The analysis and implementation of this paper is applied to a real game boxing machine. The contents of this game boxing machine are consists of three parts that are the UNITY, programming and hardware development. Therefore, in order to have RPG role-play boxing game inside of real game boxing machine, this paper firstly analyzes user requirement and then implement the combined-use in the traditional large boxing machines that will let the players to face the need considering how to fight the contents of RPG role-play boxing game. Moreover, in order to save more time to make 3D animations, motion capture equipment is used called MOCAP to generate characteristics, hero, monsters, and beautiful girls. All body movements of characteristics inside of game boxing machine captured by MOCAP are tied to the body of the head, limbs and torso. Furthermore, those body movements will PhaseSpace to our servers via the Internet passing out after the signal processing MotionBuilder software for recording and output operation. The output file can be transformed into the skeleton and action graphic model and using MAYA software can also do the same way. All procedures in this RPG role-play boxing game design have been successfully interacted both machine side and play side with fun and game new life, and to integrate the actual situation of the game for the future.

With the aim of enhancing the precision and quality of turning processes, this study investigated cutting stress and thermal deformation induced by friction between the tool and chip of a Wolfram carbide (WC) tool cutting AISI-1045 carbon steel. Analysis of cutting stress and thermal deformation using COMSOL Multiphysics software is useful for evaluating the compensation for machining errors and reducing tool wear. Three cutting loads were adopted for the simulation of the thermal conduction, and changes in temperature and the stress field. Simulation results show that thermal deformation in the tool tip is proportional to cutting speed and time. As long as the temperature of the tool remains below the quasi-steady-state temperature, the amount of deformation does not change significantly. An understanding of the thermo-mechanical coupling effect during turning can help to improve the accuracy of compensation for thermal deformation in turning tools.

Polyvinyl butyral (or PVB) is commonly used as interlayer in architectural laminated glass and windshield in automobiles for its strong binding, optical clarity, adhesion to many surfaces, toughness and flexibility. A modified in-situ Hopkinson bar system is used to measure the tensile properties of the PVB with the strain rates of 30~100 s-1. In this system, a high impedance striker tube with the rubber pulse shaper is use to generate a long loading pulse of 50ms. Two X-cut quartz piezoelectric force transducers are sandwiched between the specimen and two bars respectively to directly measure the dynamic loading forces, and the strain field of the specimen is calculated by the Digital Image Correlation (DIC) method via photos obtained by the high speed camera. The local deformation of the full-field specimen was clearly displayed and the fracture strain of the specimen was evaluated. The results show that the tensile strengths of the PVB increase with increasing loading strain rates.

The historic Hagia Sophia in Istanbul, which held the record as the world's largest domed building for about 800 years, is analyzed with a 3D finite element formulation, by using commercial FEA software ANSYS Workbench 14.5, to understand its structural behaviour under the action of static loading. Four different levels of structural systems are demonstrated and the their effects on the maximum values of the first principal stresses in the main dome are discussed.

For high-power applications such as electric motorcycles, batteries in series to provide the required voltage is fairly common. The 48V is 12V connected four cells in series for lead-acid batteries of electric motorcycles. After charging and discharging of lead-acid batteries several times, the voltages are often imbalance. Without proper protection, may cause an excessive discharge of lead-acid batteries for early damage. Therefore, lead-acid battery module requires a simple balance circuit to improve battery life in order to avoid over-voltage or under-voltage condition occurs. Energy balance circuit to improve lead-acid battery module matching problems, make the safety and cycle life of lead-acid batteries to improve. This research intends to complete balanced circuit design of lead-acid batteries.

The structure of castellated beams is complex, using the computation theory of elastic flexural-torsional buckling of H-shaped beams to study the elastic flexural-torsional buckling strength of castellated beams under different loads, based on simplifying the section's eigenvalues. In addition to the theoretical investigation, the finite element analysis of the accurate critical loads of the beams had been done by the ABAQUS software, a comparison has been made between the calculated loads and analyzed results, error is smaller. Analyzing the effects that divergence ratio, depth-span ratio and distance-height ratio has on the elastic flexural-torsional buckling loads of castellated beams and draw out some reduced calculation methods for the section's eigenvalues and elastic flexural-torsional buckling critical load of castellated beams.

The essence of virtual enterprise partner selection in agile manufacturing is optimization problem. Aiming at the optimization selection feature of virtual enterprise manufacturing partner, a qualitative and quantitative combination method is proposed to solve the problem of partner selection by combination of AHP-FUZZY and genetic algorithm. At last, a practical example will be used to demonstrate.

