In order to determine the optimum air injection craftwork for the aerobic-anaerobic landfill method, three pilot-scale lysimeters were constructed. Through experiment in the lysimeters, it was concluded that air injection at bottom layer (in this research it’s 2.5 m) is the optimum position in terms of improving on the solid organic matters stabilization, amelioration on leachate quality, the restraint of GHE (Green House Effect) by CH4. For instance, air injected at bottom layer may get more TOC minimization in leachate under lower temperature (-4-10°C) and high temperature (20-35°C) compared with other conditions. NH4+-N content expressed similar advantages with air injected at bottom layer case. Meanwhile, accompanied with the high dissolved oxygen (DO) and higher TOC consumption in leachate, aerobic fermentation was activated in this case, and most organic carbon was transformed in term of CO2, in which the goal of restraint on GHE was realized. On basis of mechanism assumption, mathematical model was developed and according to the simulated results for 5 years, air injected at 2.5 m achieved improvements on stabilization of solid phase organic carbon and nitrogen for 34 % and 13 %, amelioration on leachate quality for 35 % and 62 % of TOC and T-N, and the restraint of GHE for 14 times compared with no air injection case.

Food waste was a troublesome organic waste stream, but a highly desirable substrate for anaerobic digestion to recover energy. Among the diverse reactor configurations, the leaching-bed reactor was reported to be best choice to treating the particular organic waste for platform compounds (volatile fatty acid). In this study, we carried out a series of experiments to investigate the bulking agent and pH control on process performance, and special focus was put on the biodegradability of bulking agent. The supplement of bulking agent greatly improved the leaching rate by 3.6 folds. Although the hydrolytic and acidogenic bacteria were resistant to low pH, the pH control (neutralization) caused a significantly increased volatile fatty acid (VFA) productions from 39.1 g COD/kg VSaddedto 183.4 g VFA/kg VSadded. Comparing with the undegradable bulking agent, the case with supplementing corncob as a bulking agent showed superior VFA yields (225 g COD/kg VSadded) which could be ascribed to the good adhesive properties for microorganisms and biodegradability. The ultimate analysis of the substrate (excluding the bulking agent) also showed that most of food waste was degraded with relative short reaction time. In addition, the TG/DTA and FTIR of residual corncob results indicated some components (cellulose, hemi-cellulose) were degraded, which could contribute to the additional VFA production (14 g COD/kg VSadded). This study suggested that the corncob could be considered as a good bio-compatible bulking agent for leaching-bed reactor, which not only increased the VFA productivity, but provided additional VFA production.

In this study, aerobic-anaerobic landfill method (AANM) is focused on as a new way to speed up landfill stabilization, inhibit landfill gas flux, and ameliorate on leachate quality. Numerical simulation model is developed to guide the air injection craftwork and study its effect on achieving above goals. On basis of work finished in last period (0~310 days), air was injected into Lysimeters A (Lys.A) at 0.5 m, and at 2.5 m in Lys.B with the same rate of 1 L/min. In Lys.C there is no air injected. In order to interview the influence by air injection manners changing, from 310 days till 360 days, air injection manners are changed from Mono-site into Double-site in Lys.A and in Lys. B it will be changed from bottom-site (2.5m) into middle-site (1.5m). In Lys.C there will be no changing. By interviewing the comparisons on simulated results in 50 days with and without air injection manners changing, it was found that air injection manners changing in Lys.A causes TOC discharging amount increase more than 6 times, but T-N and GHE resulted from landfill gas decrease 24.1% and 71 % respectively. Air injection manners changing in Lys.B resulted in discharged TOC and T-N increase 108.1 % and 53.5 % respectively, while T-N decreases 3.7 %. On basis of mechanism assumption, mathematical model was developed and according to the simulated results for 5 years, air injected at 2.5 m achieved improvements on stabilization of solid phase organic carbon and nitrogen for 34 % and 13 %, amelioration on leachate quality for 35 % and 62 % of TOC and T-N, and the restraint of GHE for 14 times compared with no air injection case.

Ni-W-Si intermetallic composite coatings consisting of primary tungsten dendrites and eutectic W/WSi2 were fabricated on 45 steel by laser cladding process using Ni-W-Si powder. The microstructure and composition of the coatings were characterized by SEM, XRD and EDS. The effect of the W content on the hardness and wear resistance of coatings was investigated. Results indicate that attributed to the high hardness and toughness of tungsten dendrites and fine and compact eutectic W/WSi2, coatings had high hardness being 950HV in maximum and the wear resistance was elevated to 4-8 times higher.

