An execution system of distributed performance testing is designed in this paper, which provides a mechanism of node communication, test script deployment, test scheduling, execution-driving and test result collection in distributed environment. A workload model is established, by which testers can describe the performance testing requirement. A performance testing framework is given, which simulates user behaviors in real environment based on virtual users so as to generate workload from the system under test (SUT). It can control the execution of virtual users by TTCN-3 standard interface. After executing the performance testing, test report is generated by extracting log. A method of generating performance test-case is studied by reusing functional test scripts. By executing performance testing on an online bookstore, this paper demonstrates the availability of the method of reusing TTCN-3 functional test scripts and the capability of distributed performance testing system established.

Automating software testing process has remarkably reduced the cost of manual efforts and made testing considerably fast. Recently, image processing has been extensively used in different software applications and their significance implies a well-tested reliable system. Testing of these applications require semantically complex multidimensional image data. Whereas, the image databases are extremely large in size and testing of application on each image is not possible in constrained time. In order to meet these challenges, an automated testing tool is required which is capable of reporting bugs using a finite number of input images and can quantify its effectiveness on the basis of a coverage metric. In this paper, we present a tool IMTEST based on a novel technique to test image processing applications that aims to achieve high program coverage and capable to report bugs that manifest during testing process. It selects images randomly from an image database and gives input to the instrumented version of the code under test. The instrumented code replica is generated by our tool, inserting additional analysis code apart from original code. This allows us to measure the coverage achieved during program execution for a particular input image. A coverage vector is designed to record program coverage during iterative execution of instrumented program under test for different input images. Any unexpected program behavior is recorded as bug that manifests during testing process. A stopping criteria is used to conclude the testing in a considerable time duration. The tool is tested on real applications and the result shows that IMTEST reported real bugs which are reproducible with the specified images and is useful to improve software quality.

Orthogonal testing method was used to study the effects of fly ash, aggregate, weight ratio of water and material, way of incorporation of hydrophobic agent, on dry density, compressive strength, water absorption and softening coefficient of composite insulation mortar. The optimal ratio was obtained as 15% of the total weight is fly ash, 40% of the weight are aggregate, weight ratio of water and material are 1.1, 0.2% is hydrophobic agent (hydrophobic agent was added in the mixture). The main performances of the mortar were recorded as dry density was 220Kg/m3, compressive strength after 28 days was 0.50MPa, and thermal conductivity 0.0593W/(m•K). Microstructure of the composite insulation mortar was analyzed by SEM (scanning electron microscopy) and its function mechanism was studied preliminarily.

Based on the model and feature of combination testing, a novel technique of fault analysis based on combination testing is proposed. The faults of software can be triggered by system parameters and their interaction. The result of combination testing is analyzed, and discovered the possible reasons, and then generates an additional test cased which involved from the test case causing the fault, and analysis and verify the result. This method can locate the faults in a relative small area, and can simplify the process of software debugging and testing.

Testing is of great significance for the safe and reliable running of a large-scale software system. Starting from analysis on the weakness of Combinatorial Testing techniques when they are applied to large-scale software testing, a test model is given which is more in line with the actual characteristics, and some theorems about software input-output space reduction are also proven based on the model. It is proved that the input-output space of a large-scale software can be significantly reduced by proper decomposition according to the relationships between different software modules and the correlations between input factors and output factors. The results of this paper lay a theoretical foundation to simplify the testing of large-scale software systems.

Software test is a reliable technological means of guaranteeing software quality. General testing methods divide testing input values into a number of sectors according to certain rules, and then they choose a figure from each sector as testing data. However, if inappropriately divided, the probability of at least one error is lower than that of random testing which uses the equivalent number of cases. In light of the problem, the article puts forward a measurement method of describing ideal testing division via testing interdependency. By means of reasonable testing division, the testing effect on software models can get improved.

A comprehensive performance testing table of the constant velocity joint drive shaft assembly is discussed in this paper. This testing table is able to operate 9 testing items. The mechanical structure, the working principle, and the software system of the testing table is introduced respectively. Intelligent measuring method and LCOD technique is used in the system. System identification method is applied while designing the control system. An example of slip curve testing program is also given at this paper.

