Modern wind turbine technology has been a great improvement over the past couple decades, leading to large scale wind power penetration. The increasing penetration of wind power resulted in emphasizing the importance of reliable and secure operation of power systems, especially in a weak power system. In this paper, the main wind turbine control schemes, the wind penetration levels and wind farm dynamic behavior for grid code compliance were investigated in the Penghu wind power system, a weak isolated power system.

Soil samples were collected from a paddy field at Fulong village, Huanjiang County, and Cd concentrations in soils were determined. Soil Cd risk was evaluated using Nemerow index method. The results showed that the content of cadmium in soil layer of 0~20cm is 2 times than the level two standard values and 6 times than the background value of Huanjiang soil. In addition, the soil layer of 20~100cm in cadmium content did not exceed the national level two standard values, but is about 2 times the background value of soil in Huanjiang county. In addition, Cadmium pollution is mainly focused on the soil surface.

In this paper ,a color printing defect automatic online detection method based on digital image processing technique is proposed. The main idea of this method is comparison of defect product and template and it makes up of following key models. Firstly, multi-scale segmentation is applied to composed image which is overlaid by detecting product and template image. Secondly, an automatic region similarity analysis calculation is taken to segmentation obtained in multi-scale segmentation. The color difference between detecting product and template can be calculated accurately. Thirdly, defect detection results can be obtained according to threshold segmentation. Finally, the characteristics and advantages are approved by experimental analysis and discussion. Algorithm parameters are adjusted and modified to improve the stability and effectiveness. Experimental results approve that color printing defect automatic detection method in this paper has the characteristics of effectiveness and applicability. And experimental results indicate that this method has the advantage of judging the defect types automatically.

Ink is one of the most important raw materials in printing processes, the quality of printed product uniformity and color reproduction, usually to some extent, depends on ink performance, which needs the authoritative and reliable way to measure ink colors. The paper is to test and verify the ink color measurement methods based on ISO 2846 international standards by the experiments, and the performance indicators of domestic standards substrates are determined through analyzing the characteristics of the domestic printing and ink manufacturing industries, and then the preparation of ink color measurement samples and ink color test conditions are studied.

Aimed at the deficiency of the magnetic guide and RFID parking system used by substation inspection robot now, a laser navigation system is designed, and the system structure, the method of map building and positioning are all introduced. The system performance is tested in a 500kV substation, and the result show that the repetitive precision of navigation system is precise enough to help the robot fulfill inspection tasks.

Statics is set up on the basis of 4 axioms of statics. Although these axioms are distillate and summarizing of the accumulated humankind's experience in long-range production and life, introduction of these axioms to statics seems a bit abrupt, especially the critical axiom "resultant of two forces" far fetched. This article was an attempt to present the embodying description of the effect of force and force system, based on the nature of effect of force and the equivalent and equilibrium of force systems. On this basis, theorem of two forces resultant and the theorem of two forces balance were proved, and the theorem of force systems equivalent was brought up. A new framework of static equilibrium system was built up to try to make a more perfect and more reasonable description for static equilibrium.

Under the background of low-carbon economy, the researchers analyzed the situation of the development and utilization of mineral resources in West China, and the existing problems. By comparing industrial organization models and synthetically efficient analysis of different organization models of production for resources industries, ways and countermeasures to the ecological development for the mineral resources industries in West China were put forward, in terms of the transformation of organization models of industrial clusters, integration of industrial cycle organization models, reconstruction of industrial ecology organization models and so on.

With the rapid development of cement industry in China, looseness of information management and hardness of production line optimization control have became an utmost important issue. In this paper, we design and implement a remote optimization and control system via B/S architecture, which is under the model of ASP.NET MVC. Conclusively,this system implements the functions which are data analysis and processing of cement enterprises,optimization control of production line and meta-analysis of enterprise information.