In addition, SEOHO inverter of the South Korean has a special active-front-end (AFE), AFE rectifier unit/feedback [2] derive sine wave AC from the grid, generating DC voltage output by rectification, and maintaining the required voltage value. Every harmonic wave is deleted by filter circuit. Meanwhile, the huge economic benefits and energy-saving profits have been gained when the four quadrant inverter is used.

A Chinese web-page classification algorithm based on SVM including the important aspects of text preprocessing, feature selection and multiple-Classification algorithm. In this paper, based on the analyses of features of Web documents, this paper does research the approach of classification in Support Vector Machine (SVM) and select of Kernel function. Furthermore, a web-page classification model and algorithm that is based on Binary Tree SVM is presented. The experiments show that it not only reduces the size of train set, but also has very high training efficiency. Its precision and recall are better.

A mechanism that the backoff exponent changes dynamically was proposed aiming at the poor performance of backoff algorithm in IEEE 802.15.4 MAC protocol. The algorithm could adjust the initial backoff exponent according to the previous transmission status and the backoff exponent. A Markov chain model for the algorithm was established and the mathematical derivation for the model was carried out. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the model increases the channel access probability and system throughput. The optimized algorithm improves the performance of LOWPAN effectively.

We consider how to efficiently text classification on all pairs of documents. This information can be used to information retrieval, digital library, information filtering, and search engine, among others. This paper describes text classification model which based on KNN algorithm. The text feature extraction algorithm, TF-IDF, can loss related information between text features, an improved ITF-IDF algorithm has been presented in order to overcome it. Our experiments show that our algorithm is better than others.

The uplift behavior of rigid pedestal pile is affected by the geometry, which is not totally same with plate anchor. A series of uplift tests of relatively large scale pile models with various dimensions in silt soil have been conducted to investigate the influence of angles of enlarged base, ratio of base and shaft diameters and embedment ratios. The whole trend is that uplift capacity will decrease with the increase of angle of enlarged base. The maximum difference of ultimate uplift load for various angles of enlarged base is within 20%. Soil surrounding pile base can be mobilized when ratio of base and shaft diameters is no less than 2.0, otherwise the part of enlarged base will not take effect fully. A gently curved rupture surface emerged from the edge of enlarged base to soil surface when embedment ratio is no more than 3. For deep rigid pedestal pile, a balloon-shaped rupture surface occurred. The height of whole rupture is 2.7D.

The mechanism governing activated sludge flocculation under Al3+ dosing was studied in this paper. Activated sludge was cultivated in sequencing batch reactors (SBR) at 22°C. Batch dosages of Al3+ were 0.00, 0.125, 0.5, 1 and 1.5meq/L respectively, and continuous dosage was 0.1meq/L. As batch dosage increased, the total interaction energy, zeta potential and turbidity tended to decline, which suggested that batch dosing promoted sludge flocculation. Under the equivalent dose, the zeta potential of continuous dosing was higher, while the LB-EPS content showed the opposite tendency and turbidity reduction was similar. Both batch and continuous dosing promoted flocculation performance: in terms of interaction energy, batch dosing was more effective; while in terms of EPS, it was on the contrary.

Excavated foundation has widely used in the field of transmission line engineering because of its large capacity to resist uplift and moment force. Elastic-plastic numerical model were established by using the finite element software ABAQUS focusing on the difference of bearing characteristics of inclined and vertical excavated foundation. There is very slight difference of axial uplift resistances between the both foundations because almost the same soil mass are mobilized at the same displacement loading. However, failure modes and horizontal resistances of negative, positive and vertical foundations are very different. The larger soil mass along the shaft of negative foundation is mobilized than positive and vertical foundations. The uplift resistances of vertical and negative foundations are about 5% and 25% higher than positive foundation at horizontal displacement of 50mm respectively.

Finite element model for the system of foundation and its surrounding homogeneous soil is established based on software ABAQUS to analyze the uplift behavior of excavated foundation of transmission lines. The influence of soil properties and embedment ratio were analyzed. Deep mode occurs when embedment ratio is more than 4. As for shallow mode, the shearing method based on cylinder sliding surface was used to estimate uplift capacity. The expression of nominal uplift coefficient of earth pressure Ku in the formula was determined via back-calculation and fitting, which is the function of embedment ratio, friction angle and cohesion simultaneously. The errors of uplift capacity from fitting formula and numerical analysis are all within 15%.

