According to the selection and evaluation of railway freight transport of the third party logistics, establish a complete set of fuzzy hierarchy evaluation (F-AHP) model of railway freight third party logistics company. Taking Nanchang Train Depot as an example of empirical analysis, Calculate and screen the most appropriate third party logistics company. At the same time, we confirm the reliability and authenticity of F-AHP method that applies to the third party logistics company, which provides reference experience for the railway freight department on the selection of third party logistics companies.

Under the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration, B2C enterprises begin to focus on how to handle the relationship between logistics services and E-commerce services in the face of intense competition from other companies. This paper proposes a fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) approach to select the logistics mode of B2C electronic commerce companies. In addition, a case study is presented to demonstrate how the approach can help in solving such problems in practice.

China has a "North coal to south, West coal to east" overall pattern of coal transportation. This paper focuses on how to optimize the distribution of supply and demand, which can effectively reduce the total transportation costs. In order to study the optimization problem, we build a linear programming model, and solve it through commonly used mathematical programming software CPLEX. Then, taking Shanxi as an example, the proposed model was verified. By introducing supply point capacity limits, make our model more adaptable to the actual situation.

It shoulders the transportation of local public passengers and short distance of railway goods, and bears the task of boosting local economy and domestic demands [1]. Choosing suitable local railway operation management mode could help to realize maximal economic benefits with least amount of investment, and best management. Through the analysis of China's local railway company operation and management model, this paper proposes five methods to guide how to choose local railway operation and management mode.

Hub location has been a fertile area for interdisciplinary researchers. There has been used to plan the number of hubs, position, grades, scale and so on. Many scholars have studied hub location problem for more than 30-year history which has indepth researched on the theoretical concepts, mathematical models and applications in hub location. For the development of hub location, a review of classification of HLPs is provided, and then mathematical models, resolution algorithm, the advantages and disadvantages of each classification could be described in detail. At the end, the future research trends will be presented.

This paper studies the problem of inventory and distribution joint optimization for two level logistics system of a supplier and multiple clients by building the model of inventory and distribution joint optimization based on VMI to reach the goal of minimizing the total system cost. Moreover, this article not only designs the iterative algorithm to solve the model, and determine the optimal inventory and distribution program from the perspective of system optimization, but also verifies the validity of the model and algorithm through using MATLAB software.

Distribution center plays an important role in the whole supply chain, and distribution center location decision is the core content of logistics systems analysis. Based on the analysis of the object of supply chain distribution center location, the main influence factors of the supply chain distribution center location were divided by using the ISM model, and a multi-grade hierarchical structure diagram of distribution center location was designed. By combining qualitative and quantitative methods, the hierarchical relationship of the main influence factors of supply chain distribution centers location is clarified.