Currently, in terms of smart meter information acquisition system, there exists problems such as high cost of development, difficulty in system maintenance and poor integration ability. To solve the integration problems, a service-oriented smart meter information acquisition system is proposed in this paper with the usage of service oriented architecture. In the concrete implementation, problems of processing brought by multiple protocols are worked out by adopting the object-oriented method. Meanwhile, in order to deal with the blocking of client process during the smart meter reading procedure, WCF technology, as a solution, is put forward.

To ensure the safety of bridge bearing replacement procedure, the project introduces the real-time monitoring technology. Collects displacement data, stress data, elevation and temperature are collected by displacement sensor, stress sensor and so on. Data processing and analyzing by the computer provides guidance for replacement procedure. The results of the monitoring and timely analysis of data collation provide guidance for the replacement process. Engineering practice results show that real-time monitoring technology is an important means to ensure the bearing replacement safe, but it should develop a reasonable scientific monitoring program.

The article analyzed the adsorptive ability of acorus calamus to Pb,Cd in soil through pot experiment. The results show that with the increase of concentration of this two kinds of heavy metals,the growth of acorus calamus have been obviously affected.The concentration of two kinds of heavy metals in the acorus calamus root is far more than in the cauline leaf,which show that acorus calamus have very strong retention effect on these five kinds of heavy metals. As acorus calamus absorb the Pb much more than Cd can be seen through the experiment.

With the constant development of new socialist countryside in our country and the new requirement of eco-environments construction proposed in the 18th National Party Congress. Sewage treatment equipments in rural area are in great demand year by year. New technologies in rural areas aim at dealing with sewage increase continuously. This thesis introduces the water quality of water system and lakes in our country, analyzing the influence of rural pollution, pointing out the current problems when we tackle with water pollution. The last part is the application of several small combined sewage treatment machines used in water pollution prevention and control in rural area.

The effects of aluminum foil packaging materials on color reproduction were mainly studied from the following two aspects in this topic: (1) through the study of CIEl976 chroma space, color difference evaluations of 7 kinds of colors for aluminum foil were compared with that of coated paper, based on the established color libraries of coated paper. (2) Four different spectrophotometers of X-Rite were used to measure L*、 a*、 b* of different colors, analyzing the effects of different spectrophotometer on color reproduction. Research has proved that: (1) the method which color was transferred to the aluminum foil, according to the established color libraries of coated paper, is feasible, and there was no difference between two colors on aluminum foils by visual inspection, the chromatic aberration was less than 1. (2) From the measurements, aspheric photometers like X-Rite939, Spectroeye, X-Rite500 cannot be used for color measurement on aluminum foil, the error is bigger than SP64, and accuracy is lower. (3) Through the total color difference analysis of four instruments on magenta, the ball SP64 portable spectrophotometer is the most suitable equipment for color reproduction on aluminum foil packaging materials.

In order to improve the smoothness of electronic cam motion,an electronic cam trajectory generation algorithm based on global optimal control points of quintic non-uniform B-spline is prop-osed. This algorithm solves the problem of non-global optimization in existing approaches caused by transferring kinematic constraints into control point constraints to avoid the semi-infinite constraints problem. The interval ranges of the reserved free control point variables are calculated first, followed by partitioning and checking the subinterval with the property of the objective function and kinemat-ical constraints repeatedly until finding the global optimal control point. Compared with the existing control point constraints algorithm, the object function is optimized further and the electronic cam trajectory is smoother. Finally an practical example of electronic cam proves the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

As we have known, temperature changes can distort the outline of the images and even make their details fuzzy when observed in the time domain. But this paper seeks to find out how the temperature changes affect imaging in the space domain. We have to get the main component linking with temperature by studying on a series of images collected during the thermosonic flip chip bonding process with PCA. In the experiment we used five sets of 500 images (collected at 10°C, 60°C, 80°C, 100°C, 120°C.100 images of each temperature.). Then we did PCA experiment with these five sets images on MATLAB, get the first ten PCs of each set, and analyze their changing rules to find out the main component associated with the temperature factor.