Averaged potential energy surfaces for isotopic Ne–CO2complexes (20Ne–18O13C16O,20Ne–17O12C16O and22Ne–17O12C16O) are presented. According to the latestab initiopotential of20Ne–12C16O2(R. Chen, H. Zhu, D. Q. Xie, J. Chem. Phys, 133, 2010, 104302,) which incorporates its dependence on theQ3normal mode for the antisymmetric stretching vibration of the CO2molecule, we obtain the averaged potentials for20Ne–18O13C16O,20Ne–17O12C16O and22Ne–17O12C16O complexes by integrating the potential energy surface overQ3normal mode. Each averaged potential surfaces are found to have a T-shaped global minimum and two equivalent linear local minima. The radial DVR/angular FBR method and the Lanczos algorithm are applied to calculate the rovibrational energy levels. Comparison with the available experimental values showed an overall excellent agreement for all spectroscopic parameters and the microwave spectra.

For the problem that the value of test force will influence the result of instrumented indentation hardness test, the relation between test force and instrumented indentation hardness , indentation modulus were investigated. 55 groups of tests were carried out, in which the test force were divided to 11 different levels. On the basis of 110 test data, differences were analyzed and the relation curves were plotted by Origin. And the relative difference value was proposed. Results show that when 19.61N≤Fmax≤98.07N, the change of test force makes little influence on instrumented indentation test (IIT) results and coefficient of variation(CV); when 0.98N≤Fmax≤9.81N or 196.14N≤Fmax≤294.21N, the change of test force makes remarkable influence on IIT results and CV.

This paper summarized and compared the difference among graphene, graphene-based composites and other materials in removing methylene blue in aqueous solution.

Based on the design of a conventional Shrike warhead, an improved design of warhead is proposed, which combined the properties of a deformable warhead. The processes of explosive loading and fragments scattering are simulated by the finite element software LS-DYNA, the improved warhead and the conventional Shrike warhead are detonated in different initiating modes. According to data analysis, gains of fragment density and velocity on target have been achieved. Furthermore, the damage effectiveness of fragments against Patriot radar car has been estimated.

For the problem of modeling high-mix and variable-batch flow manufacturing system, the thesis focus on method of mixed processing task and mechanism of constructing manufacture unit. First, decompose the processing task into Manufacturing Task Tree (MTT for short) according to the level of ‘orders-products-components-fittings-parts’. Then decompose each level node of the MTT to task cell. Then on the basis of processing task, we construct the framework of processing tasks management for group mixed flow manufacturing and analyze the mechanisms of building manufacturing unit for high-mix and variable-batch flow manufacturing system. Finally, we established the model of high-mix and variable-batch flow manufacturing system.

Currently, the algorithms for wireless sensor networks which are applied in the field of intelligent transportation use NS2, Matlab software to simulate. The theoretical research results remain a certain distance from their applications in practical system. In order to solve the problem, the simulation platform in city traffic environment based on TinyOS for wireless sensor networks is researched. The structural framework of simulation platform in city traffic environment which is composed of vehicle nodes, relay nodes and sink nodes is proposed. Four design steps of application program and five simulation steps which are composed of simulation compile, network configuration, python simulation, data statistics and simulation result analysis are proposed. CTP protocol and three different movement scenes are used to test and verify the platform. Experimental results show that the algorithm performances with different parameters are obtained, and the simulation platform can verify the algorithms of wireless sensor networks in city traffic environment. The simulation platform combines theory simulation and practical application. It provides a simulation platform for the research on intelligent traffic algorithms, and shortens the algorithm development time.

Mental cutting process, a widespread process in the machining, which can produce the maximum number of burrs. Burr detection and deburring are crucially important to safe reliability of parts. In order to avoid the effects of subjective factors effectively, and improve the production efficiency and production automation, we introduced the machine vision technique. According to the universal burrs produced in the cutting process, this paper principally studied the image segmentation, burrs feature extraction, the improvement of adaptability based on digital image processing. The authors conclude that the algorithm applied in this paper can detect the burrs information effectively, laid a solid foundation for automatic polishing, with the certain practical value.

