders are related to environmental temperature, humidity, data processor speed, and vibration, thus measurement precision of encoders will be affected, and these factors limit their usage scale. Among these factors, the vibration is the largest effect factor. Here, a new experiment system was built to study vibration effect of measurement. Experiments indicated that the effects of vibration mainly exist in two aspects. Firstly, vibration induced deformation of glass grating, so distance of adjacent grating lines got uncertain. Secondly, random vibration affected CMOS image sharpness, and it reduced accuracy of encoding and decoding. Finally, some methods are provided to reduce the vibration of the grating encoder.

We propose in this paper a novel cross-view gait recognition method based on gravity center trajectory (GCT). Inspired by the finding that if the GCT of human in walking process has regularity, the representation coefficients of the trajectory are generally consistent across different views. We propose to project the coefficients of GCT to different view plane (VP) which is the normal plane of view angle direction vector to achieve view-invariant features for gait recognition. Firstly, we obtain the GCT under different views by summation of pixel coordinates in body area. Then, we use the least square method to eliminate the upward or downward trend of GCT caused by view variance. Then, we project the GCT function to the corresponding VP. Lastly, we perform recognition by using a simple cluster method. Experimental results on the widely used CASIA-B gait database demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.

The results of analysis provide reference for spindle design optimization, and also improve the accuracy and working life of spindle unit.

The results indicate that this FTS system can reach a travel range for 60μm,the frequency response precedes 150Hz within 39μm travel range.

This paper investigated the ultrasonic mechanism of Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) by finite element analysis for the better applications of ultrasonic TOFD (Time of Flight Diffraction) detection technology. The welding steel plate with the artificial defects is used in the finite element analysis model. The experimental A-scan signal with higher noise is filtered by the wavelet transform, which can clearly show defective diffracted wave. The software simulation of ultrasound is used to present the propagation process of ultrasonic signal inside the sample. Simulation results are compared with the experimental results, which shows valid basis for the practical TOFD ultrasonic detection methods in industrial applications.

The Chirp signal has been used widely in radar signal, radar echo wave can established to be Chirp model. The estimation of radar echo wave parameter is a important task in radar signal processing. In this paper, we introduced three theories and algorithms of detection and estimation of Chirp signal: 2D peak searching algorithm, two steps searching of maximum value algorithm and pre-estimation algorithm firstly. The parameter estimation precision and computation complexity in low SNR was simulated for these three algorithms. The final simulation indicate that the two steps searching algorithm of maximum value take on nice estimation accuracy and low computation complexity in contrast.

With the continuous development of the ultrasonic detection technology, ultrasonic time of flight diffraction (TOFD) method has been widely applied. The paper investigated the TOFD technique in the detection of natural defects. TOFD detection experiment is established in Lab. The finite element analysis simulation of A-scan signal and ultrasonic TOFD technique in the detection of the longitudinal arrangement of pores defects within the weld specimen transmission are studied. The feasibility and correctness of the finite element analysis model are verified by comparing the experimental signals with the simulation signals.

A localization model based on thestable response in lateral dynamics of the vehicle is hard for practicalapplication because of its nonlinearity, multidimensionality and multivariable.A dynamic self - adaptive network, which is able to adjust the scale of theparameters dynamically and has a good regression performance and self learningability, is used as a approximator to modeling the localization of the vehicle.In order to get a higher accuracy in modeling, a Kalman filer is designed forthe input signal such as steering angle and velocity. From the practicaltesting results on our vehicle, it’s indicated that the localization error is less than 1meter. So, the proposed method in this paper is a practicable and efficient onefor application.