Part of speech contains important grammatical information, so it has great significance for the natural language understanding while the words in the sentence are marked on the parts of speech. POS tagging rules based on statistical methods and rule-based method can mining effectively, but its marked accuracy need to be improved. This paper presents a statistical method and rules of the combination of speech tagging rule mining algorithm in order to improve the correct rate of marked.

Ultrafine spherical yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) powders have been synthesized via homogeneous precipitation method using urea as the precipitant. The precursor powders were calcinated at 1000°C or 1100°C for 4 hrs and then were studied by means of FE-SEM, XRD, FT-IR and TG-DTA. The result shows that the amount of ammonium sulfate has a significant effect on morphology and particle size of powders. Pure phase and spherical YAG particles with 350 nm in diameter can be obtained when the molar ratio of ammonium sulfate to aluminum nitrate is about 0.75 and the concentration of the metallic ions is 0.008M.

The introduction of the AQC boiler has complex effects on the temperature of Tertiary air, traditional PID is difficult to achieve the effective control. Combined the method of the conventional PID with the fuzzy control theory, a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is designed. Compared with traditional PID, results of simulation show that the fuzzy PID controller improves not only the adaptability and robustness of the system, but also the system's static and dynamic performance.

Fluorescent intensity is an important indicator to evaluate the performances of fluorescent inkjet ink. It can be affected by many factors, such as the structure and content of fluorescent material, the polarity of solvent, the type and content of resin, optical properties of different substrates. Formulation of red fluorescent ink-jet ink was designed in the paper and ink samples were prepared to explore the impact of fluorescent material content, solvent polarity, and resin type on fluorescent intensity. Results show that: fluorescent intensity gradually increases as fluorescent material content increases, when the content reaches 1.0%, fluorescent intensity decreases; saturated solubility of fluorescent material at room temperature (25°C) is 1.6%; When propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate (PMA): ethyl acetate: n-butyl acetate = 0.36:0.42:0.22, resin EP-609 content is 16%, fluorescent intensity reaches to the highest.

Take the Liangzhu pottery as examples, an approach of form style recognition was proposed to further exploring the redesign of cultural artifacts from industrial design. Firstly, six major images of Liangzhu pottery was investigated by using KJ method and Factor Analysis; Then the relationship between the essential form factors and the major images were analyzed through Quantification Type I; Finally, the perceptual image knowledge base of Liangzhu cultural artifacts and a computer-aided form redesign system was built. Based on this system, the particular images conveyed by the cultural artifacts and the corresponding form features can be obtained, the traditional culture can be expanded. Thus the theory of form style recognition in the redesign of cultural artifacts is tested.

The practical applied formula are based on the density measurement in ink trapping characterization methods, but the density measurement is more suitable for detecting single color printing effect. Due to the defects of the testing equipment, the density measurement is not suitable for the evaluation of ink trapping. Chromaticity evaluation method bases on the color difference between the sample color values and the ideal color values to evaluate ink trapping effects, which can characterize better on the ink trapping effects. Research results showed that the density evaluation method has many deficiencies, and Neugebauer equations predict on the chroma evaluation method doesn’t reach an enough precise to get the ideal value about the secondary overprinting, while the color value which is measured by spectroscopic measurement by experimental methods can be used as the ideal color value of the chromaticity evaluation method. Study on the comparison between density evaluation method and chroma evaluation method of ink trapping, the relative conclusions about advantages and disadvantages of different ink trapping characterization methods will be summarized.

We have developed a new, simple, green and very reproducible aqueous synthesis method for the preparation of different sizes CdTe QDs without the use of any pyrophoric organometallic precursors. Transmission electron microscope image demonstrates the shape, monodispersity, average size and size distribution. Two different sizes CdTe QDs are mixed and standing for three months in aqueous solution. Through UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectrum detection, we confirm Ostwald ripening process can also occur in CdTe QDs mixed solution for a long time at room temperature.