Fish Swimming in MPF (Media and/or Paired Fin) mode has unique hydrodynamic characters and special application in resource exploration underwater. Inspired of the flexible shape and motion of undulating fin of “Nilotic Ghost” fish, a Hydraulic-driven Bionic Undulating Robot (HBUR) is developed and studied in the paper based on CFD method, to investigate the flexible characteristics of shape adaptation and hydrodynamics of HBUR fin, which has great significance for the propelling safety of HBUR underwater. In this paper, a mathematical model is brought forward to indicate the undulating motion of HBUR, which is formed by sequentially and periodically swing motions of Hydraulic Swing Actors (HSAs), and then the CFD method is introduced to calculate the hydro-forces when undulating shape of HBUR fin are distorted, because of distraction underwater. Results show that HBUR could produce propelling forces even when some of the HSAs are restricted from swinging, and shape adaptation ability of different part on HBUR fin is different, where the middle part is worse than the two sides. The propelling forces generated by undulating motion the rest of HBUR fin could be used to get the underwater robot out of trouble itself, and then undulating shape will restore to normal state.

The reduction mechanism, characteristics of molecular structure, and main factors affecting the reduction ability are reviewed in brief. The research progress of poly carboxylic acid concrete SRA are also reviewed. And based on the structure characteristics of poly carboxylic acid SRA, more functional poly carboxylic acid SRA is the main development direction in concrete shrinkage agent reducing in the future.

For the imprecise and cumbersome of the brushless DC motor simulation, a novel simulation method based on modular design has been proposed. The Simulation model contains a power supply circuit, a PMSM , and a control unit which uses speed and current double-loop control mode. The outer ring of the double-loop control is speed loop with a PI control, it can stable torque and anti-load disturbance, the inner ring is current loop, with hysteresis current control, plays stable current role. Simulation results showed that the simulation method is precise and runs faster.

The tight rock often has low porosity, low permeability and poor pore connectivity, which it is difficult for formation evaluation. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) logging is widely used in fluid typing and reservoir parameters determination to provide the information of porosity, permeability and pore size distribution. NMR relaxation mechanisms are characterized by the pore-scale petrophysical models. Monte Carlo algorithm describes the Brownian motion of fluid molecules in pore space. In the paper we setup a 3D digital core of the tight sandstone with X-ray computer tomography (CT) images to model NMR response with Monte Carlo random walk algorithm. We compared T2 distributions from the numerical calculated pulse echo trains from the measurements. The results show that the simulated NMR response is consisted with the experiment.

One system of Shrinkage reducing monomer was prepared by esterification reaction, the test method of esterification rate was discussed, to find out the significant factors of the esterification rate by using the orthogonal design. The influence of ether-to-acid mole ratio, reaction temperature, catalyst dosage and reaction time on the esterification was also investigated. The results demonstrate that the suitable esterifying conditions mainly require the suitable proportion of MA to C5H12O3 as 1~1.05 to 1, and under the temperature of 120~125°C, and 3~3.5hours of reaction time.

We have analyzed some reliability problems of the 2UPS+UP mechanism using continuous Markov repairable model in our previous work. According to the check and repair of the robot is periodic, the discrete time Markov repairable model should be more appropriate. Firstly we built up the discrete time repairable model and got the one step transition probability matrix. Secondly solved the steady state equations and got the steady state availability of the mechanical leg, by the solution of the difference equations the reliability and the mean time to first failure were obtained. In the end we compared the reliability indexes with the continuous model.

The pattern of stress redistribution in the effect of circular roadway is analyzed and numerical simulation on stability of gas drainage borehole which is in the area of the stress redistribution was done with FLAC3D. The model of that circular roadway and gas drainage borehole are perpendicularly crossed is established and compute with the Coulomb Mohr criterion. It can be found that the stress of gas drainage borehole decreases with decreasing of internal friction angle and the cohesion value. The stress of gas drainage borehole steep rises where the distances of away from roadway is two times of the diameter and the stress of horizontal direction are larger than the stress of vertical direction.

The traditional genetic algorithm was improved, and the marine steam power plant main steam pressure control was as an object, the improved genetic algorithm controller and the traditional genetic algorithm controller is studied by the simulation. The simulation results show that the improved genetic algorithm controller system can effectively reduce the overshoot and adjustment time of main steam pressure.