The engineering vehicle cab FOPS (falling-object protective structures) mainly contain two parts: top guard and front guard. According to the characteristics of the engineering vehicle cab security architectures, the simulation that top guard is impacted by the falling hammer is made by non-linear analysis software – LS-DYNA. The breakage phenomenon is also researched. The stiffness of the top guard is so weak that the hammer’s displacement is too large, which leads to the impact resistance of top guard is unqualified. Based on this, the cause of the stiffness insufficient is researched. By orthogonal experimental design for the dominant factors, it makes the simulation performance of the top guard meet the requirements of the national standard. On this basis, the simulation mechanical bearing capacity of the front guard is done by LS-DYNA, while the experimental research is also accomplished. By contrasting the result of simulation and experiment, it turns that simulative result coincides with the experimental well.

To study the methods for determination of residual mortar content adhered to recycled aggregate, this paper aims at three methods which are apparent density method, quench hot method and sulfate solution freezing-thawing method. These methods were compared by experiments and their basic principles were also respectively stated. The principles of the latter two methods are similar, which are to separate the residual mortar and aggregate by external factors. But the effects of the sulfate solution freezing-thawing method is better than that of quench hot method. Finally, the best method is chosen to provide some theoretical evidence and research methods in studies and uses of recycled concrete.

In this paper, we analyzed the status quo of Chinese treatment of waste home appliances and found problems, used the basic principles of circular economy to build Chinese waste home appliances recycling and reusing system for recycling of waste home appliances and promoting circular economy gradually developed in the area of renewable resources.

Purposes: this paper is to analyze and quantify the eco-effect of building green facade, providing a reliable application methods and theory basis for solving current environmental issues. Methods: this paper using facade renovation project of Wismar University in Germany as the carrier, it uses Energy-Plus energy simulation software, CFD computational fluid dynamics software and U-wert.net calculation software for U value of material to get the simulation analysis of the energy, physical and regional eco-effect of building green facade. Results: building green facade can increase 23.7% heat resistance value, save 6.2% of the year-round air conditioning load, reduce indoor temperature by 3-5°C in summer, reduce the air velocity by 0.03m/s, maintain the stability of indoor temperature, the annual indoor temperature can maintain 20.84°C, improve the indoor comfort. The temperature around the building can reduce by 0.5-4°C after green facade renovation, reduce the wind speed in the region by 0.05m/s, and reduce the annual carbon emission by 7.1%. Conclusions: Through the simulation results, eco-effect of building green facade play a significant role in cooling and insulation, energy saving, heat island mitigation, improving comfort, maintaining the balance of carbon and oxygen. It has become one important way to suture rift between man and nature in cities, being an effective way to solve today's ecological issues.

The traditional segmentation method for medical image segmentation is difficult to achieve the accuracy requirement, and when the edges of the image are blurred, it will occurs incomplete segmentation problem, in order to solve this problem, we propose a medical image segmentation method which based on Chan-Vese model and mathematical morphology. The method integrates Chan-Vese model, mathematical morphology, composite multiphase level sets segmentation algorithm, first, through iterative etching operation to extract the outline of the medical image, and then the medical image is segmented by the Chan-Vese model based on the complex multiphase level sets, finally the medical image image is dilated iteratively by using morphological dilation to restore the image. The experimental results and analysis show that, this method improves the multi-region segmentation accuracy during the segmentation of medical image and solves the problem of incomplete segmentation.

According to the problem such as blurred border of images and lower efficiency caused by present interpolation methods, an interslice interpolation based on the relativity for medical image is presented in this paper. This algorithm makes good use of voxel relativity and structure relativity and then the different methods are adopted to interpolate the different points, In addition, error checkout is introduced to check the mismatching points.The experiments show that the proposed algorithm has less computational complexity and improves the quality of image, at the same time, the result can be used to 3D reconstruction effectively.

To find out the influence of adhesives to Mg/PTFE pyrotechnic composition, 12 materials such as fluororubber, phenolic resin, etc as the adhesives component of pyrotechnic composition, and which burning speeds were measured by high-speed camera, and by the way, which burning temperatures were checked by infrared thermometer. In addition, the friction and impact sensitivities of compositions had been compared. The experiment results show that the Mg/PTFE pyrotechnic composition with adhesive of phenolic resin has the best performance, which burning temperature is 1268.4 °C, linear burning speed is 6.46 mm·s-1, mass burning speed is 3.06 g·㎝-2·s-1.