On the basis of the experiments, hot pushing pipe bending process on ox horn core bar is simulated by using MSC.Marc software and orthogonal testing method. Simulations and optimization of sixteen possible combinations of the three parameters T, v and f are carried out with orthogonal testing method L16(43). Aimed at the uniform wall-thickness of elbow pipes, the influence regularity and the influence degree of heating temperature T, pushing speed v and friction coefficient f on the pipe quality are analyzed. The best parameter of hot pushing pipe bending process are T=750 °C, v=4 mm/s and f=0.16.

With people pay more and more attention to component software testing, the generation of test case is as one of the important works of software testing, it becomes a hotspot inevitably. For component software testing, making combination of the testing method based on model and testing method based on Genetic Algorithm, this paper proposes a generating method of test case which based on UML (Unified Modeling Language) activity diagram and Genetic Algorithm, and gives the overall design and implementation steps of the method. Then this paper applies the proposed method to model the adding table business in catering management system, and design test case. The example verifies the feasibility and validity of the method.

This mechanical processing waste emulsion for the study, handled by pulse electrolysis. Arrangements by orthogonal testing, experimental study on plate distance (d), current density (i), the pH value and the pulse width (tP) impact on COD removal efficiency, very poor analysis of test data to determine various factors affecting the COD removal efficiency of primary and secondary sort: pH value > current density > pulse width > plate distance, optimal operating conditions. Orthogonal experimental data derived from regression analysis, determination of cross of quadratic polynomial regression equations, mathematical model. Tests confirmed that pulse electrochemical method for treatment of waste emulsion with low energy consumption, short response time, and other advantages, strong applicability of wastewater, building mathematical models, providing theoretical basis for subsequent design.

The limitation of traditional testing tools makes it difficult to test the software of embedded system--the resource insufficiency of the embedded system as well as the strict requirement of real-time all contribute to the unavailability of the normal method for software testing. This document introduced a method about testing of embedded software, which based on code coverage and variable watching by using the software of Testbed and RTInsight. By using this method, it’s effective to validate the software testing of embedded system.

In order to improve the repairing quality of aircraft envelope of the aluminum alloy LY12， the cerium conversion coating technology was studied by using the surface modification technique. Principle experiment was on the basis of aviation repair technological requirement, refers to the related technique, through examination of corrosion resistance and wear resistance performance of cerium conversion coating, the principal composition of the formula for making cerium conversion coating:Ce(NO3)3 + KMnO4+ Ce-1 (chemical additive), In order to determine each composition of the formula and the technology parameters scientifically, L9(34) orthogonal testing method was adopted, and the formula of surface modification solution was optimized, the technological conditions for making cerium conversion coating on the surface of aircraft envelope were determined. Results of corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the cerium conversion coating on the surface of the aluminum alloy LY12 aircraft envelope obtained by the new technology showed: 1. On the given test conditions, the best content of each chemical composition in the formula of modification solution for making cerium conversion coating on the surface were: l.Ce(NO3)3：14g/L,KMnO4：1g/L,addictive Ce-1:0.3g/L；Main technology parameters were ：pH=1.5～2.7;temperature：20°C；time:15~25 min.；2. Under the same test condition, the corrosion resistance of surface of the cerium conversion coating obtained in test modification solution was better than Alodine 1001 obtained from Bombardier Corporation of Canada, and can meet the repairing demands of Aircraft Envelope.

The main objective of this work is development of a type of status parameter testing system based on CAN bus for construction machinery. Various difficulties due to over-abundant parameters of testing and controlling, many different types of transducer, changes and anomalies in the operation temperature and harsh EMI environment are considered in the accomplishment. The design of intelligent field testing node is demonstrated in detail. The intelligent node consists of embedded microcontroller AT89C52, high-precision signal conditioning circuits, CAN interface module and other peripheral circuits. The intelligent node uses software auto-zero correction and full-scale correction as well as the method of second-degree parabola interpolation to deal with the non-linear characteristic of the measured data. Hence, it implements the high-precision detection and measurement. In addition, the intelligent connects to the host computer via CAN bus to form a distributed high-precision status parameters testing system. The hardware circuit of operation status parameters measurement and communication interface circuit are developed and described, and the software is also accomplished with C language and LabVIEW. The system has the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance, significant capability of real time processing, powerful anti-jamming performance and so forth. Meanwhile, the system has great application prospect.