With the complexity of system design growing, the high quality software design are needed. In this paper, the design procedures based Model-Based Design of line-of-sight control system using MATLAB/Simulink blockset and code generator tools for TMS320F2812 DSP is presented. This approach complete the control algorithm simulation and system architecture design using Simulink model, generates the executive code for DSP target with Real-time workshop and embedded coder. The effectiveness of this procedure from the analysis stage to real system implementation is experimentally verified.

The element model of a honeycomb structure is established by using ANSYS software. Then theinfluence of design parameters such as inscribed circle diameter and thicknessof honeycomb on the strength and stiffness of honeycomb structure is explored.Under a given external load condition, the honeycomb structure which satisfies the equivalent stress criteria is got by changing inscribed circle diameter,wall thickness and skin thickness of a standard structure respectively. Comparethe weight of honeycomb structure get from these three methods and generalize a method of honeycomb structure lightweight design which satisfies different requirements.

Rotator cuff injury is one of the most common musculoskeletal system diseases in exercise-induced injury, self-setting calcium phosphate materials has a very good promoting role in the rotator cuff tendon bone interface in the repair process, it can effectively improve the maximum tensile strength of tendon bone interface and stiffness, and promote recovery of biomechanical properties. Therefore, the use of calcium phosphate artificial material can promote repair of the tendon bone interface in exercise-induced rotator cuff injury, and achieve early functional exercise, and early recovery of limb function and ability to live and work.

The attribute reduction algorithm of radix sort to integer digit sequence table is not ideal. In this paper, based on how integers is stored in computer memory, low and high storage mode is designed for the solving algorithm of U/C chain structure of a new reasonable optimization. The time complexity of the algorithm from O (K|C| |U|) is reduced to O (K|C| |U| log (|M|)). The efficiency of the algorithm is improved by 3.8%.

The transverse shock tester is an important device to assess the shock resistance ability of ship equipments. Because of the shock point and the gravity center of the tester are not on the same horizontal, the device may generate huge overturning moment. We adopt the finite element method to do the dynamics analysis of the transverse shock tester, using the parallelogram mechanism as its guide device, to analysis its output waveform and other problems, and find: it will appear saw-tooth acceleration waveform result from the oscillation caused by the overturning moment during the impact process; the oscillation will greatly increases the hinge load--changed following the oscillation amplitude periodically--of the parallelogram mechanism; the hinge inner friction almost has no effect on the impact tester movement or the output waveform. From the above statements, we can see that the parallelogram mechanism can not only share the overturning moment generated by the transverse impact, but also can ensure to get the desired output waveform, thus it suits to be used as the guide device of the transverse shock tester.

Carrier-attacker controls are involved in navigation control and attitude stabilization control. Modes of navigation control and channels of the longitudinal and lateral-directional are analyzed to solve the problem of carrier-attacker controls before launching air-ground guiding weapons. The homing rules design and the control realization of course, pitch, altitude and velocity are studied. At last, the ways and means is approached to experiment and test them by half material object simulation on ground.

This Paenibacillus polymyxa (P1) was fermented under the specific conditions and extracted the microbial flocculant (MBFP1) whose main components were polysaccharide. Compounded the MBFP1 and modified sepiolite fibers according to a certain mass ratio to make the microbial flocculant/sepiolite fibers water treatment materials (MBFSF), then analyzed their microstructure by SEM,and studied on the pollutants removal capacity in domestic sewage.The results show that,COD removal rate in domestic sewage can reach 97.2%,when pH=7.2 and the addition quantity of MBFSF is 15mg/L,in which the composite mass ratio of MBFP1 and sepiolite fibers is 5:2.Therefore,MBFSF has many advantages such as little dosage,high flocculating rate,fast settling velocity and no pollution,etc.

The oil leak is detected by the computer image recognition technique and the oil leak images are processed by the threshold segmentation and semi-thresholding of the maximum variance threshold method. Through capture of fluorescent images of leakage, the oil leak image information is acquired. The maximum variance threshold method is adopted for image data analysis to compute the dilation area of oil images and achieve the detection of leakage.