Transient Stability Assessment (TSA) aims at assessing stability of power system operation state quickly. This paper introduces rough set theory and clustering analysis to assess power system transient stability. At first, the stability operation parameters and fault places are taken as feature attributes based on the trait of power system transient ability. K-means algorithm is used to make continuous attributes among feature attributes discrete. Then feature attributes and stability types are taken as conditional attributes and decision attributes respectively. Initial decision table is established. Finally, rough set theory is used to form final decision table and rules of TSA are obtained. The IEEE 9-Bus system is employed to demonstrate the validity of the proposed approach.

Influences of limestone powder on the hydration progress of cement and the properties of dam concrete were studied in this paper. The results show that, as mineral admixture, limestone powder accelerates the cement early hydration and takes part in this hydration which produces the calcium monocarboaluminate hydrate, but, limestone powder doesnt have the pozzolanic activity. Limestone powder has an adverse impact on the pore system of hardened pastes, especially these pores size range from 3 nm to 107 nm. Fortunately, the pore system will be optimized by using some fly ash instead of part of limestone powder. Limestone powder, no matter used alone or blended with fly ash or ground blast furnace slag to form a double-doped material, can be used as mineral admixture for the dam concrete including conventional and roller-compacted concrete. Compared with fly ash, it increases concrete water content and improves the 7 days strength, but almost has no function on the 90 days strength.

In many practical applications, the impulse responses of the unknown system are sparse. However, the standard Least Mean Square (LMS) algorithm does not make full use of the sparsity, and the general sparse LMS algorithms increase steady-state error because of giving much large attraction to the small factor. In order to improve the performance of sparse system identification, we propose a new algorithm which introduces a variable step size method into the Reweighted Zero-Attracting LMS (RZALMS) algorithm. The improved algorithm, whose step size adjustment is controlled by the instantaneous error, is called Variable step size RZALMS (V-RZALMS). The variable step size leads to yielding smaller steady-state error on the premise of higher convergent speed. Moreover, the sparser the system is, the better the V-RZALMS performs. Three different experiments are implemented to validate the effectiveness of our new algorithm.

Coriolis flow meters are used in measuring flow amount of natural gas and oil due to the good performance and high precision. Orthogonal decomposition algorithm is the most efficient algorithm with the highest precision in processing the digital signals of Coriolis flow meters, and digital filter design is vital important in the algorithm. In this paper we introduce a digital filter system combining the self-adaptive lattice notch filter and low pass filter embedded with Hanning Window or Kaiser Window, we also discussed the parameters selection and adjusting method deeply and systematically. For self-adaptive lattice notch filter, we calculate the key feedback parameter ρ based on bandwidth BW, leading the relative error of frequency calculated within 0.01%. For low pass digital filter, we adjust the filter order through monitoring the sine feature of the orthogonal component that has passed the low pass filter, and the relative errors of phase difference are within 0.1%. We also demonstrate the feasibility of this system through simulation under MATALAB system and calculating experiments data of Coriolis flow meter.

How to efficiently manage the cloud resources across multiple cloud domains is critical for providing continuous cloud services. This paper introduces the principle and review recent research progress on cloud service to support network virtualization. It presents a framework of network-Cloud convergence based on data center network and gives a survey on key technologies for realizing cloud center and service; the reliability of cloud applications can be greatly improved.

The video coding standard of a new generation, high efficiency video coding ( HEVC ), is a video coding standard of JCT-VT under planning, mainly orienting toward high definition television （HDTV）and video coding system. From the start of the basic structure of HEVC, this paper not only introduces comprehensively the key HEVC technologies in intra-frame and inter-frame predictive estimation, orthogonal transformation, filter compensation and entropy coding but also points out the hot issues and the latest research direction.
