In this paper, the energy saving base on reduce voltage for motors in oil pump is analyzed, based on which the control principles of optimal slip rotating speed with maximum efficiency, minimum current, minimum input power and maximum power factor are investigated in detail, and then the PID controller that the parameter turned by BP neural network is designed，the result of experiment revealing that the essential of these control.

Intelligent control is a class of control techniques that use various AI computing approaches like neural networks, Bayesian probability, fuzzy logic, machine learning, evolutionary computation and genetic algorithms. In computer science and related fields, artificial neural networks are computational models inspired by animals’ central nervous systems (in particular the brain) that are capable of machine learning and pattern recognition. They are usually presented as systems of interconnected “neurons” that can compute values from inputs by feeding information through the network. Like other machine learning methods, neural networks have been used to solve a wide variety of tasks that are hard to solve using ordinary rule-based programming, including computer vision and speech recognition.

Furthermore, the paper gives a model of Corporation Competitive Intelligence System based on data mining and its relevant process.

Mobile agent is one of the most prominent technologies believed to be playing an important role in future e-commerce. After presented an intelligent e-commerce model based on OBI ( open buying on the internet) , we developed a modified approach for the security of mobile agents and e-commerce, and designed an intelligent shopping algorithm based on variable time negotiation function. The presented model has been evaluated by simulation experiment. It has been found that the presented model is efficient.

Complex ability evaluation of university students is an important means of training talents to the related teaching department, and it has a very important role to improve the training quality of university and the quality of teaching. In this paper, by analyzing of the disadvantages of traditional evaluation method, an evaluation model is put forward a kind of based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of university student' complex ability, and give the evaluation model of the specific composition and the corresponding algorithm. The model is better than common evaluation tools to weigh the various factors in the case of making information not lossing. It can naturally deal with the initiative and fuzziness of the human mind, so it makes the every student evaluated get an objective and fair evaluation result.

For the problems that the street running state and information was difficult to feedback and reasonable control, we apply the topology model to the street lighting management system, and complete the optimization control in this paper. Using the fuzzy control theory to handle the road signals, the intelligent lighting region controller integrates the thyristor chopper with the autotransformer technology, carries out the soft start and slow slope control to the street light, and realizes automatic voltage and energy saving. At finally, the system can realize the energy-saving control and intelligent, networked management of city street lamp.

Aiming at the problems of the influence in power-supply variations on timing analysis, this paper presents a new method to assign a supply-dependent hold margin based on analysis of scientific data materials, which describe a method to accurately characterize logic gates for the sensitivity of delay on supply-voltage variations, and then the method use a commercial microcontroller as a design example. Experiment results shows that the new method with analysis of scientific materials can get a good performance, even under the existing noise.

In order to overcome the disadvantages of small broadband, low transmission rate, network delay and high error rate in the locomotive real-time data transmission. A new wireless real-time data transmission system is designed by using nRF24L01 based on USB2.0.Which includes CY7C68013A chip of CYPRESS company and nRF24L01 wireless module, gives communication principle interface electrics circuit between CY7C68013A chip and nRF24L01 wireless module, focus on the hardware and software designs according to practical application and analyze real-time of the data during transporting. An algorithm for reducing real-time data error rate is developed to achieve efficient real-time data transmission. Experiments proved that the system is easy to control and works stably to perform reliable wireless real-time data transmission.

The effects of contact pressure and sliding velocity and different environment conditions on the frictional coefficient of friction plate on MW wind power were studied by fatigue testing machine. The results show that the coefficient of static friction and difference between static and dynamic reduced with the increase of sliding speed, and reduced first and then increased and then reduced with the increase of contact pressure, and the change of dynamic friction coefficient was relatively flat with velocity and pressure under dry friction. The impact of water on the triological performance was the large, followed by oil when considering environment factors. Water and pressure and oil were the main influencing factors in considering all factors comprehensively.

The “stick-slip” motion or creep phenomenon is often observed in MW wind turbine yaw system. Yam system stick-slip coupling phenomenon was analyzed, and stick-slip coupling kinematic model was established and simulated by Simulink. The influence of torsional stiffness, friction coefficient difference, rotating speed, damping ratio and tightening torque on system was researched. Main measures for elimination of stick-slip coupling phenomenon were given through theoretical analysis and simulation calculation.

This paper introduces that the representation and storage of hierarchical model via a database table, achieves the dynamic generation and management of model. It main achieves model base based on AHP. That addresses a number of unstructured or semi-structured problems such as assessment and prediction in the modeling. Focusing on the creation of their corresponding AHP-based method base is to solve practical problems. Experiments show that this method base can be well integrated with model base. So it will be applied in common AHP cases.