Profile control and flooding technique is an effective way to enhance the oil recovery of low permeability reservoir.Analyzing the relation between oil and water interface and determining injection volume under different concentration is the key to success in profile controlling and flooding in low permeability reservoir .The research is about SJT-B collosol of physicochemical property under normal pressure and temperature.We also carry on the study on measuring SJT-B collosol interfacial tension for a long time under different concentration.Besides, we conduct the plugging degree experiment by injecting SJT-B collosol with the concentration of 0.8% in different permeability core.The lower the core permeability, the higher the plugging degree. By optimizing the injection pattern we conduct the three-tube parallel profile control and flooding experiment in the low permeability heterogeneous core.It indicates that SJT-B collosol mainly access to high permeability layer and have an effective plugging effect .The absorbed liquid rate of medium permeability layer is increased apparently ,while low permeability layer is increased slightly.The SJT-B collosol of injection method has efficient effect on enhancing the oil recovery of low permeability reservoir in late water flooding.

The reliability of the parallel mechanical leg (2ups+up) based on the repairable Markov model was studied. First the repairable Markov model was built up, and the matrix of the state transition rate was got. Then by solving the steady-state equation the steady state indexes such as the availability, the failure frequency, mean up-time, mean down-time, mean cycle time were obtained. Finally we gave the reliability and mean time to first failure by solving the differential equation group.

The objective of this paper is to research on the application of proportional controller based on phase plane division in the tension control system of coating device to improve the quality of tension control. Firstly, the control strategy of proportional controller based on phase plane division and the parameter tuning methods are analyzed. Then the simulation model of tension control system is built with the help of MATLAB SIMULINK. Finally, the simulation results are given. Simulation results indicate that the tension control system is effectively controlled by the proportional controller based on phase plane division.

A novel 3-DOF parallel mechanism is presented and the inverse kinematics is derived by using geometric constraint between each rods. The co-simulation based on ADAMS is proceeded to verify the correctness of the inverse kinematics. This algorithm is the basis for the application of such parallel mechanism.

With the rapid development of society especially the industry, water pollution has become more and more serious caused by all types of wastewater. In this paper, the design and implementation of a water quality monitoring system framework based on wireless sensor network for water quality monitoring has been achieved. And then, by merging and matching environmental data and spatial data, more intensive multi-source water quality parameters and information can be obtained to act as meaningful supplementation of fixed water quality monitoring stations. The research of this paper is conductive to the transition of water quality monitoring from static ways to dynamic ways and from data-based empirical model to sensor network-based quantitative model. The realization of water quality monitoring system framework based on wireless sensor network for water quality monitoring is helpful to make current water quality monitoring more timely, dynamic, integrated and intelligent, which represents the prosperous trend of water quality monitoring.

The supercharged boiler drum level as the controlled object, a high-precision simulation model was established considering the impacts of the distribution of the metal wall condensation inside the drum on the water level changes. Based on simulation model, a simulation program for pressurized boiler was prepared. The simulation results show that the performance of the state fuzzy controller is better than the PID controller.

To address the fitting spherical surface and evaluating sphericity error, a mathematical model based on the minimum zone principle is presented. And the presented model is answered by GA. An example shows the performance of the proposed method by comparison with the methods based on the least square principle.

Based on the similarity theory, the horizontal tail scale model is designed and manufactured. Subsonic doublet lattice method is used to calculate unsteady aerodynamics, V-g method is used to solve the flutter determinant. Optimus software is used to optimize the thickness of the skin. The constraint condition is the frequency, MAC value and flexibility, and the objective function is flutter dynamic pressure. Flutter velocity of horizontal tail model optimized decreased 6%,and flutter frequency increased greatly. Horizontal tail scale model was test in wind tunnel. The finite element calculate results was very close with wind tunnel results, which verify the correctness of the finite element model and optimization models.

Test bench requirements for integrated electrical mechanical control system are first introduced and their rationales are analyzed. Furthermore, test bench architecture, software and hardware is presented in detail. Finally, through a demo application of water waste system simulation experiment, test bench functionalities are demonstrated partly.

The adaptive capacity to water resource scarcity is closely connected to social and economic issues and it is one of the key factors of the regional sustainable development. Accurate evaluation of the adaptive capacity is an important factor to understand the development potential of a region. Through introducing the concept of social adaptive ability, this paper combines social adaptive ability with the dynamic evaluation of water resource scarcity and sustainable supply capacity as a new evaluation method. The data from two provincial-level municipalities of China (Beijing and Tianjin) are selected as a case to evaluate regional sustainable development. The results show that social adaptive ability can increase water supply capacity and provide strong support for regional sustainable development.