The main objective of this study is to analyze the influence of joint interface on mechanical behavior of two cylinders by modeling different geometry with Finite Element Method (FEM). The structures are continuum model (CM), joint interface model with different materials (JIM1) and joint interface model with same materials (JIM2). The displacement-load relationship, equivalent plastic strain (EPS), deformation and contact pressure based on three models are gained. FEM results indicate that under the same load, the displacements of three models are various in loading and unloading processes. The EPSCM is relative stable originally and then decerase quickly while the EPSJIM1 and EPSJIM2 grow rapidly and fall slowly later.The deformation of CM, JIM1 and JIM2 under 300Mpa are 62.5μm, 33μm and 68.13μm respectively. The contact pressure of JIM1 is smaller than JIM2. The effects of frictional coefficients (vary from 0 to 1.0) on deformation and contact pressure are also investigated. Results show that joint interface make the structure’s behaviors different compared with continuum structure and this study can provide reference for the design of structures with joint interface in machinery.

In machine olfaction or electronic nose, sensor optimization is important to enhance pattern recognition efficiency and reduce redundant information. Highly correlated response of one sensor to two different odors implies less contribution of this sensor to the classification of these two odors. Variance difference is a significant index to measure the similarity of sensor responses. A sensor optimization method based on variance difference is proposed in this paper; both the average value of variance difference and cluster analysis of variance difference matrix were considered to identify several possible sensor subsets. Six Chinese herbal medicines and linear discrimination analysis (LDA) were applied to test the classification results in order to determine the best subset. LDA results indicated that the optimized sensor subset performed well in classification of the six Chinese medicines. The proposed sensor array optimization method could be applied to other kinds of odors classification as a novel method.

Rock mass mechanical parameters play a significant role in geotechnical engineering design, slope stability evaluation and numerical simulation, which is commonly determined by GSI method. The simplified method using P-velocity to determine GSI (Geological Strength Index) values is proposed in this study, avoiding the limitations of Hoek-Brown method. The relationship between GSI and P-velocity is established through data collected from several projects in China. Then the dam site of Rumei hydropower station, Tibet, China has been taken as a case study to validate this relationship. This method can be utilized directly in engineering projects since it can meet with the engineering accuracy requirement and reduce the cost.

Compared to conventional navigation signal simulators, software simulator has many advantages, which include flexible design, easy extending, strong openness, and low cost. With the development of satellite navigation, satellite navigation system is getting more and more complicated. Based on the analysis for satellite navigation signal model in different modulation methods of multisystem, it is very urgent to establish a unified description method, which can reduce duplication writing of algorithm. firstly, description method for multisystem satellite navigation signal simulator is proposed. Secondly, it can describe different systems of satellite navigation signals and provide estimation method for signal transmission delay time and Doppler frequency shift. Finally, the signal of simulation is validated.

Carbon dots are novel fluorescent nanomaterials which have easy to preparation. They have good stability, low toxicity, environment-friendly and are widely used in biological imaging, biomedical, and biochemical analysis, metal reduction, fluorescence probe and optoelectronic devices. This paper summarized several new methods for the detection of metal ions with carbon dots.

This paper describes the design, manufacturing and welding sequence for the aluminum alloy vacuum chamber for Taiwan Photon Source. The vacuum chamber composes of aluminum extrusion chamber of A6063 and BPM chamber of A6061 aluminum alloys. The straightness and flatness of these extrusion chambers are controlled under 0.1mm/m and 0.2mm/m, respectively. The BPM chambers are manufactured precisely in oil-free environment, which provide clean surface and a precise sealing surface after machining. All the components are assembled in pre-aligned support system through the welding process, and then the results show the straightness of < 0.15mm/m, flatness of < 0.3mm/m, and leakage rates of < 2 × 10-10 mbar‧l/sec. were achieved.

The node self-localization is the basis of target localization for wireless sensor network (WSN), the WSN nodes localization algorithms have two types based on distance and non distance. The node localization based on RSSI is simple and widely used in application. According to the traditional WSN nodes localization algorithm, the RSSI signal intensity changes greatly and with nonlinearity. And it is converted into distance feature with a large deviation, which leads to inaccurate positioning and localization. In order to solve this problem, a sensor node localization algorithm is proposed based on fuzzy RSSI distance. The nodes information is collected based on RSSI ranging method. And the location information is processed with fuzzy operation. The disturbance from the environmental factors for the positioning is solved. The accuracy of the node localization is improved. Simulation result shows that this algorithm can locate the sensor nodes accurately. The localization accuracy is high, and the performance of nodes localization is better than the traditional algorithm. It has good application value in the WSN nodes distribution and localization design.

