In order to get the influence mechanism of every factor on power transmission project, the paper divided the project into four stages, namely: decision and feasibility study stage, design and bid stage, construction stage and completion final accounts stage. The paper applies the interpretive structural model (ISM) to analyze the function mechanism among the factors and final forms the interpretive structural diagram.

This paper begins with analyzing the characteristics of metro project construction, creatively puts forward building a metro project management system by using the existing 4G network. It gives the structure diagram and function chart of metro project management system based on the 4G network as well as illustrating the implementation methods of important functions and key technologies.

Distribution center plays an important role in the whole supply chain, and distribution center location decision is the core content of logistics systems analysis. Based on the analysis of the object of supply chain distribution center location, the main influence factors of the supply chain distribution center location were divided by using the ISM model, and a multi-grade hierarchical structure diagram of distribution center location was designed. By combining qualitative and quantitative methods, the hierarchical relationship of the main influence factors of supply chain distribution centers location is clarified.

Aiming at uncertainty of process plans in the process decision making, the paper introduced a method based on ant colony optimization (ACO) to find out the set of optimal solutions for multi-objective machine tool selection. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to simplify process decision making plans, and the structural diagram of AHP was made up according to the different demands of manufacturing engineer. By means of the examples the different elements to different manufacturing processes are comprehensive evaluated, and the most splendid process scheme is evaluated, meanwhile the feasibility of the proposed method applying process decision making is verified.