This paper presents an experimental investigation into microfabrication of nickel template by femtosecond laser in air at atmospheric pressure. The laser pulses used for the study are 800 nm in wavelength, 100fs in pulse duration, and the repetition rate used is 1KHz. Micro-hole ablation experiments are carried out in air by focusing the femtosecond laser beam on the nickel target surface at normal incidence with the long-focus objective lens of enlargement factor 50 and NA=0.7. Dependence of the diameter, depth and depth-to-diameter ratio of the fabricated holes on the laser power and number of pulses are revealed experimentally. Microgrooves with good uniformity are fabricated on nickel template with femtosecond laser by optimizing the process parameters.

In order to meet the rapid demand of the modern cryptographic communication, heterogeneous multi-core password system architecture is set up based on shared memory in Xilinx XUP Virtex-II Pro chip in this paper. Under this architecture, the encryption and decryption of the SMS4 algorithm is realized fastly. Make a contrast with the homogeneous multi-core password system and the heterogeneous one-core password system’s performance in the execution time, throughput and resource utilization of the SMS4 algorithm.The experimental results show that the heterogeneous multi-core password system which based on shared memory has better performance.

By reference the successful stories of ecological compensation mechanism applied in other areas and the study of the basic ideas and focal point of the ecological compensation mechanism, we finally work out the suitable ecological compensation mechanism with fluidity, complexity and universality.

The Todini formulation is effectively a type of Q–H equation formulation and it has an extremely efficient approach to the inversion of the Jacobian matrix by partitioning the governing equations in a smart way. The advantage of the Todini formulation is that the Jacobian matrices are symmetric. The aim of this paper is to study the hydraulic calculation principle and analyze the relationship between physical parameters and hydraulic calculation for each step. The comprehensive resistance factor (r) is affected by the loss coefficient along the tracks (λ), and the loss coefficient along the tracks (λ) is affected by the Reynolds number (Re), the Reynolds number (Re) is affected by the kinematic viscosity (), and the kinematic viscosity () is affected by the temperature (T). The coupling of hydraulic characteristics and thermal properties of the fluid can be got by modifying the physical parameters, and this article provided evidences for the further study.

On this basis, in this paper, it uses the operating mode of the combination method of power decided by heat and heat decided by power, and establishes a linear programming model that makes total year’s costs as optimize targets. Using LINGO software, it has got the result of simulation and calculation with the architecture’s dynamic load, and has got the architecture’s annual hourly distributed data of cold, heat and electricity load, and got the best equipment configuration and operating strategy, and got to evaluate the optimize results of energy efficiency and economy.

Anaerobic ammonium oxidation (anammox) process is a heated researched biotechnology for nitrogen removal in wastewater. The application of the process is limited due to its long start-up time and sensitivity to organic matters. This paper discussed the effects of butyrate on anammox process. The nitrogen removal rate of anammox process was elevated at low butyrate content (1 mmol/L) and decreased at high butyrate content (3 mmol/L). NH4+-N:NO2--N:NO3--N:butyrate ratio was 1:1.25:0.08:0.04 and 1:7.26:0.10:1.85 when butyrate concentration was 1 mmol/L and 3 mmol/L.

This paper put forward a design and implementation method for the electric power production and organization management system based on three layer B/S structure. The system runs on the Microsoft.NET platform, using SQL Server2000 as the back-end database server, and use ADO.NET of ASP.NET component to access database, realize the online electric power system automation in production organization management, reduce staff workload, improve work efficiency and information exchange which has played an important role. The system results show that the system can run effectively after a number of functional testing, and achieve the desired objectives.

With the existence of traditional SOC chip, the encryption and decryption speed and low power cannot meet the computing needs of the modern diversity, then we present a heterogeneous multi-core system which designed based on shared memory on the Xilinx Virtex-5 platform. This paper is in-depth research about heterogeneous multi-core password architecture, static task partitioning, scheduling strategy and the communication mechanism between cores. The three cores systems are designed and builded based on shared memory to realize ZUC algorithm which generates a stream cipher on virtex-5 platform. The three microblaze cores are responsible for inter-core communication, the implementation of ZUC algorithm and articulating IC card to read keys. Through the design of three cores system, give full play to the hardware, software and computer architecture parallelism at all levels to improve the performance of the algorithm to achieve high performance green computing.