Against the problems of privacy leakage from the graph of workflow structure of the government affair OA systems, the paper puts forwards a privacy preserving model which is effective in the protection of degrees and workflow amounts of the nodes in the government business workflow graph. For further implementation, it proposes a new unified anonymization algorithm oriented the actual nodes in the workflow graph based on the ides of social network anonymization and a new method of random weights disturbing to prevent the important nodes in the graph from being recognized by attackers and protect the information of workflow amount in the government and public institutions. At the end of this paper, the model has been verified by two experimentations that proves its feasibility and usability.

The linear motor pump bears the pumping work and other important work, once the valve failure, it threats to the safety of staff seriously. In order to ensure the safety of underground working environment, the abnormal current signal, vibration signals, differential pressure signal and absolute pressure signal are taken as the recognition base, a portable linear motor pump fault detection system is designed. The modular design process of hardware system and software system in detail are given. The data which collected from Victory Oil Field are taken for system test and detection instrument assembly. Test results show that the system can effectively collect failure signal and make an accurate diagnosis. It has the good performance in man-machine interaction, and it has very nice engineering application prospect.

More and more heavy metal ions pollution events happen nowadays, so how to detect and remove heavy metal ions is a very important problem. Electrochemical method is relatively simple device, convenient automatic operation. Because of its high sensitivity and good selectivity, it becomes a good method to detect heavy metal ions. This paper summarized the detection of heavy metal ions by stripping voltammetry.

The effects of near β heat treatment on the microstructure of TC18 alloy during three temperature stages were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the sample is tri-modal microstructure after near β heat treatment, and the size of αp does not significantly, but dispersible αs increases and has a tendency to merge, and then it would not grow up anymore ; β phase would grow up, but the grain boundary has some broken. The experiment result shows that the tri-modal microstructure could obtain high damage tolerance properties of titanium alloy in theory.

The mechanical strengths of self-compacting concrete (SCC) with different strengths and different fibers were investigated. By mechanics performance testing on concrete samples, it shows that the fiber can significantly reduce strength of the self-compacting concrete during curing period. The 28d tensile strength of self-compacting concrete can be improved when steel fiber, polypropylene fiber, or polyethylene fiber were used. Moreover, steel fiber can improve the 28d compressive strength; contrarily, polypropylene fiber and polyethylene fiber can reduce the 28d compressive strength.

In order to obtain a new method of generation and identification information, the paper proposes the concepts of-recursive genetic information and-recursive genetic degree by using the dynamic characteristic of the internal P-set. Also the structure and characteristics about-recursive genetic information are given, including the the identification theorems and the identification criterions for the-recursive genetic information. Finally, the application example of the-recursive genetic information is provided. The structure of the-recursive genetic information is a new mathematical tool to process informaiton that has inward contraction characteristic.

It is necessary that the grid-connected inverter was set up in wind generation system (WGS), in order to convey energy generated in WGS to the electrical grid. There are many sorts of inverters, but only two sorts of inverters suit wind generation system, which are current-source and voltage-source inverter, and only the latter is being widely used. The configuration, principle, control and characteristic of the two inverters were analyzed. Results have shown that, voltage-source grid-connected inverter has been the core of the commutation control configuration of direct-driven WGS, which is decided by the peculiarity of itself.

To solve the problems such as hand measurement, experience design and not consider area utilization of pallet, the paper researched the flow and method of size design of corrugated box when it was regularly placed in the standard pallet. The paper designed a new method to calculate the size of corrugated box which was “from outside to inside, and then from inside to outside” through optimize the way of arrangement and the number of product in which the object of study was assumed by taking product as quasi-square and cylinder and outer packaging container as corrugated box. Both the standard pallet sizes and product dimensions were considered, and it provide theoretical basis for preparing related computer software. At the same time, it ensure pallet utilization and volume rate of corrugated box, reduce transport cost farthest and realize the goal of packaging reduction.

Taiwan is located in the subtropical zone. The climate in summer is hot with high humidity. In order to establish a comfortable office, it needs a lot of active devices, such as: air conditioner to maintain the suitable indoor temperature and humidity. In this study, a business office in the South District Public Health Center, Taichung City is conducted. According to our findings for the office, although the measured indoor temperature was closer to a comfortable temperature during the winter, the occupants of the indoor space still felt excessively warm. By contrast, the occupants of the same space achieved thermal comfort during the summer. This implies that most of the office occupants preferred a cooler environment with a lower temperature. In addition, because the summers in Taiwan are humid and hot, the occupants of an indoor space tend to feel uncomfortable because of the high humidity regardless of whether the temperature is maintained in a comfortable zone. A lower temperature (approximately 21.2-23.9°C) indirectly reduces humidity, thereby making the occupants comfortable.