The formation of color images are generally divided into two methods: additive color imaging based on color light mixture and subtractive color imaging based on colorant mixture. Additive color imaging refers to the color image mixed by a certain percentage of the three primary color lights: red (R), green (G) and blue (B), such as LED display, cell phone screens, digital cameras and others. Subtractive color imaging refers to the color image generated by light mixture reflected by each colorant, due to some light of different wavelength in the white light separately absorbed by certain colorant after mixing a certain percentage of the three primary colorant: cyan (C), magenta (M) and yellow (Y). Inkjet, color laser printing, inkjet printing, etc. belong to the subtractive color imaging. Most commonly, printing also belongs to the subtractive color imaging. This thesis is based on the characteristics that fluorescent materials can produce colors under UV excitation, designing and preparing three fluorescent inkjet inks which can respectively produce red (R), green (G), blue (B) under UV light excitation, using inkjet printers to print color images, investigating the imaging mechanism of the additive color based on fluorescence inkjet printing, and observing the imaging results. The results show that color effect of monochrome image is good, and the color deviation is large after overlapping different colors.

The failure mode of steel plate with a center elliptic corroding hole double-sided adhesively bonded by carbon fiber composite patch is identified and studied, and analytical solution to load-carrying capacity of damaged steel plate bonded by composite patch is presented in this paper. Ultimate load of patched steel plate corresponding to each failure mode is derived and calculated respectively, the load carrying capacity of the patched plate is equal to the minimum value of these calculations. Yielding load when yielding occurs near the hole-edge of repaired structure from present method was compared to the results of ANSYS FEA, and the ultimate load of repaired plate from present method was compared to the test results. Results indicate: Repaired by bonded composite patch, static strength and loading carrying capacity of damaged steel plate or structures can be effectively restored. Yielding load and ultimate load of patched steel plate is visibly increased. The present analytical results have a good agreement with FEA and experimental results.

The homocoupling reaction of alkynes was carried out smoothly in the presence of 10 mol% AuCl3 using I2 as oxidant to generate diyned products in high yields. The method is simple, efficient, safe and AuClPh3 also showed comparable catalytic activity to this transformation.

Safety operation of mechanical equipment groups is of great importance to production and human resources as well as environment. In order to ensure safe operation and improve intelligent level of early fault prediction for key mechanical equipment groups, this paper proposes fault prediction and health management based on the internet of things with structure of three layers to realize comprehensive perception, reliable transmission and intelligent processing of the fault information from the mechanical equipment groups. Two key technologies like condition monitoring and fault prediction are analyzed and application prospects of fault prediction and health management for mechanical equipment groups based on the internet of things are presented in this paper.

Soft ground with low bearing capacities is found to large areas in the world. In order to increase the bearing capacity of soft ground and to decreases settlement, some methods were developed for improving the mechanical properties of ground. As a stiffener of soil improvement, bamboo chips were used in this study. Bamboo is one of the fastest-growing plants on Earth and with a large distribution around the world. As a natural material, it is even better for environment and has excellently mechanical characteristic. The bamboo chips were mixed into the test specimen as a stiffener of soil improvement. Unconfined compression test were performed with test specimen, then mechanical characteristics of reinforced soil by cement and bamboo chips were investigated. From the test results, the strength and ductility characteristic of soil improvement are rather better when the bamboo chips are mixed.

By establishing conspiracy game model between construction unit and supervision unit, the paper mainly discusses conspiracy action which may occur between construction unit and supervision unit (rent-seeking and rent-creating), gets equilibrium probabilities of seeking rent and creating rent, and make some further analysis.

The most important feature of machine is the vibration characteristic,and vibration displacement is the most important parameter of the machine,based on the historical vibration displacement datas,use multi-level recursive method to predict the state of the machine.With this method,fault prediction is divided into two parts:forecast of time-varying parameters and forecast based on the former forecast,the prediction precision is improved. Through the analysis of gas turbine failure mechanism,use Bently rotor bench,effectively simulate the mechanical failure of the rotor imbalance.