The infrared image of solar cell's electroluminescence (EL) is one of the important means of hidden defects detection. In order to improve the automatic recognition rate of defect images, this paper adopts improved invariant moments for feature extraction. The scale factor of the improved invariant moments is eliminated by transformation. Therefore they have the properties of translation, rotation and scale invariance simultaneously in discrete state. At the same time, Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used to distinguish the defect image. The system which combined invariant moments with SVM is applied to classify the debris, crack, off-grid, open weld and black pieces. The recognition rate of 5 kinds of defects has reached more than 90%.

A simulation and test based approach intended to support whole lifecycle activities of IEMS development is proposed. A new test bench design philosophy including its hardware and software as well as its support for each IEMS development phase are described in detail. Finally, further considerations on bench application for IEMS certification are also proposed.

According to the characteristics of groundwater monitoring system,such as the field work unattended, replace the battery problem,the sampling time is short and standby time is long,the method is used to extend the power of life that using the watchcircuit control system under different power state automatic switching.Considering the characteristics of the system that parameter configuration commands are complex,field sampling is diverse and the communication time is not stable,thepaper puts forward the measuresthatmulti trigger source of hardware and status word of software collaborative work together to realize the system logic control.The overall power consumption of groundwater monitoring system which introduceswatch circuit is greatly reduced. Experimental results verify the feasibility of the watch circuit and show that the watch mode will become the development direction of field monitoring industry.

In this paper, a vehicle use air suspension with auxiliary chamber simulation model was established by the AMEsim pneumatic platform. The influences of the air spring inflation pressure, volume ratio of the main chamber and auxiliary chamber and orifice size on dynamic characteristics of the vertical air suspension were analyzed in detail. In order to verify the accuracy of the AMEsim simulation model, the AMEsim analysis results were compared with Simulink simulation results. The identical simulation results verify the reliability of AMEsim simulation. The study reveals that: the diversification of the volume ratio of the main chamber and auxiliary chamber, air spring inflation pressure and orifice size has different degrees influences on the dynamic characteristics of the air suspension with auxiliary chamber.

Although class D amplifier has the merits of high efficiency, a little heat and small Bulk, its distortion is larger than linear counterparts due to switching behaviour of power transistors. Its principle and several new pivotal control technologies were presented in this paper. In this way, efficiency of 90% can be achieved and the degree of the distortion can be less than 0.4%.

Nowdays, science and technology are growing in leaps and bounds; the social economy is also increasingly developing. In control system of vehicle chassis, two integrated control sub-systems of chassis have achieved some better results than a single sub-system control. However the two integrated sub-system control can not improve some dynamic performance on vehicle when other sub-system of chassis is disturbed. In order to improve vehicle dynamic performance of some sub-system, an integrated control method based on multi-system with suspension, steering system and brake system is designed. In the model, a 14-DOF vehicle model is used, and an integrated control method based on multi-system of chassis is designed in software of Matlab/Simulink with an integrated controller of PID. Simulation results show that the overall vehicle performance based on the three integrated control systems of chassis is better than those of two integrated control system.

We investigate the electronic structure and magnetism of DO3-type Heusler alloys Rh3M (M = Al, Ga, In, Si) using the first-principle calculations. The Rh3Si have been predicted to be half-metallic ferromagent at their equilibrium lattice constants. The effect of lattice parameters on the electronic structure and magnetic properties is also discussed in detail.

In order to improve overall vehicle performance and decrease movement deviation caused by uncertainties from automobile chassis, a robust vehicle chassis model is built with steering system, suspension system and braking system. In the model, the length of the steering trapezoid arm, the bottom angle of trapezoid mechanism, inclination angle, caster, camber and toe-in are defined as controllable variables, and load, driving force, steering torque are defined as noise factors. The optimum objectives include the maximum turning angle error of steering mechanism, the maximum braking sideslip and the maximum swing angle of front wheel on bumpy road. Taguchi method is applied to solve the robust result for automobile chassis model. Compared that the variances of objective values are decreased with the same noise factors and the robustness of sub-systems of chassis is improved.

As a wireless communication technology, Zigbee has been used in the mobile robot’s location in recent years. An experimental system composed by a Zigbee network, a PC and a robot is designed to study the location accuracy of Zigbee location technology. The hardware and software platform are constructed. The influence of the layout and the number of reference nodes on the location accuracy is discussed. The results show that ZigBee-based robot position method can meet the requirements of mobile robot applications. The location accuracy in the layout of triangle is up to 0.636m (in the range of 4m4m) and is better than those in the layouts of rectangle and cycle .