By questionnaire survey, this study probes into university studentscurrent cognition and attitude toward energy saving and carbon reduction and conducts path analysis. The research tool is self-designed questionnaire on cognition and attitude toward energy saving and carbon reduction. First, 9 experts and scholars are invited to test content validity of questionnaires and conduct questionnaire pretest. The researcher revises the questionnaire, practices questionnaire survey, analyzes data and selects 685 university students by stratified cluster sampling. There are 617 valid questionnaires. Data obtained are analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, One-way ANOVA and structural equation model.

Basis on the analysis of the plate flatness detection, some problems of the traditional flatness measuring method is pointed out and the 3D reconstruction method of flatness is proposed. The digital flatness measuring instrument is designed, and the measured plane information is entered into the computer, then the data processing is completed by software, which solves the problem of amounts of data, complicated calculation and low accuracy of traditional measurement method. The 3D reconstruction of surface morphology is completed by OpenGL and BCB, to make the information of flatness more sufficient and intuitive. To verify the validity of the measurement, use the flatness function module of dual-frequency laser interferometer to evaluate the instrument accuracy, the results show that it reaches the expected precision index.

The texture and characteristics of surface have been becoming the leading factors to achieve the designed function of products successfully. So the measurement of surface texture is more and more important. A kind of new multi-function fusion measurement method for surface texture is presented in the paper. Four kinds of different scale measurement methods such as microscopy image measurement, vertical scanning white light interference measurement, white light interference nanoprobe measurement and white light interference diamond-probe measurement are fused for the surface texture multi-function fusion measurement in this method.

A large travel nanoscale 3D precision displacement system is designed with a two-stage coarse-fine driving pattern. Its coarse driving is completed by PID adaptive controller that controls the servo motor and precise ball screw to drive a 1D table, and the fine driving is realized by PZT (piezoelectric microdisplacement actuator). Program control method is adopted to realize the matching of micrometer and nanometer lever driving. A traceable measuring system based on MIP (the Michelson Interference principle) is designed and used to detect positioning, which reduces the accumulated detection error. Experiments verify the effectiveness of the displacement system.

Discussed the characteristics of iridium generally, illustrated the importance of exploring and studied the plasticity about iridium. We analyzed high temperature plasticity about Nb alloying effects based on first-principles density functional theory. Calculated cohesive energies and formation enthalpies of IrXNb32-X in different amounts of Nb, then calculated and analyzed elastic constants of IrXNb32-X, and finally summarized the influence of Nb addition in Ir on high temperature plasticity.

The high pier and large-span bridge is high, soft, and have large contact area with the outside world, under the action of wind load, it will occur large vertical and horizontal displacement .This displacement effect on the track structure and will cause rail additional force, lateral displacement and create initial track irregularities, and then reduce the lateral stability of track structure. In this paper, through the large finite element software, we build pier-beam-track model to simulate and analyse the influence on the track structure under the vertical and horizontal wind load, it reached the following conclusion: horizontal wind load basic does not cause rail additional force, but reduce the rail lateral stability; longitudinal wind load can make rail produce certain vertical additional force, but compared to the telescopic additional force, the force basic can be ignored.

The research tool is self-designed “questionnaire on attitude toward energy saving and carbon reduction”. There were 1,665 subjects, with a total of 1,557 valid questionnaires. According to research findings, university students’ overall attitude is positive. Besides, environmental activities and volunteer participation experience have significant difference on overall attitude of energy saving and carbon reduction is significant. In addition, different genders and colleges of study have significant difference on overall attitude.

The rails of the medium-low speed maglev system are entirely manufactured by roller milling, and eddy current in the rail can be induced when relative movement between the electromagnet and the rail manifests. The eddy current reduces the magnetic field in the air gap between the electromagnet and the rail, which, as a result, decreases the levitation force; and higher speed will cause more levitation force lost. Moreover, the eddy current produces a drag force which is opposite to the propulsion force generated by the linear inductive motor. In this paper, based on the electromagnetism, the formulae for the levitation force and the drag force of the electromagnet are deduced when the eddy current in the rail is taken account. Simulations based on the model of the maglev vehicle on the Tangshan maglev test line are also performed. The results indicates that the levitation force is significantly affected by the eddy current in the rail, and when v = 200 km/h, the levitation force of a single electromagnet is reduced by 35.6%; meanwhile, the drag force increases dramatically as the speed increases, but when the speed exceeds 100 km/h, the drag force stops increasing, and it equals 2.28% of the stationary levitation force.
