The mechanical properties, optical microstructure and textures of a continuously-annealed cold-rolled high strength structural steel were evaluated. The results show that the experimental steel has good balance of high strength and ductility, and the microstructure is composed of uniform, fine-grained ferrite and a little pearlite. The textures after recrystallization annealing are weak. The intensity of the strongest textures such as {114} and {223} are no more than 4. And the main {114} and {223} components are originated from the hot-rolling process and cold-rolling process, respectively, and preserved after annealing. The application of the experimental steel indicates that it can perfectly satisfy the stamping of some complicated structural parts in the automobile industry.

A generator bearing temperature measuring system is designed, based on the LabVIEW8.6 and virtual instrument technology, in this paper. The hardware and software implementations of the system are introduced. The system is tested and analyzed both in algorithm of linearity and filtering effect. The experimental results show that the proposed system has good characters of good stability and high accuracy, which are valuable in engineering application.

Scheme for the implementation of wavelet filter using switched-current (SI) circuits is presented in this paper. The circuits are composed of analog filter bank whose impulse responses are the first derivative of Gaussian and its dilations. The transfer functions of the basic wavelet filter can be given by Pade approximation. Therefore wavelet filter can be conveniently implemented by SI circuits. Simulated results indicated a good performance of wavelet filter.
